We have been a resident of the Villa’s in the Village at Fairways for 3 1/2 years now and we definitely made the right choice. We have the privacy that we love along with the connections to other Villas and the main house residents. I love cooking and baking which I continue to do and now I have the option of joining others for lunch or dinner at the main house when I want a change or too tired to make dinner. And the food is very good. When friends or family come for a visit, we take them to the main house for a meal, which makes entertaining so much easier. Another thing I am very impressed by is the quality of the residents who reside here. They are a very caring community and willing to be a friend and help you in many different ways. We also attend a variety of programs offered in the main house from crafts, historical events, movies, concerts, different card games etc. My husband also enjoys playing billiards twice a week with group of men. One of my main concerns when we sold our house was we were moving away from some of our old friends and wondered if I would be able to meet new friends, especially since I wouldn’t be working and not sure about volunteering. With a lot of retired people around ( and some still working) it is not a problem. And we make the decision of when and how much we want to be involved. It is a good life and we are so happy we made the decision to move into the senior living community at the Village at Fairways. I urge you to consider joining us to enjoy a new life.

We've been working with Tiffany at the Addison of Fairways to get my Mom moved into their home. She's been so great to work with and very patient and kind with all of us as this is a big step for my Mom. The facility itself is beautiful and we are very excited for my Mom to move in this month and call it home!

I have had the opportunity to spend time at Fairways providing photography services at their events and programs, which are always thoughtfully planned and so much fun. I had the opportunity today to tour the community with a family member and was so impressed by the care and concern offered to my family as we navigate the process of exploring housing options. I'm grateful for the team at Fairways and very much appreciate what they have to offer!

I am appalled by this facility's disinterest in accommodating my father-in-law's celiac disease after numerous conversations with management. They are not willing to note which meals are free of gluten. And they continuously serve food with gluten like a hamburger bun this evening.

The Addison of Fairways in Victor NY is now thriving with the new management under the direction of the Director Debra Waziak. We just had the Villa’s Holiday party where Debra and the new marketing director Tina Clancy helped with the set up, the buffet, serving the dessert and clearing the tables. It is very impressive when the management supports the residents to that degree. Debra has a great communication style with notes updating us of upcoming activities and staff changes. We can easily make an appointment with her where she listens to our concerns and makes changes when appropriate. We are so happy living at the Addison of Fairways where we were able to make friends and continue to have a full life in retirement. Peter

I am pleased with the Transition from Watermark to senior life style. Change is always hard, but new management is treating residents with respect, which has been missing for several years. I love my villa and am very happy with my neighbors and many activities at the community center.

There is no effective communication as to what’s going on. The food is horrible. Breakfast is not healthy, other food is either undercooked or burnt, or you can’t get healthy choices. They tell us because it’s an independent community we can make our choices. That statement is fine if we had choices because we don’t. I would not recommend this to anybody.

Attended an event in one of their community spaces so that some residents who are family members of the groom could enjoy a celebration with ease for them. I was astounded by the food quality and the staff seemed to take a personal interest in making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. They obviously care about the residents there and take pride in what they do. The space was perfect and provided indoor and some outdoor spaces for taking pictures.

My father has lived at the Legacy at Fairways since 2017, and he loves it! The activities keep him engaged and social, and he raves about the staff and the food. In times of need, the staff is compassionate and accommodating. Our family (especial Dad) highly recommend the Legacy at Fairways.

Finding a perfect place for my brother in law was alot of work. I was told when you find the right place you will know it right away. Well entering Legacy at Fairways was just that. Tessa was amazing giving us the tour and sharing all the amenities available. She was even available with a last minute call for a second tour so family could see. We love it there and can not wait for him to be there.

I recently met with Tess to acquaint myself with Legacy Victor. I had been looking seriously at the Summit and The Highlands. Tesa with her marvelous sales ability and energetic personality convinced me that the Legacy was for me. That was only the beginning. I expressed my several needs as to what was important to me to include in the lease. She got them all approved and I am about to join The Legacy Victor Community. Went on the private tour of Highmark Stadium on Monday July 17th. Had a great time! Our tour guide showed us both the opponent's and Bills locker rooms, the press areas for TV, radio, and newspaper reporters. We saw the M&T Club area where celebrities sit. We also got to go down onto the field. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the stadium and shared a lot of the Bills history playing in this stadium. He told us about some of the upgrades the new stadium will have. Looking forward to possibly making this trip again to tour the new stadium in 2026 or 2027.

