I was there to visit a friend. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions I had. If I ever need rehabilitation care, I would choose Meadowbrook.

My husband has spent the last 4 years in hospitals and rehab centers. He is back at Meadowbrook again after having surgery. The staff is as caring and helpful as when he was here before. My mom, Shirley, was placed in the rehab wing in January. The Therapists are excellent and worked with my mother. They were very caring and considerate of her needs.( I recommend this for rehab) Unfortunately, due to declining memory and health we have had to move her to long term in this facility! I can say that her nurses and aids do this as best they can! Her care manager, Shannon and staff is awesome! Most of the time the facility is clean and her room as well (windows in need of good cleaning and with incontinence prevalent, it can smell at times)! She has had a few falls, but she fell all the time in my care. I am always notified and if there are any concerns she is checked over carefully! After a few months in long term I feel she is doing ok and they are meeting her needs. The staff I have met are so pleasant! Thank you, Meadowbrook !

I was just. In there for rehab. Most of the workers was great. Physical therapy was great. But have someone bring you food everyday. The menu you get is a joke. Bring your own salt and pepper also sugar. Mind you I have no high blood pressure and no problems with my sugar. Just the other way around. I needed to gain weight.
