The staff is very attentive, supportive and compassionate which helps make my Aunt feel independent. Lastly, I want to thank the warm and highly professional management team at Maple Pointe, transitioning my Aunt into it was very easy. I highly recommend Maple Pointe.

This is a lovely facility in the vibrant town of Rockville Centre. I was greeted warmly by the staff, who listened to all my concerns. They were thoughtful and professional in their evaluations and recommendations, and I left with a better idea of how to help my husband, who has dementia, mobility issues, and a host of other health problems. Maple Point is definitely worth considering when a decision for a loved one has to be made.

Completed scheduled tour facility was clean and appeared to be well run . Staff was nice and attentive to residents. Tour was very informative and answered all my questions in detail .

Currently my older brother who is developmentally disabled has been a resident of Maple Pointe for over a year. The staff is outstanding they take a personal interest in my brother ie NY Met, Islander standings etc. The facility offers a restaurant type setting for quality meals where residents can order a variety of items from a daily menu. The management has an open door policy where you can talk to them in person or by phone. The staff and management eases your concerns about the care of your love one. They take the time to listen to your concerns and address any problems that may occur. Granted my family was hesitant about choosing this type of facility for my brother but the concerns were quickly addressed and we know now this was the right decision. Our experience so far has been outstanding and we look forward to a long relationship with Maple Pointe.

My older sister has been a resident of the Cottage for 14 months. I must admit that initially I was extremely disappointed at the quality of the premises, as well as the quality of care, she was receiving. The fifth floor seemed to be the "afterthought" with dirty rooms, filthy upholstery on the common chairs, poorly washed/folded laundry, etc. Also, no air conditioning at all. When I arrived to visit my sister on one of the hottest days last summer, she, as well as the other residents were laying about lethargically. I had to have a major fit to get someone to call the a/c company for a repair, which was done that evening. However, I must admit that with the hiring of Tracey as the new Director, I have seen improvements and hope to continue to see Maple Pointe become the first class facility the residents deserve.

It's a warm, suttle and cottage kind of place... any elderly person, a mother, father, grandparents would feel comfortable in this assisted living in RC. The apartments are cute, comfy, just wish they had separate bathrooms for each room.. The food is very nourishing, sometimes good, sometimes a bit hard for people with less teeth...need extra softer food. The nurses, pharmacists, aides, staff, front desk (M) are excellent Everyone has their days, with a little mood, but I'm sure they don't mean it.. The garden is breathtaking I, they also hoped for a room with a window view of the outside sun for all friends to sit and drink their coffee or water with.. The Sun is their hope of life!!! My mom stayed here during the holidays. She made lots of friends and when she wasn't spending time with family she had many activities to choose from all day long. She enjoyed the food choices as well. Great nursing staff and majority of caregivers were attentive, kind, and patient. I highly recommend Maple Pointe for your loved one!

My mother had been there one year and basically likes it ... she loves her companion suite. Going to the dining room three times a day to choose her meals is a great feature. Lots of changes in administration hopefully bringing a more positive environment. Tracy, the newest director is responsive and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but there's room for improvement as with any assisted living.

Our mom has been a resident at Maple Pointe for two years and has always been very happy there from day one. This past September she had to go to rehab and was there for three months. While in rehab, all she kept saying is that she wanted to go home. We would ask her what home was she talking about - her original home or Maple Pointe? She said numerous times 'Maple Pointe'. She's been back at Maple Pointe for almost a month now and she along with us couldn't be happier. Maple Pointe is home and the entire staff is family. Shari, Susan, Samantha, Lori, Marguerite, Andrea, Esther, Sara, Ophelia - this entire team and the staff are simply the best! We have come to love them as our own. Maple Pointe is clean, everyone is friendly and warm and there is always something to do. There is nothing that they won't do to help out in any way they can. When our mom left rehab and went back to Maple Pointe on December 19th, our mom and us all breathed a sigh of relief! We were home!!! It truly was our Christmas gift!!! Love these people and Maple Pointe!!!!

I can't begin to express how happy I am that my dear friend Naomi lives, and is cared for, at Maple Pointe, Rockville Centre. Everyone from management through housekeeping couldn't be friendlier or more professional. It truly is a community. There are many activities from bingo to movie nights, quiet places to read or watch television, a beautiful outside garden where summer parties take place, and frequent live entertainment. My friend says that the food is terrific and especially loves the soups and desserts. Maple Pointe's staff is very attentive to all community members and knows each one by name! Someone is always available live, by phone or email, to answer questions or concerns without delay. The building is always spotless, smells fresh and clean and is decorated for whatever season or holiday is currently happening. When choosing a place for my friend I was concerned about making the right choice. There is no doubt in my mind that Maple Pointe is the perfect place for Naomi. If considering making an assisted living move for yourself or a loved one I highly recommend visiting Maple Pointe Rockville Centre.

