They take wonderful care of my mother. When we were looking for a place that we wanted her to call her second home, we chose Sunrise bc of the staff and the top notch care that we knew they would provide. Most facilities have areas of opportunity and with COVID there are limitations with activities and the population is at a higher risk. Healthcare facilities throughout the country have staffing shortages and increased capacity. My family is thankful for the care they have provided over the last year and continue to be happy with this facility.

I highly recommend Sunrise of Glen Cove Senior. After a month of extensive researching, interviewing and considering several assisted living facilities for our aunt, we decided on Sunrise as her new home. We are beyond happy with the community and definitely made the right decision for our aunts future care. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The executive director and nursing director have been very responsive to our needs. The care takers are the best. They are caring, loving, patient and kind. The facility is well-maintained, clean and the food is great. The staff has been terrific in accommodating our aunts need.

We placed my father during covid and with much apprehension. We could no longer provide the appropriate support at home, he was placed in memory care and we are so happy with the care provided. The community is in constant communication with myself and my sister. My father is happy, calm and well taken care of.

We have, overall, been very pleased with Sunrise Glen Cove, since moving our mom to its memory care unit 6 months ago. She felt welcomed by the staff and we find the activities to be very personal engaging. While, no community is perfect, we have found Sunrise to be the right fit, based on our moms needs and highly recommend it.

Our experience with Sunrise @ Glen Cove far exceeded our expectations. My mother in law was so sad about moving from her own home ( she lived in the same house for 66years) and our whole family was heartbroken but the move was necessary for her safety. We tried in home caregivers and found them to be unreliable and very expensive.She has been a resident for the past 9 months at Sunrise and she couldnt be more content. She loves her caregivers.She has made many new friends and loves to participate in the activities. She feels like she is living in a 5 star hotel with fine dining. Our family loves to visit her at Sunrise because we can just relax and enjoy the visit without feeling sad or guilty. I really wish that we had found Sunrise sooner.

The Sunrise of Glen Cove was very clean and maintained. The staff was very friendly, call the residents by there. The staff gave us a tour and explained thing we needed to know. She did not rush us, took a lot of time with us. Very nice place.

We like this community for the good care that my sister is receiving. The staff is good at communications with me. This community is very clean and well maintained. They offer a nice menu of meals that she seems to be please with.The activities are offered a lot for her to join the other residents. We would highly recommend this community for the care and good value for a family member.

After touring with them and confirming that this is where I would want to live, I decided to pick them. It is simply decorated in and out the community. I am still independent and they help when I need it. I like the rides to the store.

This looked like a nice clean community when I visited. The people I met were nice and helpful. They seem to offer a lot of nice amenities and activities. The residents did not seem as involved in the activities as the residents were at the community we chose.
