I currently work at the waterstone Westchester. As an overnight, security for the company. I reached 1 year as an employee and enjoyed it for the most part getting very acquaint with many of the residence of the facility. Enjoy talking to them as well as having a good laugh. It's always good to laugh. I have no complaints. The company has treated me well so far. I hope to reach another year and another year until they wanna kick me out LOL.

We came to tour Waterstone of Westchester, on behalf of my parents, after hearing about them through friends. We were blown away by how beautiful it was. Abby Stenzler showed us around and answered all of our questions. She introduced us to everyone who passed by, all of whom seemed really happy. We are excited to bring my parents and sister to see it - we are sure they'll love it as much as we did. As we were leaving, we noticed their happy hour was rocking! I loved how packed it was.

Waterstone is a best in class independent living community staffed by incredibly kind and thoughtful team members. I highly recommend Waterstone for anyone in their later years who is ready for life to be just a bit easier - the conveniences, services, and facility that Waterstone offers are unparalleled. I couldn't be happier - and more at ease - that my parents found a home in Waterstone. I owe this in large part to Abby Stenzler (Senior Advisor) who made the daunting task of moving my parents into an independent community into an exciting process that my parents actually looked forward to. She walked us through multiple apartments, listened intently to the needs of my parents/family, and genuinely helped find my parents the right apartment to call home. We texted, called, and emailed with questions at all hours, and Abby was there to answer anything we asked with authentic kindness. Thank you Abby for treating my family as your own.

I have visited close to twelve (12) communities and have found Waterstone of Westchester to be the perfect match for my 90 year old mother. While we are in the process of selling her home we will rent an apartment at Waterstone of Westchester, independent living in the Spring of 2024. I have found the staff to be very friendly and working with Helayne Scheier, Senior Advisor who has been very helpful as I navigate this "new world". I visited with my Mom for a tour and Helayne was so kind and informative and made my Mom feel right at home. Helayne went above and beyond and mailed my Mom two (2) books that they are reading for their book club. Helayne introduced us to a few of the residents and I know that my Mom will feel right at home when we make the move. The apartments are well designed with all of the details very well thought out. They are also very bright and my Mom fell in love with the full kitchen with high-end appliances! I would advise everyone to take a look at Waterstone of Westchester and it is right across the street from Bloomingdales in White Plains! I have been an employee of Waterstone of Westchester for almost 2 years. I enjoy coming to work with the residents; listening to their stories is one of my favorite part of my job! They are kind, funny and young at heart. When I lead activities, I learn so much from them. I can only hope they feel the same way. I work in the Makers Space leading art classes - it brings me so much joy to teach residents different techniques and styles. Even if it is their first time working in the studio with me, they leave feeling accomplished. So far, working here has been a wonderful experience. It doesn't hurt that the community is gorgeous - makes my day brighter.

My folks moved into Waterstone 2 months back and the community welcomed them in a truly loving and authentic way. The staff— from Lauren to Abby to Maddie, to Debbie to Oleska are simply first rate. The activities are plentiful, diverse and well-designed, the team's attention to building a strong sense of belonging and caring is first rate in every way. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The senior team's openness to critique, dialogue and transparency is — in my 40 year career in education and social services leadership— fairly unique. Everyone at the front desk is kind, patient, and ready to go the extra mile. Are there issues that need to be addressed— sure! The place is still experiencing some early growing pains. Is the dining experience somewhat frustrating and uneven- yes! Is the cost higher than most places— of course. But you get the feeling that this is a place where ones' loved ones who have worked hard to be able to live with dignity and comfort will be able to truly enjoy their golden years!

My mother moved into Waterstone almost 2 years ago and she loves it. She loves the staff and the amenities. The social scene in the complex is lively. I highly recommend the Waterstone for seniors.

I have worked at Waterstone of Westchester for almost one year (came from a competitor). What I can share is this: The building is absolutely gorgeous (nothing like it in the area) - every detail was so well thought out when it was constructed. Most importantly, the staff go WAY above and beyond to ensure the safety and happiness of our residents and their family members. The events we offer are intellectually stimulating and there is something for everyone here at Waterstone of Westchester! I had the pleasure of attending a fabulous event there tonight, the facility is absolutely stunning, it is very modern and very city chic, not only do you feel like you stepped into a very swanky hotel, but you also have every amenity you can imagine, a quick throw from amazing restaurants right in white plains, I have recommended many of my families to go there, you will not be disappointed

My Mom is moving in here in a few weeks. I can't say enough great things about the process so far. Everyone very accommodating. We feel like family already. Everything from the team of people we've met to the cleanliness to the decor and atmosphere is first rate. Abby and Roseanne from the Marketing office are second to none. Debbie and Hannah make my Mom laugh and smile every time we're there. And Lauren, the Director, is absolutely wonderful. We cannot wait to move her in.
