I cannot say enough positive things about Janani (Jai) Subramaniam. By way of background, my mother is on the Reflections Memory Care Floor. Jai is compassionate, thoughtful, efficient, and really cares about the residents. Even though Jai received a well-deserved promotion, she still takes the time to see my mother and provide me with updates. She goes the "extra mile" which is something few people do. Even from the very beginning, when we brought my mother to The Bristal at North Hills, Jai was there to make the transition easier, and she always kept me informed. Again, I am extremely appreciative of all that Jai does for my mother. Lastly, I would like to thank all the staff members for providing her with such good care.

BRISTAL @ Northhills has provided excellent compassionate care to my parents. The staff members are professional, and the current newly appointed Executive director Janani and Wellness Director, Jessica have been very supportive and caring during our family's time of need. I don't know what I would have done without them. If your family needs support for your elderly relatives, Bristal at North Hills would be a great choice.

Our mother has been living here for 2!years and she cannot imagine herself living any where else. We have never seen our 87 year old Great Grandmother happier!! Everything they do is first class along with the warm staff who've become family to Mom Their Mother's Day Brunch's are amazing and delicious. Thank you to Llaire and the director and everyone who is employed at Bristal North Hills!! Keep up the great work.

Had a wonderful time at the Mother's Day Brunch at the Bristal at North Hills. Sharlene and Claire were so warm and receptive when we arrived with my mom, and made every effort to make sure that the six of us had a great experience. The service was exceptional, and the buffet was varied and plentiful. A really fun time was had by all!

The Bristal at North Hills is like no other residency.I've had the privilege of working in this community and it was the best experience thus far .It was home and we treated each other as family .Concierge is the heart of the Bristal it's where everyone comes for direction and I loved that the residents and my team depended on me .With the guidance of our Executive Director Loudjina work didn't feel like work most days , just home helping loved ones . I hope to return in the near future !!!!

Bristal at North Hills has the most wonderful staff especially the director Loudjina. We had a party for my Mom who turned 100 and Jimmy who oversees the food was absolutely wonderful. My Mom is so well taken care of.

First class all the way. My grandmother lived here, and my parent as well. Loudjina and Hailey have made this experience seamless and can't be nice enough in answering questions and making us feel welcome.

My mother-in-law, currently 94, has been cared for at the Bristal North Hills for almost 5 years. During that time, her care has been consistently outstanding. Any assisted living community has positives and negatives. The Bristal truly has offered mostly positives—the food is high-quality, the facility is immaculate, and the staff seems to know the residents quite well. There is a wellness center that offers around the clock medical attention as needed, and she has been able to see her gerontologist there as frequently as desired or needed. Physical therapy is also offered. As we live nearby, we are able to visit quite frequently. During the past approximately two years, the executive leadership has turned over and the current director is outstanding, personable, and attentive. We expect the quality we have experienced will be maintained and have shared these thoughts and recommendations to our close friends looking for a safe environment for their aging parents.

Im new here and I'm enjoying my stay so far .Servers work hard to please residents in the dining area with all meals and the food is pretty good .Many other programs are excellent.I enjoy the Bristal social in the bistro,they have great entertainment,wine and cheese .

It was a nice event. Greeted with drinks, music and a smile. Food was great. Everyone is so nice. My mother loves living here. Having it the weekend before was a great idea. The staff can enjoy their weekend next week. Happy Mother's Day.

A lovely luncheon was hosted today by The Bristal at North Hills to honor all of the mothers and their families. The residents and their guests were entertained by music and served a delicious buffet luncheon. A good time was had by all.

We immediately felt welcomed when we arrived at the Bristal North Hills. The warm and friendly tone felt throughout comes from the top down by the Executive Director, Loudjina Auguste who everyone calls Lou. Lou and her staff do everything they can to make a resident feel comfortable and at home. The patience and respect shown to all residents was caring and real. Kudos to the entire staff for making the Bristal a happy place to live .
