I visit Dogwood almost daily for business. I can not tell you how great this place is! I love Liz who manages the property and Josh who is head of maintenance. Also, the residents there are wonderful too! I truly enjoy my time when I am there! They often host fun events for the residents. There is always something fun and inviting happening. Dogwood is mostly a 55+ community. Im not quite there but when I do become of age, this is where I would like to reside! The Dogwood Commons community is absolutely gorgeous!

We had been homeowners for 50 years. We weren’t sure about renting but Dogwood Commons has surpassed our expectations. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making our transition seamless!

My father has been at Dogwood Commons for 20 months and we are very happy with it. The condos are beautiful and they keep nice care of the landscaping. My dad has mobility issues so they but in grab bars in the bathroom. Neighbors are all so nice.

Best decision to move from a NYC suburb to spacious Dogwood Commons. The beautifully designed unit has plenty to offer along with a wonderful clubhouse offering a busy calendar of activities. Liz, the office director, is well organized and quick to respond with requests. Josh, the maintenance manager, keeps the place in excellent shape. It’s a beautiful place to live.

5 Reasons for 5 Stars for Dogwood Commons: 1) The Unit- spacious, functional layout, lots of natural light 2) The Staff- Liz and Josh keep everything running, work well with the residents plus they are very nice people! 3) The Residents- fun and interesting people with a wide range of backgrounds and are good neighbors as everyone watches out for and helps others 4) The Community- variety of daily, weekly and monthly activities planned by both management and residents, very walkable with sidewalks and nearby walking paths, the community garden is beautiful and fun to share in the harvest 5) The Location-walkable to Cornerstone for the park, shopping and dining plus convenient to Wilmington Pike and I-675

We’ve only been here 3 months now but are enjoying living here. The home is lovely & the office personnel & maintenance guys are great. It’s wonderful having the convenience of having the grounds taken care of and when the little things go wrong to just call & know they will be fixed quickly. Also there are clubs & events for all kinds of interests that we’ve found to be fun & informative.

We have just been living here a couple of months. So far we are very happy here. The apartment is beautiful. We sold our home because we couldn't keep up with the maintenance and we really love it here. We haven't met too many people yet, but the ones we have met are very nice and friendly. The staff here are great. Liz and Josh are awesome . Any time we have had a problem it has been taken care of quickly. We are loving living here.

Dogwoood Commons offers everything we were looking for as we downsized last year: single story living in a luxury, maintainance free apartment, no steps or step-overs in our apartment nor the entire complex, and a 55+ community with social activities in a great location. Dogwood offers this and more. Liz, our Community Director, keeps things running smoothly. Josh, our Maintainance Supervisor, keeps our complex in good working order. Kudos for all they do to make Dogwood a wonderful place to live and to make new friends. I invite you to come and see for yourself.

I absolutely enjoy Dogwood Comons along with the staff that works there. Elizabeth is top-notch, and always making sure I have eaten. The property is very clean and well kept. The maintenance supervisor is one of the friendliest that I have met. The Property team should get an award for how great it is.

My wife and I have lived in Dogwood Commons for a little over a year. Very happy here. We don’t need a lot of maintenance support, but when we do, Josh is right on top of it. The office staff has also been very helpful whenever we have needed anything.

This place is awesome! What makes it so awesome, is the staff. The manager Liz, does everything in her power to accommodate you. The staff and the outside professionals hires, are courteous and professional. Josh the maintenance guy, response quickly and is always pleasant.

