Although we chose Jackson Ridge Care Facility from a hospital's list in another county from where they are in Stark, we are glad that we did. While we would not give their curb appeal a high star rating, for their care, we would. We have found All the staff, very friendly, kind and determined to carry through with their mission statement to see their tasks through the eyes of their patients and caregivers. For the months our loved one has been at Jackson Ridge receiving therapy and wound care, we have been happy. We have been pleased with the personal attention from not only the professional medical staff, but from all the other support staff—one of whom brings my brother, a cup of hot chocolate in the afternoon. But we feel we have received that personal care all along from everyone working at Jackson Ridge Facility. We would highly recommend Jackson Ridge for their kind care.

Our family would like to thank the entire staff at Jackson Ridge Rehab and Care Center, especially in the Memory Care Facility for the care they gave our Dad. Not only the excellent care but also the respect and friendship given him and us. Their dedication to those suffering from dementia is remarkable and they helped us to understand the disease along the way as well. You will always be in our hearts. Theresa Champagne.

I spent 20 days in rehab for a double knee replacement. I received the very best care. I found the staff to be very kind and patient. I worked with several people in the therapy dept. They were all great! I worked with Paul the most. He was tough but very kind and encouraging. I just went to my first follow up appt with my orthopedic surgeon. He said I am doing better than most people who have one knee done. Hes also having me cancel Home Health and go straight to outpatient therapy because the therapy I received a Jackson Ridge had me so much further along. I cant possibly thank the staff at Jackson Ridge for the great care I received!

As nursing homes go this one is OK, but could be better. One day two residents wanted to go back to their rooms and was asking for at least 40 minutes while no staff even answered them! I said to the staff they want to go back to their rooms The staff said they heard them but did not answer them while I was there for another hour. Another time all were given noodle casserole and peas for lunch. The peas were like rocks and no one could eat them. The kitchen should have known not to serve these uncooked dried peas! People need to visit their loved ones often to keep check on them no matter what facility.
