I was in town visiting relatives and wanted to visit my Uncle who has recently moved into your community. The facility was very nice and well kept. My visit could not have been better. From the moment my family walked into Wellington for a tour, I knew this would be my mom's home. The residents care for each other and have created not just a community, but a family. My mom is an assisted living resident and her care has been phenomenal. The adjustment period for new residents at Wellington is heart warming. They assign each new resident a buddy to show them the ropes. My mom became fast friends with hers. Thank you to the staff at Wellington for allowing me and my family to breathe a sigh of relief in helping my mom live her best life. The photo below is what Wellington is all about.

My mom died Saturday 11-25-23. The staff was so kind and accommodating during this time. My mom was there 7 weeks and I thank all those who assisted her with her dementia.

The Wellington is a beautiful community inside and out ! THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! The property is very pretty and the residents make you feel like you are at home! The Wellington provides excellent customer service and amenities to their residents. The dignity and happiness of their residents is their top priority. The Wellington genuinely cares for their residents and goes above and beyond to make them feel loved, while keeping them as safe as they can. I couldn't help but notice how happy everyone was, both staff and residents. Truly a great place! If your visiting your loved ones and ever have a concern please please look for Ms Nicole, she by far goes above and beyond to make your loved ones stay as comfortable as possible and to truly make the experience with Wellington the best experience that you have made for your loved ones leaving you with peace of mind each and every night they may spend at this facility.

I get more frustrated each time I visit due to lack of cleaning in my mom's assisted unit. Just moved down from independent unit on 4th floor and don't see advantage to extra cost.

Nicole made an appointment to meet us on her day off, we so appreciated her flexibility. The building was well kept, clean and updated furnishings. We liked what we saw and how we were treated. Met with Nicole again on 8/18...still treated the same way, lots of residents moving about, clean, and a very friendly front desk.

We had a great experience at Wellington. Nicole, Melanie and Kelly initially assisted us in getting our dad set up there and were easy to work with. Jenny was phenomenal!! Her friendly demeanor and helpfulness was so appreciated!!! I can't thank her enough. All the nurses and aides were so attentive and supportive. It was an overall wonderful stay at The Wellington. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring staff.

The Wellington is far from perfect - but its a tough job in this COVID environment. The highlight for my dad is the Activities Dept - Sheila and Morgan are gems! They work so hard to design activities for the residents and get them engaged - even if it is just a musician wandering the halls while the residents are quarantined in their rooms. Sheila will bring in her dog for visits which my dad adores. And in a pinch they will both go above and beyond the call of duty helping with small but important tasks that family cannot do at this time - taking inventory of personal care items so I know what to buy and drop off, looking for something that has been mis-placed, or finding the right basketball game on TV. Most importantly they really care for the residents and will stop in and just chat if it is a sad, lonely day. Bravo Sheila and Morgan!

Coming to the Wellington when I did to be the Life Enrichment Director was a bigchoice for me. My husband was battling cancer. I never had any regrets in my decision. The whole community embraced my situation and allowed me in. The support from residents and staff was deep and Authentic!! I love my work at The Wellington, best place ever!! We definitely have that hometownfeel!!We have a large beautiful dining and another Quaint dining area that we are currently utilizing for our residents that are quarantined. During covid weve strived to make good decisions to accommodate everyone. Its been a tough challenge but weve all rose to meet it .

The times that I was able to visit pre-COVID, I couldnt help but notice how happy everyone was, both staff and residents. Truly a great place!

My cousin has been a resident in the Assisted Living unit of Wellington at North Bend Crossing for 10 months but due to continued decline had to move to the Memory Care unit. Paige Hausfeld is the move coordinator at Wellington and did a great job getting my cousin into her new apartment. Ms. Hausfeld was able to maximize the number of belongings transferred from my cousins larger apartment to her new smaller apartment. She was also a great help in clearing out my cousins old apartment. All the staff at Wellington have been exceedingly helpful and kind in all my interactions there. I highly recommend Wellington for Assisted Living or Memory Care.