I love living here at Dogwood Commons. From the instant I saw the Model in July, 2022, I looked forward to moving here in July, 2023. The staff has been extremely kind to me. Josh does an outstanding job on our maintenance & upkeep and ready to help in an instant for service calls. Liz and Cathy were wonderful, showing the Model to me and all the friends I brought for a tour before I moved to my unit. Now, I just let people tour my unit.™ I recommend Dogwood Commons as opportunities arise.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this TRUE community. I also moved from Texas- New Braunfels - which used to be a quaint community, too. My sadness was quickly filled with happiness once we moved to this community. Some net things about living here are: 1. We keep an ongoing list of neighbors who are willing to get grocery items for you if you’re unable due to sickness, surgery, car trouble, etc. 2. Another running list for people who will drive you to and from doctor appointments- dialysis, etc. 3. There are DAILY free functions. I feel like I’m missing out when I’m unable to attend. Our admin - from management to maintenance - our neighbors - are like none other. Thank you for showing people what a true community can look like!!!!

We love living here. Liz, the property manager, is always on top of things and responds immediately. She made the leasing process easy and was there to answer my many questions from afar. We were moving from Colorado and rented it sight unseen! Josh, the Facilities Tech is the same way. He gets to things needing attention expeditiously. It didn't take anytime before we were welcomed into the community as there is always something planned by Director Liz and the Residents Activities Committee. This is an update to my original review from several months ago. It gets better. Too bad there's not a sixth star. We love our two-bedroom home on the pond at Dogwood Commons. The living area is spacious, neighbors are delightful, and the office staff are amazing! We did what most people who live here did - we downsized. In truth, it was more like "right-sizing" since we are very happy with the space. Dogwood is new. The landscape is maturing with many improvements since we first moved in. The cost of living here comports closely with what we paid as homeowners, especially if you count the amenities. Nothing has changed about our home since we moved here in 2022 and we love it still. Over the intervening months we have made many more new friends. Our community has become a family. Everyone is friendly with many becoming close friends. We are big enough to have numerous amenities and small enough that everyone has a name. Liz is the manager. Josh takes care of maintenance. If you need something, you call Liz or send an email. No lawn mowing, no drain unclogging, no replacing furnace filters, shoveling snow, or changing light bulbs. The Resident Activity Committee, with Treplus sponsorship plans activities a month at a time which are there to enjoy or ignore, though few ignore them. Participate, relax, walk, sit on the front porch and chat or read a book. Shopping and restaurants literally within walking distance. Home, they say, is where the heart is. Our hearts are right here at Dogwood Commons.

I love living in Dogwood Commons. Because it’s a 55+ neighborhood, I have so much in common with my neighbor who have become my friends. There’s something to do almost every day and at least every other evening. The management has been very professional and quick to respond to any of my needs or concerns. We are such a friendly community and genuinely concerned for one another’s welfare. I feel completely safe, living here and walking whether it’s evening or early mornings. I’m new to Ohio from Texas and I sure made the right decision by moving to Dogwood Commons. I love my condo and my view of the pond with all the wildlife and the fountain. I tell everyone about how lovely it is to live here. The management and the residents are so welcoming to my daughter when she comes to visit and enjoy some of the activities that we have here. I was afraid I was going to be like a shut in during the winter since I’m not used to real winters, but I’m realizing that there will be plenty to do to keep me occupied and not feeling lonely this winter. I really enjoy living at Dogwood Commons in Centerville. Liz, Our Leasing manager is always prompt and makes sure if you have a concern, It’s answered. Josh our Maintenance Manager drops what he is doing to help me out anytime, anyway. Liz and Josh do a Great job, But most importantly They Care!! We have been here almost a year. What a blessing. It is a beautiful home, spacious, beautiful details, very well thought out for 55+ community. The Commons is a great place to gather with many activities going on that are so much fun. The community of people are such caring, friendly people. A balm for my soul following the years of covid. I have lived in Dogwood Commons for 1 1/2 years and I love living here. The residents are friendly and watch out for each other. The office personnel are professional and helpful. Liz, the director, is knowledgeable and helpful. Josh the maintenance guy does an excellent job. There are many activities available for all interests. The apartments are lovely and roomy. Best living situation you could ask for at a 55+ community. Spacious villas with several community activities. All this topped by our Community Director, Liz and our, he can do anything, maintenance hero Josh. These two allow us residents to enjoy a warm caring community of great residents and activities.
