We would like to share our experience with Lorain Estates. From the initial tour through our aunt' s actual move in, the whole process was professional and very efficient. The facility is not only beautiful, extremely clean and well kept, it's very functional. There is a feeling of community among the residents and staff. The onsite medical professionals are well trained and prepared. Their communication with us has been exceptional. Our aunt has lived in other assisted living facilities. She's currently the happiest that she's been in years, thanks to Lorain Estates and its awesome staff. Our deepest thanks to the entire Lorain Estates team for making their residents feel like they are at home.

I have worked at Lorain Estates for a few months now. 7 of my own family members have experienced Senior Living and this gave me direction in my career choice. I have been in this line of work for 6 years. Lorain Estates/Sinceri Senior Living is by far the most well run Community I have ever experienced. I tearfully moved my mom here in June of 2021 after searching facilities for about 2 months. I kept returning to the decision that Lorain Estates was the best choice for my Mom. One year later I can honestly say I made the best choice for her. Being a nurse I know the difficulties facing Healthcare however I can say 1st hand Lorain Estates has done a wonderful job through the past year. The disease process can be challenging however they have never given up with my mom and they have always approached her in a positive loving way. I can honestly say when I leave my mom I feel confident she is being well cared for. I am thankful beyond measure to the staff caring for my loved one and I would highly recommend Lorain Estates!

Mom moved in in Aril, 2021, under a different management name. Have been pleased with Lorain Estates since they took over. The facility has maintained cleanliness and the workers genuinely care about the residents. I’ve been impressed with the events that include the families. They have been carefully planned and nicely executed! Everyone seems to be available and responsive - from maintenance, aides, nurses to the Director. We had many recommendations about the facility and I would definitely recommend Lorain Estates to anyone that needs to move someone into an assisted living facility, mom is very happy there.

Elmcroft is a great place for my father. The nursing staff and aids have been wonderful in helping my father with all his needs. There are activities for the residents weekly to ensure that the residents are living their lives to the fullest. Whenever I have questions, they are very responsive and always willing to assist in any way they can. I feel confident that my father is receiving great care at Elmcroft.

In July 2018 my family decided to move mom into an assisted living community. We took her on a tour of Elmcroft of Lorain and knew it was the right fit for her. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We are very comfortable and content she is being cared for and especially very happy with the staffs care thru this unforeseen pandemic we are all going thru. They were and continuing keeping all the residents as safe as they can. Thank you Elmcroft.

Ive worked with a number of communities over the years helping families find placement for their loved ones. Elmcroft has always been a pleasure to work with - from the admissions-sales team who are very knowledgeable and accommodating to the care staff who are pleasant and helpful, making the transition for both the families and residents a very positive experience.

Awhile back I toured Elmcroft with the hope of placing my grandmother there. I was impressed with how clean it was and the staff were very nice. The residents I met seemed happy. They were complimentary of the care they received. Unfortunately, my grandma passed away unexpectedly so we werent able to bring her there, but I would definitely recommend Elmcroft for your loved ones.

My family I have nothing but great things to say about Elmcroft of Lorain! Our dad was in the hospital and was in need of supervision and therapy after a hospital stay. The insurance would not approve a nursing home and we really didnt want him going to one. Due to all of us children working full time we were not able to provide this supervision for dad. My siblings I began calling around for options. Home Health could only provide a few hours of care supervision a day which we didnt feel comfortable with. We began calling Assisted Livings. Elmcroft of Lorain came to the rescue! We spoke with the Sales Director. She said they had a few open apartments left. She offered their short term furnished apartment. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that they provide in house physical therapy ( which Dad was in need of) and we agreed that we would move forward. Dad, originally, was only going to stay for a couple of weeks until he got stronger but, after a week, Dad was socializing and making friends with other Veterans living at Elmcroft of Lorain and decided to sell his condo and move in permanently! We cannot thank Elmcroft of Lorain enough for all that they do for our dad each and every day!

I have worked at Elmcroft of Lorain for close to 5 years. After leaving to explore new opportunities I missed the community, residents and coworkers and had the opportunity to fill a open position. I am happy to say Im Home. Elmcroft is a great place to work. I would recommend Elmcroft of Lorain to anyone looking for employment or looking for an assisted living community for their loved one, family or friends.

Secondly...get everything in writing...not just lip service. A number of places say what they are GOING TO DO....this place is clean...good staff...secure and comes as advertised. You only get one set of parents!! Do what is BEST for them.

It was hard for a couple weeks to get Mom comfortable but she is now doing well. She gets more activities and exercises too. She went on an outing to K-Mart. I take her to church and get her hair done, now she is okay with return here. The food is good. The facility is very nice and clean. I would recommend them.
