I'm pleased that they took myself and all my furry family, Even though I was the youngest here. The Lord knew where 2 place me, still taking care of my elders needs.

I visited Dimond Ridge 4 times on hire to put together furniture for a couple of residents. After visiting the second time got me excited when I received the other calls to return for handyman projects. I have to say it is a very friendly orientated place. I like how it is a very clean and positive environment. There was this 1 housekeeper a young lady named melissa. She is one of the staff members they have that goes above and beyond. Every time I went there, I watched her bring such positive light to the residence as if they were her own family members. I watched how residents were so full of life and smiling as they walked away from her after a short conversation. Its members like her that make places like Dimond Ridge a comfortable place to be. Good job Dimond Ridge on finding right people to staff your facility.

My cousin has resided here several years in independent living. Like others similar to their structure, they need a better way to check on elderly residents. DS suffered a fall w laceration & fractured pelvis. He missed 2 meals before they found him in bed (having spent some time on floor) - then sent him to Hosp without his glasses or wallet. They did give courtesy call to family & a friend. Housekeeping may not have visited his room often from the dust we discovered while moving him out.

We had a Kaeoke nite on Friday, December 19th which was organized by manager Amber Collins. Many of the residents got up and did their thing( including me) and even tho, non of us sounded like Sonny and Cher..it was a great nite of fun. Keep up the good ideas, Amber!!!
