The staff at Mary Agnes Manor have been truly wonderful in supporting our family member who lives there. They are always willing to talk with us and offer support seven days a week. Even without an appointment, they somehow find the time to connect and answer our questions. I really appreciate all that they do — it’s not an easy job, but they handle it with care, patience, and compassion. A special shout-out to Lisa and Molitha Blue, who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. We are so grateful for their kindness and dedication!

At Mary Agnes Manor, it is a privilege to work with a team of individuals who care about their families and residents in need of assisted living. Not only do we receive significant support from our corporate team members who allow the services provided, we are embraced by assisted living facilities, hospitals, rehabs and social workers throughout the WNY community. We see this first hand when the phone rings, we coordinate the medical screen and begin the application process for a loved one. Mary Agnes Manor is an Assisted Living Program, (ALP) that can qualify an individual, medically and seek financial approval for individuals using resources like Medicaid, MLTC, PACE, VA benefits and various sources of income to allow longevity in the community.

The staff has shown such love and compassion for the residents and eachother throughout difficult times. COVID brought to light the good and negative in our state of New York. Most importantly it brought to light the love and compassion that health care workers have. Mary Agnes was blessed to have so many wonderful staff that preserved through difficult times protecting the residents and providing TLC. During all these blizzards staff banned together with the support of the amazing administrative staff working side by side to assure resident care was never lacking. Keep up the amazing work Mary Agnes Manor staff. The residents are truly blessed to call Mary Agnes home.

I have a friend who lives here and the facility is clean and the staff is friendly! He is a new resident and the case Manager and admissions were very helpful and kind helping him adjust to assisted living! I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs that little bit of help!

Today my sister was dropped off to begin her stay there. The staff Brandon and especially Magnolia have been heaven sent...My sister has already become familiar with other residents and we're very grateful for a place like this...we the family are very happy with this decision for our loved one... it's more like a family

Mary Agnes Manor is great place to be! Residents are unique, fun, and support each other. The staff is welcoming and do the little things that help our residents age in place successfully.

An amazing facility with an amazing team of staff. Their admissions director Magnolia goes the extra mile to for prospective residents and their families. You are not going to find a better ALF in the Buffalo area. They also accept Medicaid, which is a huge plus for needs based populations.

My husband was on the fourth floor and he had wonderful people taking care of him. The nurses and aides are very caring. Margaret Baker who oversees the floor is fantastic. She is as concerned about your loved ones as you are. Place was clean, staff friendly. I would recommend this place.

Administration is great ! Mary, the head administrator, is a bit standoffish but the rest of the staff made up for that. From the start, the admissions person, Drew, helped me feel better about putting my mother in Mary Agnes. She helped reassure me and helped me feel better about making the right decision for me, my mother and the rest of my family. So far, the aides have been great and my mother is adjusting to her new life at Mary Agnes. Don't let the reviews fool you.... I believe I made the right decision by bringing my loved one here and you will too !
