My mother has lived in Canal Winchester for 86 years, and moved to assisted living at The Inn at Winchester Trail almost 2 years ago after dad passed away and she developed mobility and memory issues. She tells everyone in town she lives there and loves it. The food is delicious, the place is beautiful, the staff is amazing, there are physical and occupational therapy and medical staff on site, and there are fun activities daily. We (her family) visit her daily and know she is well cared for, happy, safe, and has positive social interactions. There are other CW residents living there whom mom has known for years, and she knows she is living with high caliber people. We were afraid mom would not like assisted living, but she loves it. The Inn is truly a special and wonderful place. I highly recommend it.

I enjoy working at The Inn and connecting with all the residents and their families! It feels like I have 50+ Grandparents I get to visit everyday. I would definitely recommend some to work here and recommend families to live here!

As a nurse at The Inn at Winchester Trail, I truly feel like part of a family. As a part of a family, we have our ups and downs but nothing is more comforting than knowing that my family will back me up. The management team has gone above and beyond in making me feel like a meaningful part of a team of professionals. I take pride in my work and especially make an effort to improve the reputation of my employer. I have witnessed some of the finest examples of hospitality afforded to the residents at The Inn at Winchester Trail.

I would highly recommend The Inn at Winchester Trail as an assisted living residence. It is beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff (nurses, dietary, aides, maintenance, Directors) work hard, are professional and genuinely care about their residents. They continually strive to improve the experience and well being of all who live and work here.

This place is so inviting. When you are here the staff treat you like family. They are always so courteous and willing to help. It always smells clean and is well maintained. This is the hilton of assisted living, no joke!

This is beautiful welcoming facility. It is clean, classy and has plenty of activities for the different level of patients and the rooms are a nice size too. I would consider it for my mother or even myself.

My momma has lived here for 8 months now. She absolutely Loves The Inn at Winchester Trail and All the Staff. Mommas has been at 2 other assisted living-dementia centers with the same price point. The other 2 were not even close to the quality of The Inn at Winchester Trail. Yes it is stunningly gorgeous, but the quality of care is unmatched by any others. From the Director to the Aides everyone is extremely Loving, Respectful, and Caring. Every question is answered. Every health concern is addressed immediately. If Momma is not feeling well or any other concerns, we are called no matter what time of day or night. I visit 2-4 times a week and all differant times. No matter what the circumstances I have Never heard a staff member be unkind or not gentle. They all have a special way of addressing problems and redirecting the resident. I can not sing their praises enough! The Inn at Winchester Trail is awesome!!

I never review anything publicly, but I have to for this facility. The Inn at Winchester Trail was my fathers home for about 2 years. We couldnt have asked for a better facility with the best people for our dads last years. He felt like he was at home, and we were confident that he was being treated like a king!!! What a blessing this place and people were to Big Fred and our entire family!
