My mother was a resident for over 15 years. In the past year, she has needed a lot more support from the nursing staff and they not only over delivered but were so kind and compassionate. The front desk, security, activities director and even the physical therapist were all so accommodating. When mom started to outgrow the ability to live independently, the staff made our family feel they would do whatever it took to help her stay safe. Medical care at home was a lifesaver. Mom has recently moved to a facility with 24/7 support but we thank you all for everything you have done for our mom and family!!

I recommend Deer Creek Lodge as a pleasant place to live for many reasons. It's beautiful grounds are well kept and peaceful. Upon entering the building you are kindly greeted. The staff is genuinely caring, compassionate and helpful. Their bus service is available seven days a week and will take you to appointments and shopping as needed. The Life Enrichment department is excellent,! There are a variety of activities offered all day everyday. They plan outings to concerts, restaurants and other places of interest. There are ice cream socials, happy hour, daily exercise, arts and crafts, speakers and live entertainment and much more. The nursing staff helps tenants in a variety of ways throughout the day and has staff on duty at night. The dietary department caters to the needs of all the tenants. They offer selections for everyone, from a regular menu to vegans selections to special needs. Housekeeping and maintenance do their best to keep things in order.

Excellent customer service, the care of the residents is excellent and they go out of there way to help with solutions and it staff is very friendly, I would recommend anyone with family members that needs care should come here

My visit to Deer Creek was met with friendly and warm staff. It felt like a ski lodge. All that was missing was hot chocolate. Actually they did have that too. This is a hidden gem, hopefully it stays that way.

Deer Creek Lodge Assisted living is a wonderful place. I found the facility to be clean, staff friendly and inviting. The Activities person Tracy is amazing! Her ability to entertain, educate, and motivate the Residents is truly fantastic. I would recommend Deer Creek Lodge to anyone seeking a wonderful place to live.

Nice facility with good staff. Has an indoor parking garage. Only drawback is the food, which is awful. The menu is very limited, and many of the meals are tasteless, especially the vegan ones which have recently been put on the menu.

Who would say and make such accusations Wiggins places very respectful friendly cleanliness and just awesome I've never seen such thing with a facility they're welcome the front desk speaks respectfully if you can't find your way they'll let you know or they'll guide you yourself there everyone seems to love their job there not just their pay I give the staff six stars very comfortable clean this humbleness respectfulness understand understanding awesome hands up to this facility if I had a choice to send my loved ones there this will be the place

Beautiful and clean facility with an amazing staff. I have volunteered here many times and I could tell based on the pleasure of the tenants that the staff truly cares about the wellbeing of the clients that live there. The staff treated me like family and I would recommend this facility to anybody that is in the process of searching.

How lucky we elderly are that there’s a facility like Wiggins Place available to us. The staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and all the people who oversee various departments, are so polite and so nice. I thought when I first moved here that they had gone to a special class to learn to be kind to people. I can only say good things about MY HOME!

My wife’s aunt Renetta Waldman , a 19-year resident at Wiggins recently passed away at the age of 105. Throughout her time there, Renetta had the highest praise for the team that took care of her and the other residents. In all of our visits, we have found the same, and in particular their care and support for Renetta in her final weeks. Though too many to name, we would like to specially mention Ashley, dining room Shawana, front desk John, security Erin, nurse Physical therapy team Food service delivery Frankie, director The woman that came every night without fail to administer Renetta’s eye drops. Thanks to all for the care and support all these years.

My mother has lived at Wiggins Place for 8 months. The transition from her beloved home of 30 years to assisted living has been difficult, but the Wiggins staff has gone above and beyond to help her adjust. Both she and I are very happy with the high quality of services and the caring attitude of the administration and staff members. I feel free to call with my questions and concerns and sleep better knowing my mother is being looked after. I would have given 5 stars, except Mom says the food is not as good as when she first arrived (with the exception of Friday dinners, which she says are excellent). Otherwise, I highly recommend Wiggins.

My in-laws just moved here from Florida. My mother-in-law told us, weeks before she moved in that she will not like the food and would make every meal herself. She even brought everything from her kitchen, preparing to cook. Now that they’re settled in, they love the food so much she says she has no reason to prepare meals herself. Plus, they think the staff is wonderful. They couldn’t be happier and neither could we.

My mother moved into Wiggins Place last November and they have done an amazing job of taking care of all of her medical, living and social needs. She adjusted so easily and within days had made many new friends and had someone from the staff checking on her several times a day to make sure she is taking her meds. The facility has gone above and beyond to keep their residents safe during this pandemic. Prior to Wiggins, she was home alone and fairly isolated. My family and I are certain that moving her to there not only saved her life, but very likely prolonged it. Highly recommend.