My dad has been a Maple Point resident since my mom died two years ago. We cannot describe how grateful we are with the care that he has gotten there. It is truly a place to continue life and he has all the support available. He has met so many wonderful new friends.

So a lot of people think assisted living is just about taking care of the individual moving in. However, the staff at Maple Point takes care of the whole family. I wasn't expecting them to welcome my entire family the way that they have. They know our names, they come ask if my Aunt (who I take care of) needs anything or if they can do anything else. They offer me coffee and address every question I have. They helped me find solutions to problems I thought had no answers. Shari the director beyond knowledgeable about senior care needs. Her compassion and kindness is absolutely incredible. My Aunt's case manager is always checking in. I never have to worry anymore. From just encouraging her to enjoy her stay and make new friends to making sure she is clean; I never have to worry. I am grateful beyond words for the wonderful staff at maple pointe.

Maple Pointe Assisted Living was recommended to us when our mother could no longer live on her own and we are very happy we chose to have her live there. The staff is great and she is comfortable being there now. We got lucky and are very pleased. I recommend Maple Pointe to anyone who needs a place for a loved one.

My Dad is having a good experience at Maple Pointe . The staff is kind and he is gong great with the physical therapist's help. It is clean and the residents are friendly. Maple Pointe is a good fit for him. I am so glad he is around people all day to socialize with.

My mom has been a resident of Maple Pointe for the past four years and I must say that it has been the best decision that I have made both for my mom and myself. Mom has totally accepted her new lifestyle and seems to really enjoy the staff and and the entire Maple Pointe community. I can go to bed at night not worrying whether she is alright or needs anything because I know that Melissa's staff is on top of any situation which may occur. If there is any issue I am always informed immediately and made aware of the issue and what is being done to rectify it. Mellissa K. has done a fantastic job since assuming her new role and seems to know every resident in a very personal way. She has made MP a very cheery place both for the residents and visitors. All holidays bring a new look to MP---Thanksgiving, Chanukah, Christmas, Fourth of July --all the floors are decorated with the theme of the holiday and seems to lift everyone's spirits. I can only speak for myself but Mellissa's wonderful demeanor and real concern for my mom makes me feel at ease when I am not able to visit as was the case at the beginning of this crazy pandemic. I can go on but I think that I have said enough--I always give Melissa, her staff and the entire MP community an A + anytime I am asked about the entire MP experience. One final point---I forgot to mention that Melissa and her crew consistently try and keep the residents occupied whether its bingo, word games or the fantastic outside entertainers that are brought in to lift everyone's sprits. I couldn't have made a better choice than Maple Pointe and I am so happy I did!!

The staff at maple pointe has become a second family to us. Rosemary is so happy and comfortable - - she loves being there and raves about the entire staff and can never say a negative thing about anyone or anything. From day one when we came to visit the place we were met with professional pleasant people and knew we had found the right place for Rosemary. We were right. She came and looked and fell in love with it right away and fit in instantly. We couldn't be happier. Melissa and her staff do a fabulous job under normal circumstances but have gone above and beyond the call of duty this past year with COVID and all the restrictions. We have always been kept well informed from the littlest item to the most tragic. We love maple pointe and all the people there. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The Mercurio Family. My mom is in the memory care unit and the care she receives is excellent. All through the covid pandemic when we weren't allowed to visit Monica one of moms care givers face timed my mom and I frequently always alerted me to what supplies my mom would need she also curled her hair and mad her feel special. It took a great weight if my knowing my mom was safe well cared for and loved.all the care givers deserve a special thank you for all the wonderful things they do.its a very hard job and they do it with such patience and understanding. I'm so glad I found this facility

I have known the staff at Maple Pointe for some time now and can honestly say they are dedicated, caring and passionate about the work they do. You are in the best hands with Melissa, Lori, Sue and all the wonderful employees there that deliver the highest quality of care. It is actually one of my favorite places to visit because it is so welcoming and the residents just seem so happy! Can't recommend it enough and I would give Maple Pointe TEN stars if I could. My aunt was in an assisted living that we were not pleased with. I searched extensively and found Maple Pointe. I cant say enough about how helpful they were with the admissions process and made my aunt feel at home. The rooms are adequate and the premises are lovely. They have many daily/evening activities. Something for everyone. We are very happy with the care my aunt is receiving. The Wellness/medical personnel are on top of medication needs of each of their residents.Maple Pointe has special events that families are invited to attend. Live entertainment, BBQs in the courtyard in the summer, outings for shopping etc. The building is well maintained and kept clean and organized. The menu choices for meals are very nice and nutritious. Residents also have unlimited access to coffee, tea, soda, water and snacks. Anytime I have a concern or question, I don't hesitate to call. We are lucky to have found Maple Pointe. I highly recommend them to entrust your loved ones care to.
