The facility was great. Our friend is very happy living there. She invited us to dinner, although my meal was a bit of struggle to get correct. The restaurant manager invited me back on another night for an Encore. It was great. We have to remember we're all human beings who can get distracted from things. All the 'wait staff' are college students. I don't miss those days of boggled minds and little sleep. Thanks for a wonderful evening and really good food.

Great 55+ independent living community in Reno! Top notch luxury option for seniors. Beautiful apartments, lobby, gym, theater, indoor pool and most importantly a restaurant & bar with excellent food and drinks. I can't wait to move my grandmother in here when something opens. Mark, the executive director has a ton of experience and is a straight shooter. Barb, the sales director is highly knowledgeable and is extremely helpful. I highly recommend Revel Rancharrah.

My mom started living at rebel almost a year ago now and loves it. She is a very social person and all the activities and meeting all the people is just what she needed and loves. Halloween last year she was dressed up as the Tin man was all her friends there were The characters in Wizard of Oz. She said the food is great staff is wonderful and she’s having the time of her life with all the activities thank you Revel for making my mothers stay and living a wonderful life there.

I have visited 5 Independent Living Communities in Reno and this is the best of them all. Nice size apartments with a lot of amenities. Great activities for the residents. I moved into Revel Rancharrah 6 month ago. I love living here. The staff is very accommodating and the residents are very friendly. The residents are very active. Revel Rancharrah is far superior to any of the other independent living communities in the Reno area.

In a word, Revel Rancharrah has been a blessing to our family, and in particular to my father. That blessing begins and ends with the staff... From the first touch point over the phone, to the tours taken prior to joining the RR Family, to the care and concern shown since arriving at RR, our family at every turn has been amazed at the commitment to the residents' happiness and well being. The sales team is the standard by which all sales teams should be judged. Lauren and Barbara joyfully embody the mission of RR, which comes through in how they go above and beyond to make guests feel special. The administrative and support staff make you feel like they are there just for you. The concierge team - FABULOUS; the dining staff - EXCELLENT - and GREAT food, too; the janitorial and support staff - TOP NOTCH; the guest services / activities office - UNPARALLED. All this begins with leadership and a culture of high expectation. Mark, the Executive Director, is a phenomenal leader who does whatever it takes to make sure his residents have a great experience. He does everything to oversee day-to-day operations, to playing cards with the residents, to plubming work, to whatever else is needed. He's a gem. Our family is over the moon about RR. Seeing is believing, so if you or someone you know is considering independing senior living in Reno, you really must go and see Lauren, Barbara, and Mark.

Out of several communities I considered, Revel was the one that I felt would suit me. It was my choice to downsize and simplify my life without giving up activity or new experiences. After a few short months in residence, I believe Revel was the perfect choice. Without exception, the staff is helpful and friendly, and I am making new friends with my neighbors. We have a choice to join in games, take art classes, excercise, swim, go on outings, eat in our restaurant, or stay in our own apartment home. It is a good life that will keep me enjoying my life for a long time to come.

Wow! My client was considering The Revel and so we toured everything with Barbara Seiler, their wonderful, expert concierge/sales professional. Our time with Barbara & getting acquainted with the outstanding amenities, property, and all the fabulous-ness that goes along with it, was terrific. It is among the top-of-the-top Independent Living facilities in our area. You won't be disappointed, I guarantee that! Thank you Barbara and team, for a perfect experience!

They are not open yet but the staff has been amazing assisting us with the process for my father. Beautiful amenities. Susanne and Stacey have been amazing to work with. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for senior living.

Staff is fantastic -- management, dining room personnel, activities planning. Food is good. Amenities are excellent given the Covid restrictions at this time: limited dining seating configuration and limited visitor access including people who before came inside to present programs, lead exercise sessions, entertain. The staff is bending over backwards to plan activities that we can do here, so kudos to them. The only problems are some construction issues still being aggressively addressed by management. Overall, an excellent living experience. I would recommend Revel Rancharrah to anyone looking for an Independent Living community.

I enjoy everyday at Revel Ranchharrah. My fellow residents are so stimulating and enthusiastic that theyve given me a greater interest in and more verve for life. Our manager (Executive Director) and his staff are outstanding in their concern for us. And lets not forget the terrific and helpful restaurant servers and their manager -- moving toward excellent. If I could be in a better retirement community it will happen here at Revel Ranchharrah.

My father-in-law is moving into Revel Rancharrah soon and we couldnt be more excited! During a recent tour of the property we met several current residents who seem to be genuinely thrilled with the property. The apartments are beautiful and well designed. There is a theater where residents can gather to watch football, movies or just relax during quiet moments. There is a salon, barber and a well equipped workout facility, amongst the many amenities. I also met a few staff members while I was there. They were very helpful and kind. I know my FIL is going to love living at Revel Rancharrah!We have had past experiences with senior living facilities, and while they were nice, I have to say that Revel Rancharrah promises to be on a level well above any other SL Communities Ive seen before! We are so happy to see this level of senior living come to Reno!
