About Village Green
Village Green is a community that offers a complete package of senior services. We are located in Levittown, Levittown. Our residents are close to some of the best local scenery and attractions available in the area. Restaurants, events, and activities also give seniors plenty to choose from.
Our community is dedicated to providing our residents compassion and kindness. We are on a mission to enrich the lives who live and work with us. The staff and facility is absolutely wonderful! My grandmother is a resident and her 99th birthday was February 1st and the entire facility went above and beyond! They decorated her door, made her a beautiful card, and even went as far as helping us make a birthday party for her in the cafe! They decorated the room so beautifully and bought her the most beautiful flowers! They truly treat her and my family as their own family. They care about their residents and it shows. Thank you village green for being so wonderful!

Some of the most competent, kind, and attentive caregivers work at Village Green Assisted Living. Jessica, Sarah, and Kristin love their work and residents. They try their best to maintain a high quality of life for each and everyone in their care. I value that I can call them with my questions and/or my concerns, knowing I will receive a prompt response. The facility itself is beautiful, and the daily programs keep the residents engaged and active.

We're actually rating 4 1/2 stars. My mom is in the memory care unit at Village Green. They've been in a bit of a transition period, but any concerns we've had we've been able to sit down, talk them out, and work together. They're very open, approachable, really care about the residents and their well-being as well as the families. We are thankful to have a place with special people who are friendly, hospitable, & whose hearts are in the right place, striving to do their very best.

Village Green is an assisted living community that feels like “home”. Not only do they provide superior home care and wellness services, but each staff member will go above and beyond to make your family member feel safe and comfortable. Jill and Emily are very informative and make the move-in process seamless. Jennifer in Wellness is always available to tend to all medical needs and questions with compassion. The Village Green Staff feel like an extension of family with their warm, loving and empathetic nature.

This was my first time touring the community and I was impressed the minute I walked through the doors. First impressions mean a lot and the receptionist was welcoming, friendly and offered me a drink as I waited for a tour with Jill. Jill gave me an extensive tour and answered any questions I had. She was personable and I felt like I knew her forever. She is knowledgeable and was able to help guide me. Jill, Jessica and the team, I have nothing but kind words to say. It’s a family there with everyone working together for a common goal. I felt at home there myself :). Thank you to everyone at Village Green for what you do each and everyday.

I can give 0 stars I would. This place is just awful. Treated my mother horribly. Constantly in the hospital with UTI’s. Could never find her glasses. Didn’t get her out of bed till almost noon. Many times she never received breakfast. Supposedly she fell out of bed and laid in the floor for hours. Which I find hard to believe she fell out of bed because she never was able to move herself. One aid to the memory care unit. The list goes in and on. Do not put your loved ones here.

This isnt a place you put someone you love. The staff lacks compassion and dont have family care skills. My grandma is dying in there, shes been there since november and has rapidly declined to the point were by march she couldnt walk because they didnt give adequate physical therapy. June she was in hospital with broken hip and bleeding from her head. They have tried to sever visits with me for calling them out on their bs including sending a cease and desist over my truthful review that i have proof of everuthing in it. To ban someone over a review seems to me like you dont have any regards for their loved one, who barely gets visits and again, is dying. Dementia patients deserve all the love from family they can get. I deserve to spend the last moments i can with my grandma without being lied to by staff about visiting hours, followed around like a criminal, harassed, escorted by 3 staff through the hallway as if ive caused trouble there before or something. If you dont like the truth or peoples opinions on how caitlin is horrible at her job and how $6000 for a room that doesnt even look cozy, maybe make some changes instead of taking it out on someone who is trying to be there for her grandmother. Doesnt seem like a team that understands family care or how the system works. You dont try to hurt a dementia patient nor one of her only visitors because you dont like the fact that they dont think this is a good place. Weird behavior.

During an extremely stressful time of finding an assisted living facility for our dad, we came across the Village Green. Lisa got back to us almost immediately and although the Village Green wasnt an exact fit for our dad, she did guide us in the direction of their sister facility, Village Walk. Not only did she guide us in the right direction but she actually followed up with us a few days later to check up on us because it was obvious that she genuinely cared. I cannot say enough about her compassion during a time when we really needed it. She took the time to listen to our story and the exact needs of our dad. After an extremely stressful and overwhelming few weeks of researching different facilties I cannot explain what a relief it was to actually speak to someone who really cared and took the time to listen and helped to come up with a solution to our problem. What really blew me away was when she called me a few days later to check in on us. Lisa is an angel and we thank god that we found her! We cannot say enough when it comes to how grateful we are for Lisa and how much she helped us. She is most definitely in the right line of work.

I researched a ton of places for my uncle who could no longer live alone. Lisa was very helpful showing me options and explaining everything prior to me choosing Village Green. While transitioning him to Village Green, he suffered the unimaginable loss of his only child. It has been a lot of change for him, not being able to go back to a home he lived in for 40+ years and the loss did not help. The staff did an amazing job setting up his room to my requests (Covid did not allow me to do it myself) and even had a ribbon cutting to welcome him! He is still reluctant to say he actually lives @ Village Green now but has nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the food. His condition has declined somewhat since arriving in December and he has fallen quite a few times (not used to walker-staff is very attentive to help), however after meeting with Caitlyn the Director and Jen the Nurse in charge, my concerns were addressed and they were super helpful working with me to find solutions so that my uncle gets top notch care and is safe. I find most of the staff friendly and interactive with the residents and me as a caretaker. Jill @ reception is the best and Sarah & Margaret help keep things interesting with activities. I wish there were more men residents, but in most places I researched, women outnumber men. They do make an effort to do activities geared to my uncles interests at times, and the chef & another male employee offered to start a mens club so he doesnt feel overpowered by the women 🙂 So far so good. Visiting can be challenging, especially on cold days, but the staff make every effort to accommodate. Window or Facetime, we get to see him. It would be nice if at some point there is a designated outdoor area to visit (socially distant of course) but for now, safety is key so its understandable. I would have given 5 stars, but found communication slow when trying to get PT started for my uncle. Overall we are very happy so far. Thank you Village Green!

What a blessing Village Green has been to my Mom and my whole family!!! My Mom has pretty advanced dementia and I struggled with having her in a memory care facility but my fears were laid to rest the very first moment I came through the door with her. The environment is nurturing, supportive, loving and fun! My Mom was never one to participate in things so I was concerned she would sit them out.. not here! She loves to do all of the activities, she loves to be with all of the staff and she loves feeling comfortable. During this crazy time with the pandemic, visiting can be a challenge but the staff at Village Green goes above and beyond to make sure there are options so our loved ones dont ever feel alone. Window visits are great, FaceTimes are great, and every single time I have a smiling, happy Mom on the other end. When things settle I know regular visits will resume and we will all be together again. For the first time in a long time I have peace knowing my Mom is always cared for, always feeling loved and always looked after. I am forever grateful for Jessica, the director of memory care, Sarah, the recreation director, Jennifer who is the director of the assisted living side, Lori my Moms primary nurse and all of the aids that make sure she is happy, healthy and safe daily. Thank God for this gem of a place !!!

Village Green is a nice place for mom. The staff is friendly and caring. The place is bright and cheerful and the directors are concerned for her needs. Her health and hygiene are well taken care of and she seems to be doing well. There are plenty of activities for the residents and everyone seems to be well cared for. Thanks for taking such good care of our loved ones.
