My mom recently moved into Westwood Commons and we couldn’t be happier. Julie, Bill, Robin, Debbie and all the staff have been so helpful in making the transition. The facility is spotless, bright and welcoming!The entire staff is kind, caring and compassionate and know how to encourage mom to participate as well as help her when needed. As her family, we can finally sleep at night knowing she is well cared for and safe. Thank you!

The staff at Westwood is truly committed to making their residents feel safe, happy and loved. Our family member moved in during covid-19 and we had to put our full trust into the staff to get her moved in and acclimated, it was scary but we are so happy we did. Her mood and anxiety was relieved quickly being in their care. As we are entering into a new stage of care for our family member we are so grateful for the well trained, committed and honest staff at Westwood. They continue to go above and beyond in every way.

OUTSTANDING! My mom has been here for almost 7 years. She did not want to leave her house but being legally blind and arthritis that has her in a wheelchair most of the time no other choice. It did not take her long to realize its the best place for her and now loves it there. She has many friends there and it truly is home! Even with Covid they have done everything to keep the residents safe and so far not one case! I guess the best story is about 6 months after being there I could tell shes been gaining weight which was fine because went in very thin. She goes I think this place has been shrinking my clothes. Ha ha no we had to go up a size! Yes the food is that good.

We are so pleased that our loved one chose Westwood Commons. The transition was seamless and the staff is so kind, caring and compassionate. Even with Covid-19, we feel that our loved one is safe, happy and well cared for. Amazing how our loved one is learning new things, participating in activities and socializing!

My Mom was in need of greater assistance and a trusted advisor recommended Westwood Commons. Because of Covid 19, we were unable to help Mom move in and get her acclimated. But all of the staff at Westwood were incredibly kind and accommodating, going way above and beyond by helping her settle in and be comfortable. Westwood staff keep me and my family well updated - we enjoy seeing photos of residents enjoying activities on Facebook, and appreciate the consistent updates from the Administration. I know that Mom feels that she is among friends at Westwood, which has helped with this transition. There is much to be unsettled by, thanks to the virus, but I rest easy knowing that my Mom is in excellent and loving care. The staff at Westwood definitely are angels!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Westwood Commons. This place is amazing. Caring, Compassionate, Friendly, Loving, Warm are all words I can use to describe the staff at Westwood Commons. For the short time my grandmother was there, they treated her like one of there own family members. I have never seen the type of personal one on one attention that these care givers show toward there residents. Thank you for making my grandmother feel at home.

I've worked here for almost 6 years. It's the best job I've had. I've learned so many things and became a family with my coworkers. At work and outside of work. The residents are not just residents they're our grandmas and grandpas. They are family as soon as they walk through that door to Westwood. The residents have a great sense of humor and have even taught me things about life. I actually can say I enjoy coming to work. I love seeing their faces, always a smile! They're so loving and sweet. And it's wonderful the stories they tell. They all have different personalities so there's never a dull moment. I would recommend this home for anyone. Not because I work there, but because I know how much love and compassion we have for our residents due to the fact I see my coworkers give and I also myself do the same. Their family is also like family to us. We can share laughs and it's just a really happy place to be. I'm thankful for having this job and to be able to spend the time with everyone who lives at Westwood. I could put so much more but by the time I'm done, I'd have written a novel by then haha!

It was a nice memory care facility, but she was a flight risk, she kept trying to escape, and she fell five times. It's like a resort. We were very pleased with the facility and all the people, but my mother was the problem. They tried very hard, but she's just too difficult. The staff was very caring. The food was excellent, looked very nourishing and appetizing, and the menu was always changing. She did puzzles and coloring books, and she sat in the big living room and watched TV. They had the lowest price in the area.
