I love the Legacy ! I’ve lived at Willow Pond for three years now. The food is excellent, the activities are fantastic. I enjoy going on our outings every week there is always something to do. The people here have become my family. I couldn’t ask for a better staff they are all so nice. I would recommend Legacy to anyone it is truly a great place.

Legacy at Willowpond is such a wonderful warm place for our loved ones. They make it a priority to make residents feel at home. The meal offerings are really great, so many different choices. The activities that are set up for residents are especially awesome. Residents are able to participate in things to keep them active at a comfortable level but also stimulates them socially. I would highly recommend Legacy to others.

My grandparents love Willow Ponds. When visiting them, we have stayed for dinner and it has been great. The head chef greets us each time and asks for feedback. They have even accommodated special desserts for my young kids. The maintenance staff has always been on point with cleanliness and repairs. Management is always kind and eager to accommodate with whatever we asked for. Can't recommend enough.

The Legacy at Willow Pond is all around deserving of a 5star review! This senior living facility continues to blow my expectations away! Number one, my relative is happy, safe and always telling me how well she is treated! Could I possibly want for anything more? No! The staff puts so much thought and dedication into creating such a warm, loving, and compassionate environment and it shows. You can actually feel the love as you are welcomed in the front doors. They throw such fun events too. My most recent favorite was the Holiday prime rib dinner! Cooked to perfection AND delivered with a smile, I wish I could move in ! Until then I look forward to visiting often! You guys rock!!! Thank you for dedicating the greater part of your day to taking amazing care of my loved one❤️

My grandmother lives in at the legacy at Willow Pond and I cannot say enough wonderful things! She is well taken care of by the staff. They treat her as if she is their own family! My grandmother has made a lot of new friends within the community. It's very nice to know that she is in a facility that cares for her and makes myself and our family feel very comfortable! Highly recommend!!

The staff at Willow Pond is efficient, friendly, and helpful. They quickly learn new peoples names.The meals are delicious with 2 main entrees and a variety of other choices.Apartments are various sizes and styles, comfortable and well maintained like living here, participating in activities, and saying hello to 60 friends a day

Since 2015, I have lived at the Legacy at Willow Pond. I came so that my husband could have activities and socialization. He is disabled. In 2016 he went into a nursing home. I decided to stay, because of the friendly residents and wonderful staff. Also, our chef makes delicious food.

I had to get on and write a review about my experience today at the Legacy at Willow Pond. I am looking for a place for my mom to transition to after leaving a hospital visit. I met with Anne (who I think was filling in for tours etc) She could not have been more accomodating and helpful right down to she can come today and borrow our furniture until you can get moved on your own. I cannot thank her enough for a piece of mind in a very stressful transition period for my mom. This only tell me that this facility will be the perfect place for mom. We will definietely be moving her in here soon

People are friendly they consider you very important the seniors are beautiful theyre able to have pets to keep them company if I could afford to bring my mother back to New York State I wouldnt she live there but she wont come back
