Out of all the nursing homes I found MMC very good, staff was great every one knew what to do facility was clean and every.one was respectful to my wife she was There 3 months really no problems at all

Carol Trumpatori, the medicare/ Medicaid coordinator and her assistant Pat have been wonderful. Without them I would be lost. They went above and beyond to help me with my Aunt. They took the time to explain everything. They worked long hours and even went as far as coming with me to the bank to get the necessary documents I needed... Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

I had a very pleasant experience. It was my first time going to a rehabilitation hospital and I did not know what to expect. Physical therapy was extremely helpful for my Mom's recovery, I was impressed at how fast she was able to get better. Jennifer was very resourceful in providing us options for food that my Mom was picky about. Lorrie and Heather were always available when I needed them. I also had a medical social worker Edin that was extremely polite and knowledgeable about our needs. Carol, Frank and David were also able to help us with questions about my Mom's stay.

My husband was here for 2 months, and we are really appreciative of medfords care. Came to medford after cardiac arrest and was in weak condition. Medford helped him get better and back on his feet! Nursing care/ aid care was great and super helpful! Tended to all our needs fast. Wanted to thank therapy for helping my husband get strong, they did a fantastic job!

My husband is there for rehabilitation. I have no complaints. His aids are very nice and polite. His care team called me to explain who they are and what they will be working with him with. I was even called when he arrived that night, which I deeply appreciated.
