My family hired Always Compassionate (AC) to place an aide in my parents' home to care for them after they both had strokes. The aides have been very good and when one needed time off, AC sent an equally qualified person to replace them. Their current aide, Olga, has been fantastic - caring for BOTH of my parents as well as performing the necessary house work. The office staff has been great as well - particularly in sending invoices to the long term care insurance agency my parents had a policy with for reimbursement in a timely manner. They even called before the latest snow storm to make sure my parents had everything they needed before the storm hit! My parents are so happy to be living in their home instead of having to move into a nursing home - which is, honestly, the most important thing right now. I would highly recommend this company.

Let me start by saying Amy Comer, my direct manager is one of, if not the very best supervisors I have had in my entire 21 years of work history. It is easy for me to say as a newer employee at this company has superseded any expectations I had starting on my first day. The office is modern and clean with a professional buzz in the air that most professionals would love to enter to start their day. I am treated with respect always and receive praise when a job is performed well. Being recognized and appreciated is a big motivator for myself.
