We have also had a great experience with Comfort Keepers Home Care. I think a lot of seniors are reluctant to have help in their home, and my mom was no exception. I had many extended conversations with Donna who always showed caring, personal touch and understanding. She’s a true professional. Comfort Keepers! What a great experience. When away from our Mom Patricia, we count on the team in Centereach. Donna, Kathy and Maureen are only a phone call away. Drop in visits, transportation needs, accompanying on doctor visits and wonderful companionship are just a few of their specialities. With the care and understanding of the entire team we highly recommend their services for loved ones.

I have had a GREAT experience with Comfort Keepers Home Care. My grandma was always against having someone help take care of things in her home (I was also hesitant) until we met Donna who changed our minds for the best. She was very patient, kind, and understanding with my grandma. We knew we could trust her. She placed my grandma with Ruth who has been amazing with my grandma. She even held her hand throughout an extended doctors test to make it more comfortable for her and my grandma couldn’t be happier with her. Communication is top notch with Comfort Keepers and both Donna and Kathy keep me informed of any changes and most importantly if my grandma has any changes to her health. They have made a difference in my grandma’s life and me and my grandma are forever thankful.

I didn’t think my grandma would ever let someone come into her home and help take care of her and to be honest I was scared as well. Having someone we didn’t know coming into her house was something that left us unsettled. But after speaking with the coordinator Donna, I knew we were in good hands. She placed my grandma with Ruth who has been spectacular with my grandma and my Grandma looks forwards to her visits with Ruth too! Donna was very straightforward from the start about all the specifics and she truly cares and so does Ruth. I’ve also had the pleasure of communicating with the other coordinator Kathy who has been just as pleasant. I recommend Comfort Keepers in Centereach.

Comfort Keepers of Centereach is an excellent Home Care organization who takes care of their clients as they would their own family members. Donna and Kathy are amazing angels to ensure my Moms home care needs are met each week. They keep me updated on my Moms progress and are always willing to make recommendations to make sure my Mom is having the best experience with her aides. Her aides, Ruth and Virginia, are compassionate caregivers whom provide companionship and assist my Mom with her daily routine to keep her safe and healthy at home. I am so appreciative of their support and guidance and am very satisfied with my Moms extraordinary care. If you need home care for a loved one, I would highly recommend this organization!

Donna and Kathy are a pleasure to work with! They are always on top of my parents and familys needs. My parents are assigned to two amazing caregivers (not at the same time), Tina and Patricia. Both are not only responsible, compassionate and trustworthy, but also their concern, attentiveness and respect towards my parents is nothing but heartfelt and comforting! Both always go above and beyond. I truly would be lost without them! In situations that coverage is needed for illnesses, vacations, etc., Donna and Kathy are on top of it. They would take the initiative to arrange for the same fill-in caretakers who would know my parents routine, etc. and it is a benefit to my parents for familiarity and comfort. They always take that extra step. I am always contacted with any changes. Communication is key and they are excellent at it. It is not easy to leave your loved ones in the hands of others for anyone. But our experience with Comfort Keepers provides us with professionalism and peace of mind. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers!!!

Comfort Keepers have always be very accommodating. Both Kathy and Donna have been wonderful to work with. It is very fortunate that my Aunt was able to stay in her home. My Senior Companion Caregiver, Sue, always goes beyond her call of duty in assisting me with the care I require. She helps me with computer projects, she enjoys hearing my war stories, we love watching game shows together, and she has the innate ability to make me laugh even when I feel sad. She never needs to be told to do any of her chores, and she does all of them with a smile on her face. If I ask her to assist me with something, she eagerly does it. Its a joy and a blessing to have her here with me.

We have been using Comfort Keepers for about 2 years to care for my Mom with dementia. Donna and Kathy have been extremely helpful with arranging caregivers to suit my Moms needs and schedule. All the caregivers have been wonderful and take very good care of her. They are reliable, honest and kind. She appreciates all they do for her and I know she is in good hands when they are with her. I highly recommend them.

Comfort Keepers has a very unique and special group of woman running the company. Donna and Kathy are the utmost professional, kind and sincere people that you could ever hope to meet. When selecting an agency to help my family take care of my father they were not the first company we employed. We did not have there name to choose from. The other two companies were sub par at best. The HHA as a general rule were constantly complaining of their salaries and how they were going back to school and wouldnt be around long. His food bill was huge, I am not sure who he was feeding, certainly not just himself or the HHA. Then we found Donna, we meet, talked she met my father asked him what he wanted and what he needed, it was incredible!!!! The women they selected to take care of my father were equally as amazing. They were all different Diana, Liz and Barbara were gifts sent from heaven. They all had their special way of taking care of my father and with the upmost respect!!. He in turn had the up most respect for them.(His food bill dropped dramatically...that says something!! )They helped him feel whole and less disabled and less needy. Its is a terrible thing to loose your Independence. I highly recommend calling this company and speaking with Donna. She will give you the piece of mind you have been looking for to help take care of your loved one. Forever grateful, Jeanne D
