This is a beautiful facility that I would recommend to any of my family members if ever necessary. It is very clean and held to high standards of care. The Therapy your family member will receive is some of the best I have ever seen and is highly recommended by many that have received it during their stay.

My mom, Lois Townsend, has been a resident in Willow memory care for the past 3 years. Thank you to all the nurses, aides, doctors, nurse practitioners, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, physical therapy department, activities department and maintenance department for the wonderful care she receives. The employees on Willow Care are like a family. Its so nice to be able to get to know everyone on a first name basis. If I have a concern or issue, there is always someone to help resolve it. I never have to worry about her if I am out of town. I truly appreciate the good care and treatment she receives and I appreciate all the different staff members that help to make mom's life as good as it can be for her. Susan

I have absolutely no idea how people can leave such negative feedback about such a wonderful firm and it's people. I stayed here for a month about five years ago to rehab a total knee replacement. I was so well looked after by a knowledgeable and compassionate nursing staff that I felt like I was at home. These are good and decent people who are very intelligent and caring. Please don't let others tarnish their good names in your minds so that you don't send your loved ones here 5+ stars

My mom resided at Amherst Manor for a short amount of time. During the time she spent there she came to love all the staff and if asked she considered this place home. Not a home but her home. Unfortunately due to her health conditions she recently passed. I've never met more kind, caring and compassionate staff, from the office workers, rehab, aides, nurses and housekeepers. Everyone went over and above board. I can't thank you enough for making my mom feel at home! It's a beautiful facility! You are all Blessed! The family of Frances Duran

Amherst Manor therapy team has done wonders with my father we had to place him in a facility he had a stroke and is doing better staff is great and treat him so good we can't thank the staff for all they do every day my family appreciates all of you

My mother is receiving her physical therapy at Sprenger Healthcare in Amherst. I must say that I am very pleased with the attention and care she is receiving at this facility. The staff are very helpful, patient and caring to my mother and our family when we visit. She's making great progress! Thanks, Sprenger! We really appreciate you!

I work with an Agency that helps with the staffing and I just want to commend the employees for always making me feel welcomed. If I have any issues management is always a phone call away and will help with any situation. The STNA's that I have worked with are amazing. Thank you !

Very poor physical therapy and staff. Family member fell hit head on floor family was not notified. Quality of meals and care very poor. Nursing homes want to short staff for increased profits. This having a negative impact on care. Nursing staff spent more time on personal calls and phone then caring for patients.

Nice atmosphere, friendly case manager, great occupational therapists as well as physical therapists. Clean and airy with nice house keeping staff. However, there are not enough nursing aides. They each have 15 patients to care for and they are responsible for all meals and giving 4 baths a day so you can imagine if you are stuck on toilet and nobody answers your call for 20+ minutes it is not good for a patient that faints. Also, each department does not communicate with each other so you get people not knowing your ailments. I believe the owner's - executives at the top are to blame. Do not run an establishment without proper staffing. For heaven's sake hire people to deal meals and don't make nurse aides do it!! They are too busy as it is. No wonder they are frustrated and short tempered sometimes. They do NOT want to do showers there with patients. It was like pulling teeth to get this done for my parents. I went to facility at 7am for what I thought was an appointment and staff were yelling down hallways to other staff what coffee they wanted from someone ordering it from outside--- I mean YELLING- to a person who was not in sight-- these poor elderly recovering in uncomfortable beds with a bunch of issues being awakened at 7am if they were lucky enough to be sleeping!! That is uncalled for.
