I have worked for Danbury of Cuyahoga Falls for almost 2 years now and I have never been happier at a job. This company truly embraces the meaning of family when it comes to residents and staff. This is such a phenomenal place to work. It allows you to excel in your career field but also have time for your family. I could not express how grateful I am for this company and the opportunities they have given me. If you are looking for a job or a place for a loved one, this is the place to go!

this is a wonderful place to work - everyone is so helpful and the residents are the best. Live music at least once a week, great parties, bingo 3 times a week, great food, steak night & cocktails once a month, outings, choir and chimes and piano club!

I live 1250 miles away and every time I come up to visit my parents the staff remembers me and welcomes me back. My parents were not very active anymore but onced they moved in here all that changed. They are very happy here and have a lot of friends to talk to now. The place is always clean and in great shape when I come to visit.

Danbury has been a perfect location for my father. He has been encouraged to live as independently as his condition allows. We learned about Danbury from close friends, whose father was a resident and was extremely happy living there. The location was convenient. It is located in a park like area. It is clean and modern with comfortable rooms. The dining room is spacious with good outdoor views.Staff has been attentive and always helpful. They are patient and able to deal with my father in a respectful, courteous manner. Dad made the transition to assisted living without any problems. His health improved dramatically. He gained weight and remained very mobile. He enjoys walking in the neighborhood. He could visit the independent living area as desired. He transitioned well from completely independent living to assisted living, while maintaining his dignity and independence.Dad has been well cared for. His health recently changed dramatically. The staff was supportive and provided critical information about his care post stroke. Cheryl and MIchelle have been available for conferences and have provided valuable information and support as we prepare for a different stage for Dad. We have chosen Danbury again. After careful consideration and helpful information about future care, we are confident that our father will be well cared for after his stroke. Cheryl was available on weekends and after hours to respond to our questions and assist our family in providing a higher level of care after a recent hospitalization and rehabilitation at Falls Village.Dad is looking forward to returning home where the staff knows him and cares for his welfare. We are pleased in his care, environment, cleanliness and most importantly his desires and happiness.

I am so grateful to Danbury Woods staff for the warm and loving care given my father. The nursing staff is outstanding. They have gone above and beyond in monitoring my fathers medication. My fathers blood sugar is checked 2 to 3 times a day. His diabetes is now under control. He looks and feels the best he has felt in some time. The kitchen staff is friendly and the food is excellent. We are notified immediately if my father shows any change in his health. I am really impressed with the attention given my dad. His room is well maintained. There are diverse daily activities that my father enjoys. He loves his Danbury Woods home. I give Danbury Woods a 5 star rating.

Danbury Woods is an Outstanding Assisted Living, if, I have to say so myself. Very clean. Very organized. Outstanding staff. Integrity & compassion stands out. Person centered care. The facility is driven by a higher quality of care which is evident on a daily basis.
