Moved in July 2022. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a lovely outdoor space to walk around. Unfortunately, despite living on the 13th floor, there is quite a bit of Highway noise. As you can imagine, it is "challenging" living around 600 other people. Thankfully, I was on waitlists for other Senior Apt buildings, and will move after only 10 months.
November 2022
Update: Oh, goody, now we have 481 road construction noise as well as noise from the traffic on all sides of both buildings. I guess you could shut your window in the middle of summer, but who wants to do so? In this case, it's not the building's fault, but if you're thinking of moving in here, be aware of the fact that the construction is going to take a long, long time. Well, what can you say about a place that decides to leave you with one working elevator for 18 floors of apartments for 28 WEEKS (yes you read it right MORE than half a year) during the middle of a pandemic? One working elevator for the senior and disabled residents to go up and down for doctor's visits, hospital visits, grocery shopping, dog walking, etc. One elevator for mail, UPS deliveries, ambulances, visitors, maintenance, etc. These elevators COULD have been fixed long before, since they were constantly breaking down and for years, sometimes one would be non-working for weeks on end! Let's not forget some of the extremely rude staff and maintenance (not all), the violent people who live here (who let them in and who is letting them stay?!!). Then as others have stated, the smelly and I mean really smelly people (their apartments stink and you can smell it all the way down a hallway).

I have been visiting people at the towers for fifteen years and have been impressed with the warm welcoming and safe feeling I take for granted when being on the grounds as well as in the buildings. There is a store and deli and library and workout room and laundry room and community room for food fellowship and fun. Church services are offered and game activities and shuttles to grocery stores plus city busses stopping all day long. I have noticed renovations and brighter walls and flooring over the years happening and have been in the visitors parking lot at various times day and night and have always felt safe. The beautiful grounds make it even lovelier to spend time with the people I visit while outside. Great place!

Elevators are almost always occupied and remodel feels cheap. Security's more friendly then staff.
