We used Comfort Keepers for Mom to see if she could handle her insulin with a caregiver's oversight. Missy and Courtney were the two main caregivers sent to take care of her. They did light cleaning and kept Mom company while ensuring that she didn't take her insulin more times than necessary (she would forget if she took it or not). Mom loved the company, and it freed us to handle her day-to-day finances, searching for an AL, etc while here. I would recommend them. Be aware, minimum shift is 3hrs; definitely worth the peace of mind.

Comfort Keepers provided much needed service for my Dad and Mom. living far away it was nice to know they were well taken care. The level of caring and compassion went far above anything I could hope for. Working with the office staff on scheduling etc. was always very efficient and understanding.

Comfort Keepers of Pittsford, NY, have provided twenty-four hour care for our loved one over the past four and a half years until her recent death. For the entire time they were faithful, devoted, and compassionate to our loved one and also to us. Their work ethic was always superior and they were a joy to work with. They not only took care of our loved one but, because we lived out of state, they also managed her home with only our financial assistance and advice from afar. Our loved one suffered from vascular dementia and our goal was to keep her in her home for as long as possible. The dedicated owner of Comfort Keepers of Pittsford, Donna Hafler; the amazing Care Coordinator, Donna Clare Davern; all of their excellent staff; and their outstanding caregivers made it possible for her to live in her home until she passed. There are no words to adequately express our praise for each one of these exceptional people. Our gratitude to them will remain in our hearts, always. What a treasure they are... We highly recommend Comfort Keepers of Pittsford, NY, to anyone who is seeking high quality, compassionate, home care.
