I do not know who possibly wrote or inspected your facility however I was the and saw one of my parishioners today and was APPALLED AT WHAT I FOUND NOT ONLY WWITH MY PARISHIONER BUT all people. How you ever stay open is beyond me except for the thought that Pegasus your owner is paying someone off at the health department. When I arrived, the staff were all standing around talking and I was totally ignored. Then when I finally found my parishioner, she was dirty and sliding out of her chair. There was another person. sitting nearby with their head on the table and their face in ice cream or something. Staff came in and I heard them say well let's go do (unable to hear residents name) they left that poor person for over a half hour while I was there, I don't know how much longer after I left. I thought Washington Center was bad but your facility was worse!!! How dare you neglect people who worked their whole lives and deserve so much better. I will be pursuing other avenues to do something about the horrible living conditions these people endure in your hands!!! I hope when you are older and alone you get placed in your own facility a place that has the constant stench of urine and feces. CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING THE WORST CENTER i HAVE FOUND BUT I AM NOT DONE YET.

For the level of care that they provide I think Danforth Adult Care is an excellent place, but it won't be the best fit for everyone. They are an assisted living facility, so if your loved one does not need to be watched closely and just needs some general assistance this is a very nice place. The staff is friendly and professional, and the administrator has been very helpful! Unfortunately my loved one needs a bit more care than what they provide, so it has not been the best fit for us. There is also an alarm system that the staff use to keep track of the residents that goes off fairly often, and is fairly loud, which has been stressful for my loved one who suffers from PTSD.