We are entering our 3rd year here at the Legacy at Fairways and feel so fortunate to have found our villa overlooking the golf course. The entire facility is so warm, welcoming and has so many amenities for us to enjoy. We get such a positive feeling each time we interact with Michelle, Kristen and Bianca. Just enjoyed an awesome dinner provided by the Legacy in the Activity Center. The chef Jamie provided a delicious meal, complete with barbecued chicken grilled outside. I highly recommend booking the Legacy for a dinner meeting.

I stopped by the Legacy at Fairways recently for the first time because we are starting to make future plans for my aging aunt. First impressions are important, and they did not fail. The grounds and building were in beautiful shape. Everything was spotless inside and out. When I walked in, I was greated by a very friendly woman named Kristen. While making my way around the facility I also met a gentleman named Kevin. I believe he was in charge of maintenance. He clearly took pride in his job. All of the residents I encountered also seemed to be friendly. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised. This was a clean, happy, and friendly facility.

I have lived at the Legacy for four years! I would like to commend Bianca on the wonderful planning of activities that she has given to our residents and is always considerate of our needs. Since Jamie has taken over as Director of Dining Services she continuously is always making sure our needs are met and that she is concerned with the residents likes and dislikes and is willing to accommodate are needs in the dining room! Kevin and his maintenance staff are outstanding and perform their duties with love! Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

I have lived at Legacy at Fairways for almost three months now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I have a cozy studio apartment which suits me perfectly. I really appreciate having all my meals provided for me in a pleasant environment where I always have interesting companions to eat with. There are many activities available for those who choose to participate, but no one ever intrudes on residents who prefer to be more solitary. In short, Legacy is a great choice for any independent, active senior who wishes to be free of household responsibilities in order to pursue all those many interests one puts off at earlier stages of life. I would encourage anyone to come visit and see if it's the right place for you to enjoy your "golden years" to the fullest. I'd love to meet you if choose to check us out.

The Legacy at Fairways has provided the most Caring, Patient and Responsive Living Atmosphere for our Mother. Starting with the Sale by Pam who continues to be a great source for guidance. The reception staff-Lisa, Ashley, Julie, Michelle, Kevin are always ready and willing to advise us on issues and answer questions. Legacy Driver Darrell has been a great source of getting the residents to and from destinations and confidence to take the trips. Kim in the cleaning and laundry services keeps everything spotless us informed. Bianca -activities gets residents interested in the many activities available. The dining staff working with Deb give the residents many events and great meals. Kevin in maintenance has been very helpful keeping everything working. OT/PT with Ashley gives residents with any related motor needs and training for better physical health. Related services as Alicia the Beautician, Mary Kay Independence assistance, in house Dr Nelson appointments for Health Maintenance. It takes people with Special Personalities and Skills to make to full fill all the needs required to keep the quality of Life here like Family. Last but not least Michelle the Director has been able to find the Special Professional Staff who make it all work. THANK YOU!! Deb and Alan Lanctot

We moved here in 2017 from the Buffalo area after looking at many senior communities. Like the Goldilocks story, some were too small, some were in too-busy a neighborhood, some of the cottages were too small or poorly designed and some had staff that didn't seem welcoming. Legacy at Fairways seemed to us, like the Goldilocks porridge, chair and bed to be "just right." We love the caring staff, we have enjoyed our neighbors, and the green space around us makes us almost feel like we're in a rural area, overlooking either the golf course or woods, filled with birds. We're one of the "long haulers" as we call ourselves, eager to stay here indefinitely. We can't imagine anyone feelings otherwise.

We can not say enough wonderful things about The Legacy at Fairways in Victor. From the amazing caring staff, that great you and are their for you night and day .The Activities staff ,what a marvelous group of ladies!!! Their is a large variety of activities to pick from on a daily basis...Art,Cards,Music,Exercise, If you suggest it they will do it!!! So much fun. The residents of the Fairways are truly wonderful and caring..Everyone watches out for each other ,truly like an extended family!!! We can not give any higher recommendations for an Independent living community. We are so Greatful my father in law had the opportunity to live at the Fairways.
