But she hates the wait time for lunch and dinner in the dining room. She gets down there on time but sits for an hour waiting for the food to come out

I truly enjoyed my tour of StoryPoint Senior Living!! Trisha Colwell did an amazing job showing me the facility and all its amenities!! I loved it and it's a matter of me getting older and leaving Oakley before I get into a Senior Care facility!! I highly recommend everyone checking out StoryPoint Senior Living!!

I can't imagine living anywhere else. I have lived here for several years and am so grateful. The staff go out of their way to make it feel like home. The meal selection is always top notch, housekeeping does an amazing job, and management is always there to help with the little, and not so little things. This isn't just a place to live, it is a home, a community and I'd highly recommend

My parents have lived in this community since Dec 2023. The office staff, activities folks, dining staff and maintenance crew are very engaged and seem to genuinely enjoy serving the residents. The GM and assistant GM are very approachable. The grounds are well kept and beautiful, especially the ponds in the back. The only thing that has room for improvement is the consistency of the housekeeping services. Otherwise, I'm so glad that my parents have a safe and social place to live in their senior years.

I would like to compliment the staff at storypoint cincinnati. They are extremely helpful to me and my husband. The entire community is fabulous and everyone is so caring. If I could them a 10 out of 10.... I would give them an 11. I'm so grateful to be here.

I came in with preconceived expectations and everyone of them can be thrown out the door. I have to say, I was absolutely blown away by what I saw on my tour. StoryPoint was clean, modern, vibrant, full of happy people, petted a therapy dog, and had a enlightening tour with Trisha Colwell. Each apartment has a patio or a balcony which would allow us to put a few plants out there with a couple of chairs. The location on Beechmont Ave is right in the middle of Anderson, Christ and Mercy Hospitals are 8 minutes away, 20 minutes from Reds, Bengals, downtown, and 30 minutes from the airport. I was amazed as each person we passed, Trisha greeted them by name. Trisha didn't shy away from any questions, answered them honestly, and did it all with a smile on her face.

We are so glad we moved Mom into this facility. The staff are absolutely incredible and have remained consistent. StoryPointe has invested hugely into the facility to refresh it. Everything is new. The activities are great and the food is always improving. Mom loves living here and we love that she is healthy, happy and comfortable here. Highly recommend!

When my dad passed away, we decided to move my mom to Cincinnati so I could help her. She didn’t want to be in a Nursing Home, didn’t want to be alone and didn’t want our family to change our daily lives for Caregiving. My neighbor suggested New England Club, now Storypoint. From Day One, it has been a blessing. From Trisha explaining the move in and day-to-day life, to Joyce with her warm smile and how ya doin hun?, to LaBaron’s no nonsense, I’ll take care of it now, to Steve’s absolute hilarious love of entertainment and dressing up, to Corso Care’s caring for mom’s confusions and pill checks, to the maintenance staff ALWAYS taking care of any issues and doing it with understanding and warm hearts - it has been one blessing after another. Despite differing opinions on the food, Mom never complains and is just happy someone cooks for her. Oh, and she adores walking over the bridge to look at the ducks. Thank you to the staff for their care, all the holidays they spend with the residents and for taking care of these beautiful Seniors!

The first time I walked in, I felt very welcome and everybody was so friendly and if I had any questions anyone would tell me what I needed to know For meals there’s a variety of options and they’re all delicious. We have many activities that keep us busy every day we’ve got games we have films We have a library in a craft room We have several different religions that have services on Sunday We have outings usually once a week and we have a bus that’ll take us to the grocery or doctor appointments or anywhere we need to go within a couple miles I am really happy that I moved here and I am very comfortable and it is Holmes to me and everyone here is his friendly and happy as I am

LaBaron and his staff are super friendly and helpful. The housekeeping and maintenance department are always working and friendly to the residents. The food smells delicious coming from kitchen. The residents are happy. Property and units are very nice.

I didn't live at the New England Club very long. It's a great place for some people, but I felt like I wasn't a good fit there. The staff members are all amazing, wonderful people! My only real friends there were staff members. I'm grateful for their kindness. I very much like the gardens. The flowers are always beautiful. Every time I passed over the ponds on the bridge, I said hello to the duckies. The landscape there is calming. I have to admit I'm fairly shy until I get to know someone. Because of that, I found mealtime stressful. Many people there have friends they have known for a long time. Finding a vacant place to sit was difficult. The buildings are in good condition. Comfort is easy. I was never too hot or too cold. Safety is not an issue. Security is excellent. I would recommend New England Club, now called StoryPoint, to anyone.

