The staff at R.H. Myers helped my family organize a Friday night Shabbat dinner with many delicious options and a lunch birthday celebration for our mother who lives at R.H. Myers. The guest suites we rented to accommodate family guests were clean and had lovely decor. The staff were attentive and accommodating.

My mom has stayed there over the past couple of years and she has loved it. They have a lot of great activities, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. This is a great step for someone who is looking to downsize, but not needing assisted care yet.

My mother moved to R.H. Myers Apartments in January. Just 2 months later she was in a bad car accident and fractured 5 ribs. Words cannot express our gratitude for the tremendous support my mother received from the entire R.H. Myers staff. I live in another state and came in to help mom. I was astonished at how quickly everyone reached out and connected us to so many caring and competent in-house providers. Tamera was the master coordinator. She got us in touch with Paula and Walt. They are fabulous home health aids who came in to check on mom twice a day after I left. Dennis, with property maintenance, helped mom with all things tech upon her move in and put up all of her art. Gwen connected us with a visiting nurse and physical therapist who each came 2-3 times a week to support mom's recovery. Judy, the front desk manager knew everyone's name, coordinated mom's transportation and helped me find my way as I stayed with mom for her first two weeks of recovery. I really got to know the facility during this time. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with the incredible kind and caring support mom received. R.H. Meyers is an extremely well run place and a wonderful new home for mom. If you choose to encourage your aging parent to move here, they will be in good hands.

I want to thank Menorah Park and RH Myers for a wonderful Zoom Hanukkah party today. The residents of Sherri Park apartments were virtual guests and joined with residents of RH Myers and some members of the community. Art, from their food services prepared lovely goodie bags which contained delicious pastries and were delivered to the Sherri Park apartments just before the party. Laura Blair put together great entertainment featuring some residents and her staff and included singing, dancing and trivia. We even had Rabbis who lit our menorah, shared blessings and songs. We believe there were almost 50 people in attendance, all enjoying a special time. I run the Community Options program at Sherri Park and I am always looking for ways to keep my residents happy. Partnerships like this one are truly a gift! Thank You!

My mother has been living at R H Myers Apartments for over 3 years now. She chose a move to Myers because she knew several people living there who were quite pleased with the amenities. She raves about the kindness of the staff and residents, the meals, happy hour, and activities offered there. She also loves the fact that she is independent and can walk to Peter Lewis, Menorah Park, and Stone Gardens year round to visit with family and friends. The pandemic has been challenging for all of us, and I can only say that the extra care and attention my mother has received these past 9 months has been a blessing. To keep residents safe, restrictions had to be applied. These restrictions put more of a burden on the staff, but they really stepped up to the plate! Morning check ins, quality meals delivered to each resident daily, planned outdoor visits, surprise visits from staff, and distanced activies have made it so much easier to cope through it all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I moved my mother to Myers House in January, from another state, to be closer to family. From my first contact with Myers house they have been nothing but amazing. The logistics were difficult, especially during a pandemic, but they made it as easy as possible. From a Facetime tour of the building (thank you Laura!), to the flexibility with the movers and the assistance with setting up her apartment, I cannot say enough. Meagan even came over, multiple times to help my mother set up and understand her new cable system! The Rabbis have been wonderful helping my mother navigate her new surroundings and continue to practice as an Orthodox Jewish woman. And the dietary staff have been so accommodating of her tastes. Activities have continued even during the pandemic, which allowed my mother to meet other residents. I highly recommend Myers House!

My Mom chose to move to R.H. Myers a few years ago because she felt so comfortable with the community there. When the pandemic hit, many of my friends were concerned about her. The Myers and Menorah Park staff quickly put protocols in place to keep residents safe, and strictly adhered to CDC and other health guidelines. I'm sure all these measures put a very big burden on the staff, including delivering meals to residents in their apartments. So glad my Mom is there -- don't have to worry about her getting quality meals or her safety. She was able to get vaccinated at Myers, and it was so well-organized! They have now extended the vaccine program to include all staff, aids and caregivers, who have so much confidence in Menorah Park and Myer's health programs. I live in Chicago and this has been a gift -- it has given me so much peace of mind about my Mother's health, quality of life, and her ultimate happiness. I can't say enough about the staff at Myers. If my Mom had a Zoom meeting, or a holiday or relative gathering on Zoom, the administrative assistant made sure my Mom was able to join. If she needed something during the pandemic, someone made sure she was able to get it. Transportation to medical appointments is coordinated (without a hitch) by Judy in the front office, and the drivers get my Mom back and forth safely and on time. Menorah Park also kept family members up to date on COVID 19 cases and protocols with weekly e-mail communication, and even provides a monthly Community magazine. It truly takes a village, and that's what you get at R.H. Myers -- a staff of knowledgeable, caring, and empathetic professionals, who provide best of care to the ones we love. Megan Cisler, Tamara Ellis, Art in Dining, and their staff really go above and beyond for the residents. They truly deserve accolades during these unusual times, because they have safeguarded our loved ones, helping us to transition to a time when we can be together again. Thank you Menorah Park for all you do -- I'm so glad my Mom chose to make her home at R.H. Myers!

R.H. Myers is a wonderful place to have your loved one stay and you can rest assured that they will be well taken care of. I helped a very close friend of mine move there and she really loves it. She has lived there for 6 years now and the staff has always gone beyond what was expected to try and help with her different needs and wants. The food is good and there are plenty of activities and events for the residents to enjoy. I highly recommend this place!!!

I am thrilled to pieces about the great care my mom receives at RH Myers. My mom has lived here for 10 years and is very happy here. God willing she will be celebrating her 99th birthday with family and friends! She likes to participate in all the wonderful activity programs that are offered, including jewelry making, pokeno, and sitting around with her friends and making new friends. She enjoys the food and being able to eat in the private dining room for special occasions with family. As her son, our Cleveland family is HUGELY grateful for keeping her happy, safe, and active. The staff is unusually caring and I couldn't ask for anything better.

Whenever there is an issue with my mom having an accident- I immediately get a call from them. The staff have been amazing during the pandemic.