The Wellington is a beautiful community inside and out ! The property is very pretty and the residents make you feel like you are at home! It becomes like home quickly after arriving . I enjoyed every minute working there and still fill in now and then to see the friends that I made! I had a relative there. Good place overall but like all residential facilities has a high staff turnover so the overall quality of services is not constant. Very nice accommodations and great food. Because of the pandemic though, places like this will probably decline in popularity.

The Wellington at North Bend Crossing is a breath of fresh air, every time you walk thru the front door, its such a warm welcome from the residents as well as staff. I cant believe how much fun the residents have living at The Wellington (even with Covid-19) the activities department is great at finding ways to get each of the residents engaged in some type of daily activity. Ive had a great pleasure of being able to dine in & its like eating at a high end restaurant from the great staff, the amazing hot food, & the quick service. Its delicious! When it comes to the wellness of the residents, the nurses, STNAs, & caregivers, are great at critical thinking, time management, & cultural awareness. It would be a huge mistake if you didnt check them out!

During this extremely trying time period of Covid-19, I am proud to have witnessed so many acts of kindness and dedication. From the helpful attitude of Teri at the concierge desk, the endless supply of smiles and energy Morgan and Sheila from the Activity Department share with everyone, the cheerful greetings of the dietary servers, to the behind the scenes never-ending work of Adam and Mike in Maintenance to keep us all safe. The Wellington Team is simply the best!

Jana (the executive director) is extremely easy to work with and always has her residents well-being at the forefront of all her decisions. This is a top notch building that provides and incredible sense of community engagement with wonderful staff!

My Dad has been living at The Wellington for a few years now and he loves it! They have a lovely dining room, and he enjoys going to the Pub each day to mingle with his friends he has made there. They occasionally have celebrations in the Pub with appetizers for all to partake in. He also enjoys the activity room and the exercise room. The staff is very friendly. The food could be a little better. Other than that, he is very happy there.

All senior living homes are not the same; my present residence is severely lacking in professionally trained staff. I dont believe senior living should be an excuse for dishonest treat treatment. Wellington At North Bend crossing sure looks like the right plate for me.Although I am not yet a resident, I hope to be in the very near future. One thing you can tell right off the bat is that the staff there genuinely care for their residents. They have a beautiful community inside and out! I cant believe how much fun the residents have living at The Wellington. I, actually, dined with them and the food is restaurant quality. So yummy! Definitely do yourself a favor and check them out. They are usually full but its worth a shot!

My mom has resided at the Wellington for almost 2 years. It was so hard for her to give up her house, but she enjoys the sense of community, and her nice apartment. She is almost 99 years old, and feels right at home. The staff is great, and the residents feel like family to her.

WELLINGTON Wonderful Elegant Lovely Lively Ideal Nostalgic Genuine Terrific Opulent Nurturing This is the Wellington! We couldnt find a better place for our mother. It wasnt easy getting her to leave her home. With the assistance of their staff, it was effortless to transport her to her lovely and spacious new place. Everything you need is already there. From Tasty meals, housekeeping, physical assistance, hair salon, rides to the store and Doctor appointments, administration of Rx and of course the sweet and caring staff. Mom feels safe and sound, who could ask for anything more. We are more than satisfied with the Wellington!

Both of my parents lived at The Wellington at North Bend Crossing from July 2017 until Spring of 2019. The staff was excellent and very caring, the care both my parents received was very good, the community is very clean and the other residents were very welcoming and happy. My Dad called The Wellington, the elegant place he was very happy living there. His favorite thing was sitting in front of the fireplace either in the lobby or in the dining room and interacting with the other residents. I would definitely recommend to families looking for Assisted living.

Being in the health care field my whole career as a nurse and having clients as well as family members reside at the Wellington at North Bend, I can say they they provide outstanding care! The staff is compassionate and engaging with the residents; its like family! They truly care.