I moved into my apartment at the Club on November 1, 2022. I was worried that at age 57 I wouldn’t fit in, but my worries quickly vanished as I met a group of people who played a card game called Hand and Foot every Saturday afternoon. The leader, Kathy, invited me to the next Saturday event to learn the game. She saw that I was smart and that I learned the game after watching an experienced player for only a few rounds. When one of the players at Kathy’s table had to leave early, she asked me to join. Now I’m on the roster to play every week! Everyone has been so welcoming; asking me to join their table for meals, playing pool on the beautiful table the Club has in their billiards room, and greeting me everywhere I go, to introduce themselves because they know I’m the new guy to the Club. There are so many planned activities, too many to list, that I’ve enjoyed here, and I make it a point to recruit others to join in if they haven’t experienced the activity before. My wife commented that it looked like a resort as she came up the driveway for the 1st time. It certainly feels like a resort with all the amenities the Club offers and the caring staff who will bend over backwards to keep you happy. Definitely a 5-star location for anyone looking for an independent living retirement community!!

(Sharing on behalf of my Mother) I have resided at NEC for close to two years. This location in Anderson Township is very convenient to everything. I feel the community has been very welcoming and caring which helped to ease me into living on my own. The staff is very friendly, helpful and have been comforting. The dining area common areas are very nice and everything is kept clean and neat and grounds / landscaping is immaculate. I really enjoy the walking trail around the property and beautiful ponds with water fountains. Wine-down Wednesdays are great for meeting new neighbors! We have a professional chef and the food is very good, tasty and nutritious. The entertainment director is fantastic and the outings are always fun. There are 200 + tenants, all with differing opinions, but I have seen great improvements since I have resided here and through the trying times of the pandemic. I have been very pleased and happy with my choice to make this my home. I highly recommend NEC.

This is a fantastic place. Trish, Labaron, Tracy, Logan and all others not mentioned do an exceptional job taking care of the residents and satisfying all of their needs. They go above and beyond making sure the residents have everything they need. The facility is kept up with, always clean and taken care of. Would recommend elderly family members to reside in this facility should placement be necessary.

We moved into New England Club two years ago this past February 13th. Covid was active so we were pretty much confined to our rooms. When we were finally allowed in to the dining room and we got to meet the other residents it was like a whole new world opened up! This is what we were missing...a connection with others. It was wonderful. We made fast friends that are truly "family" to us. Now that my husband is in a nursing facility they are also my support system & keep me "lifted up". The entire staff here is beyond fabulous. They go so much beyond the call of duty in taking care of us - - they are unbelievable and I am thankful to them every day. They know us, call us by name, and truly help us in every way. I feel truly blessed to be here at New England Club. Another thing that I feel is very important is the fact that the residents look out for one another; not just our close friends but then ones we just come across daily. We worry and pray for evey ones health and well being. We all touch each other lives....how wonderful is that!

My mom has been at the New England Club for over 9 years. She loves everything about this place. She loves the food and all the activities. Steve, the activity director, is always finding new fun things for everyone to do. He tries really hard to have a variety of things for all the residents. All the staff is so kind and attentive to the residents. I highly recommend this place!

My father lived there for a little over a year! WE LOVED IT!!! The newly remodeled facility is so warming, clean and welcoming! The staff, genuinely friendly and helpful!! The food is amazing at all meals. He loved the activities so he could have a little fun and meet new friends. There is also support staff for some assistance as needed. The best part...the competitive all inclusive pricing!! Highly recommend!!!

Looked really nice, but waited at desk called contact number on there sign saying to for assistance when I did it rang and rang etc. at the desk I was at which no was sitting once a gentlemen which looked like he worked in kitchen stopped and went to find someone finally some lady showed up to help me. made a medical delivery there and went to the front desk where I found no one, I called the number posted to find it rings right were i was standing and the ghost didnt answer so as I stood there a kitchen worker stopped and was some help but after he left I waited until someone showed up which when she did, she wasn't the friendliest of people, I have always said treat people as you want to be treated I just wish I could have been rude back but I stayed on the good side and said have a great day. if you don't like your job don't take it out on others making contact with you its not our fault you don't like your job

Visited my sister who had just moved in. Very large and very nice place. Due to Covid-19 you have to sign in on a tablet and have your temperature taken. Each person has to go through this procedure. Cumbersome! Lady at desk was very helpful. You have to sign out also.

As an independent living facility, I think the New England Club is very nice. Food is just adequate though. There is not a lot of selection and it tastes very bland. The building is older, but I think the residents like that. If you or your loved needs just independent living, check this out. But please do not rely on the Superior Home Care shared service/care. That's where everything falls apart.
