Not what it used to be. Very disappointed. They took all the perks away, staff used to be available and friendly... just get to know them and they leave. Things need fixing, nobody available...I'm not the only one who feels this way.

My wife and I enjoy living at Diamond Rock very much and find the staff very attentive to any issue that might arise. I want to especially mention that today we were provided with an outstanding Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner. This was so appreciated.

I've been here @ Diamond Rock for a little over a month. I feel very comfortable with all the experiences since moving in. The staff has been very respectful of the needs I've encountered, always ready to answer questions that arise in a timely manner. I would recommend Diamond Rock to anyone wishing to find a safe, clean, and well maintained facility for their loved ones.

Moved into these apartments in November, and I couldn't be happier. Establishment and neighbors are great, you get as much out of the environment as you want. If you want to just live there, great...but there's also community events such as Bingo and cards if you choose to participate. They serve a meal for holidays if you wish to order it, and they also celebrate your birthday on a certain day of the month if you want to celebrate with others born in that month. I definitely give it a 2 thumbs up, and although I haven't gotten involved in the activities too much yet due to surgeries/travel, I plan to in the near future. Corned beef and cabbage dinner coming up for St. Patrick's Day!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot believe that a senior apartment would leave their seniors unattended during the weekend . You do not shovel the sidewalks you locl up the shovels and the salt so the seniors cannot even use them. and there is one washing machine for 20 people to use and you wont get them fixed your raising the rent due to expenses what expenses . You haven't even hired anyone else this is what you call bullying seniors channel 10 is going to love hearing about this

I love living at Diamond Rock Terrace. Weve been here 4 years now. The management staff are caring, friendly, and fun! The maintenance staff keep everything clean, running smoothly and heres an added bonus - they clean off and dig your car out after snow storms!! The grounds are lovely and the apartments are spacious with ample closet space, large bathrooms, and nice and warm in the winter months ( you control the heat in your apartment and the cost is included in the very reasonable rent!) Weve made many friends here amongst the tenants and we enjoy some of the many planned activities always going on, and the holiday meals served to tenants. We also greatly enjoy being able to have a vegetable garden in the plots provided for tenants. All in all, DTR is a great place to live!

We love our building #13. Weve been here 5 years and have met lovely people. We so enjoy the deer and other wildlife. Visitors love to come and look out our windows. Wed like to live here for as long as we are able.
