My family is pleased with the care my mother receives at the Bristal at Lake Success. Miguel and his team work tirelessly to ensure the residents are safe and well looked after in a professional and attentive manner. At the Bristal, my mother's medical and personal needs are well addressed and tended to. Mom's day is filled with activities and entertainment so that she is engaged.

My father has been a resident at The Bristal at Lake Success for 1.5 years. Their staff and facility are exceptional. My father has received superior care by the everyone from the nursing, personal care, social enrichment, food services, and housekeeping staff. The management team has always supported him and our family, accommodating my father's changing needs. The community is kept beautifully and the staff has always been attentive to my father's needs and to what makes him happy.

My mom has been at the Bristal for a little under a year. I cannot say enough good things about it. The feeling you get is one of being in a beautiful hotel. It is spacious and always spotlessly clean.The staff is very friendly, caring and professional. The management is always available to help with any questions we may have. There are multiple activities a day, trips, music and many organized special events.The wellness and medical staff make sure everyone is taken care of with patience, kindness, and attention to detail. This is a wonderful environment for those with dementia and their families

Ever since my father came to live at the Bristal, he has been cared for with kindness, professionalism and respect by all Bristal staff. The residence is not overcrowded, and there is a great resident to staff ratio. All staff we encountered cares greatly about their charges. When needed, the staff has always communicated with us promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend The Bristal at Lake Success for anyone in need of compassionate expert memory care.

Bristal at Lake Success is a wonderful place to work. I have worked here for 3 years. All staff provides the utmost care to our residents from their heart. When in the community you feel the empathy, love and support that is provided to the residents from each and every staff member.

Seven months ago our 90 year-old Dad was living independently when he caught the flu. He recovered, but after several hospitalizations, emergency room visits and two rehab stays for other medical issues, he was diagnosed with dementia. It was no longer appropriate for him to stay in the house. This was not what we were expecting and another difficult situation for all of us after losing Mom K. two years ago. We have been through multiple experiences with eldercare and housing for Mom M. over the last five years and in two different states. This includes long-term stay and assisted living, for-profit and non-profit. So we were not un-familiar with what is out there. The day that we toured the facility, we were warmly welcomed by many friendly caregivers and other employees. Then we sat down with Stephanie, who answered our questions for a long time! On move-in day, Dad was immediately welcomed into the community by numerous staff members and has been there for about three months. Dad is never wanting for activities. There are daily movies in the theater, live music, patio barbecues, and scheduled excursions. The food is appealing and alternatives are always available. At night, he is checked upon every two hours. There is always an RN on the premises. The RN's, LPN's and CNA's are caring, informative, and attentive to any concerns we might have. Dad's demeanor has improved a great deal - he calls the Bristal home and always has a smile on his face! Making this move has improved the quality of his life tremendously. We can't say enough good things about the Bristal at Lake Success. Nancy and Alan
