I’ve been living at Summit Ridge Apartments for over a year now, and I can confidently say it’s the best bang for your buck in the area. The rent is super affordable for the amount of space and quality you get. Honestly, I’ve looked around, and nothing else compares at this price point. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and well-maintained. It’s modern but still feels cozy, and the natural light is amazing. Everything works perfectly, and I haven’t had any issues with appliances or anything breaking down. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for me and my dog. It also has a dog park, that not many people use. the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. i cant ask for much more The staff is friendly and responsive i always feel heard. The location is super convenient too, with stores, restaurants, and everything else I need just a short drive away, but the area still feels calm and private. If you’re looking for a solid, affordable place I would recommend summit ridge.

This is my first time living in an apartment by myself. When I moved in I was newly 20 and I noticed that the staff was respectful and never treated me like a child or delinquent while handling my paper work. They are patient and friendly and I find it very easy to strike up a conversation with them whenever we cross paths. I'll be honest and say that the building is not perfect but then again the building is fairly older. Even with this in mind I can very clearly see the staff acknowledging and tending to whatever problems may occur throughout the property. Along with the apartments being close to everything I need for my home as well as recreation, the majority of it is within walking distance. For my first apartment I think I chose well and I intend to stay for a good while 🙂
