Im currently a resident on A wing and the staff is absolutely amazing to me. Unit manager Lea ann is very kind and runs a tight ship. Nurses Ashley , Missy , Kari and Gail are caring and makes sure all my medical needs are taken care of. My Cna's are all wonderful and attentive. The ladies in Activities keep me entertained with crafts and lots of laughs. The housekeeping and laundry take care of things and keep my room nice and clean. The kitchen staff is great and do a good job. The rest of the staff is very helpful with anything I need or if I have questions or concerns. Overall im happy and content.

I can’t say enough great things about this facility. The Administrator and Director of Nursing truly set the tone, they are supportive, professional, and genuinely care about both residents and staff. Every day, you’re greeted with friendly faces and warm smiles. The entire team goes above and beyond, always willing to lend a hand and make sure everyone feels welcomed and cared for. I wanted to recognize the housekeeping team, While I was in the building they were doing such an amazing job. The facility looked clean and well maintained. It is clear that the housekeepers take pride in their work and their hard work does not go unnoticed.

I would first like to say that it's been a great experience so far haven't been here that long ...I love my unit which is Rehab... love my unit manger as well as my Nurses...and also all of the front offices workers have the best Administrator he is so kind and pleasant ...always wears a smile ...and comes and helps us at dinner as well as the unit clerk...I have already extended my contract...for another 3 months as well as thinking about the Nursing program for LPN ...a nice experience all together...

i’ve read negative reviews about the granville center but i totally disagree,and here is why! i have a disabled brother who needed rehab and nobody would take him because they said it was to much. My brother has come so far since he has been working with the rehab staff. Gail and Lee Ann the nurses working on his unit are very knowledgeable and answer any questions you have.The aids keep my brother extremely clean and the the food is very healthy and good. Everybody that works at the center are so pleasant and helpful. Just so many good people to mention that work there. One thing i have noticed is the administrator is not one to hide in his office he is seen out on the units checking things and talking to residents and staff and family! Great and caring guy.I would not trust another nursing home or center to care for my brother!!

I was only there to visit a friend. The staff was friendly and the nurse at the Nurse's Station had a Great Sense of Humor; that speaks volumes to me about the care a person receives. I always look under the bed, for old tissues, trash, or even meds; that tells you about cleanliness and if the nurse, administering meds, is really Watching the resident Take their meds, or just leaving them there. The entire facility was SPOTLESS, and in my opinion, operated to the highest standards of Professionalism.

Modern, well-equipped facilities. Friendly, attentive staff. Good communication and administration. Food service was wretched. 90% of hot food arrived cold on cold plates. 50% of meals lacked one or more expected items. Basic condiments often had to be requested. However, the kitchen was always responsive to requests and corrections. Suggest using a plate warming cabinet or oven. Bringing in food from outside is permitted.

One of my family members was a guest here. Mr. Mailloux is an outstanding administrator. He always took the time to speak with us and inquire about the care my loved one was receiving. This was always welcomed by our family and demonstrated the deep care and concern that he had for all of the guests that stayed in his facility. I would recommend his facility to anyone of my family members and friends as well. Thank you, Mr. Mailloux for taking the time to share your compassion with us.

My father, who's living with Parkinson's Disease, entered Granville Center in pretty bad shape after a month-long stay in the hospital. Physically and mentally diminished, I was fairly certain he'd never be the same 'Dad' again. However now, just twelve months later, I marvel at the progress he's made under the Center's care. Through diet and steady but gentle physical therapy my father's in the best shape he's been in in years. He's in his mid-80's and can cycle up to a mile every day on the recumbent bike - he puts me to shame! I've always found the staff to be caring, attentive, and friendly, and my father says they're all very willing to work with the residents to address any comments or concerns. It's reassuring to know he's being well taken care of. Thank you Granville Center!

I have had nothing but great things here from the aids too the nurses they all are very helpful.The kitchen staff do a great job as well.Therapy is by far my thing I look forward too the most the people make it so much fun Kim and Steve are awesome..and the one that makes it all work is Amanda in the office.I would recommend the facility to anyone.

A post on here by Raymond Mailoux (he did not acknowledge that he is the Administrator of Granville Center). That is why he gave them a 5 star rating. People should go in and judge for yourselves before leaving a loved one there or anywhere. Ask for a tour. Make a list of questions. Ask residents what they like best etc. Do your homework.

ther at any given time only the bare minimum number of persons on duty perhaps if the owners would let go of a few more sheckels they couls afford to get more help but if you need help ,like if you pooped your pants they have no problem clean up the mess but they take forever yo get time to do it it seem like there always on break or out for a meal
