Five stars for your leasing agent Leni! She has gone above and beyond my expectations! She helped my transition to apartment living go very smoothly during a very difficult time in my life. She truly cares about the residents here despite all the complaints she gets. This is a beautiful building with great amenities, hopefully, it will not decline.

We recently moved into the Belvedere and really appreciate Leni and her focus on our move. We transitioned from a large house in Ohio to our downsized apartment to be back in the area for our daughter and other family. Leni has made sure we felt part of the complex immediately and has taken great care of us through the process. Her focus on every part of the experience has really helped us to feel welcome and heard. We would happily recommend the Belvedere and Leni!

Life at the Belvedere is a rare and amazing experience! We offer 1 and 2 bedroom, luxury floor plans. Top notch amenities such as swimming pool, fitness center, coffee shop, golf putting green, simulator golf, library and painting room. We offer an extension of activities such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, Trivia, Wine Down Wednesdays, and much more!

The belvedere is a great place to live. Lots of activities to keep you active. It would even be better if there could be hired, two extra part time people. One for the office and one to assist with maintenance.

We just signed our 6th lease this year and are really happy to live here. So many things to do here and a monthly calendar filled with all kinds of activities daily. We have a committee that is here to plan things for all our residents. Management is always available for us to speak with if any problems. Come down and look over our beautiful facility.

We love living at the Belvedere. The residents are friendly and fun. We’ve made many true friendships here. The manager, Cassandra, has made some wonderful changes and plans parties and dinners for us as well. We have a beautiful pool, a large community room, an exercise room and a Pub. And many other activities . We have been here 7 years and have enjoyed every day!!!

The post below is a couple of years old, but the the thoughts expressed still hold true. In addition to my previous comments, I wish to add that the Belvedere has the largest square footage size apartments that I discovered in the area. The added bonus of a pool and over sized balcony affords opportunities to enjoy the fresh air in the warmer months. Of significant importance is we appreciate the prompt response from maintenance and management to any concerns we have encountered. We have made many friends which I attribute to attending and enjoying the numerous activities and events offered. These social experiences provides an opportunity to meet others and forge new and lasting friendships. As I said my thoughts below were written as an early impression of the Belvedere which still holds true: The Belvedere offers a wide range of apartment and housing options of various sizes and a variety of floor plans. Having moved from another community in western NY to the Belvedere after living in our own home for over 40 years, the transition to a retirement lifestyle feels like a resort vacation with the amenities and the activities offered in addition to the freedom from maintenance responsibilities. There is a myriad of activities to choose from that cover a broad array of interests and hobbies. Virtually something for everyone! The camaraderie of the residents makes for an enjoyable living community and the opportunities to gather at various events is enjoyable. We appreciate the staff’s efforts to meet the needs of a diverse population of residents.

Just moved into Belvedere two weeks ago, love it here. Friendly staff, met several other residents very pleasant. Lots of planned activities not just playing cards. Full size heated swimming pool. Love the modern Whirlpool appliances, such a upgrade from my last apartment, soft close drawers and cabinets. ( Attention to detail love it ) Dashes market close by and very cool, Federal Meats, Hays seafood , peaceful quite its all good. Love my apartment , perfect for me. Terri manager just the best , I was in the hospitality industry for over 40 years so I know a good one when they come along.

My husband and I lived at The Belvedere for a year and a half and had a great experience! The gym, pool, and free coffee were fantastic perks for us as a young couple. Maintenance was quick and reliable, and the staff was always kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is a very quiet neighborhood and yet surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The airport is about 8 minutes drive. My apartment is brand new. All appliances, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and washer and dryer are new. The ceiling is high and the balcony is very large where you can put outdoor furniture. My one bedroom is very spacious with nice walking closets. Terri and her team are very professional and attentive to tenants’ needs. It is a very nice place to call home!

Teri was very helpful regarding our move from out of state. My wife had a falling accident on the way to Buffalo and I had a major lung embolism crises, didn’t know if we would get here. Teri was very accommodating changing our lease dates. Very satisfied with everything about the Belvedere.

My experience at the Belvedere was a great one. Teri Roskwitalski, Leasing Agent, was very professional and friendly. She took me on a tour of the building showing me all the amenities the Belvedere had to offer. When she showed me a unit similar to the one that was available for leasing, I fell in love with it. When I moved in Teri was right there for me whenever I had questions. She went out of her way many times to make my move to the Belvedere an easy and happy experience.

We have rented here for four plus years and could not be happier. The management team is very supportive and they are always willing to help. Maintenance staff is always there for you and work orders are promptly addressed. The amenities and activities are many and include an exercise room, community room, pool and a 24 coffee cafe. A weekly happy hour allows you to meet and enjoy your friends and neighbors. Glad we made this move.

My aunt lives in these apartments and she loves them! She loves the variety of activities that are done with the residents. I also enjoy going to visit, and am very impressed. The staff is great and it is always clean!

I'm so happy I found the Belvedere!! No more wasted weekends mowing the lawn, shoveling the drive or maintaining my home. Now I spend my free time hiking, running, visiting with friends, working out in the fitness center, etc. No regrets, only relief!!
