The company website states the average square footage for units as 801 sq ft, but this is completely dishonest, as the units are much smaller, more like 500-575 sq ft. Another falsehood from the site is that they use the term CONDO as a description, but there are NO CONDOS at Skenesborough Harbor, not by any stretch. The water quality in Whitehall NY is far below average, according to independent sources, and routinely has numerous pollutants, organic and toxic matter, that should be filtered for safety. The manager stated there is 'a train' that goes by a 'couple of times a day'. This is yet another falsehood and dishonest portrayal to the public. In fact, there are several heavy and LOUD freight trains that move extremely close to the building (walls shake and ground vibrates), and this happens at all hours of the day and night, and that does not include the Amtrak in town! Additional noise from industrial trucks, cars, motorcycles and construction equipment can also be heard constantly, only a few blocks away, and this goes on 24/7, including Sundays. The manager at this sight is at best, ineffective and dishonest at problem solving, and is prone to hysterics and emotional abuse and typecasting of tenants, especially if she disagrees. We cannot recommend this location for any long term plans.

Didnt actually go into any of the houses. Walked a trail going through this area and it looked like a decent neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing.
