We couldn't leave fast enough! Under the shiny facility is a poorly managed care facility and if your loved one can't get the care they need, then all the bells and whistles don't matter. If you love you grandparent, mom, or dad- look elsewhere.

I've been working with Clearwater in multiple capacities for over 3 years now and I have seen them transform into something great! They have an incredible team of staff members who truly CARE about residents and how to keep them active, healthy, happy, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere! If I were to help one of my personal family members into a community around here, Clearwater would be it!

Clearwater Senior Living has been the best place for my grandparents. I feel that they are of the utmost importance to the community, and everyone treats them like family. Especially the executive director Nida, has been super attentive to all of my grandparents wants and needs and keeps the place running so well. I love this place, and would recommend it to anyone!

The Clearwater staff and care team have helped our mom in countless ways since she moved in several months ago. Nida, the Executive Director, is incredibly responsive and engaged, and we are reassured to know how well the care team cares for her; Diana has also been a great resource for coordinating our mom's medical care. Kiesha is fantastic. Activities are varied and fun, and there is a warm and friendly community of residents there. The entire staff, from care team to concierge to maintenance, goes out of their way to respond to needs patiently and attentively. Our mom is happy and well-cared for, and that means the world to us.

Recently visited this place for my grandmother, and I absolutely loved it. The amenities, activities, food, and apartment homes were nothing short of amazing. Very modern yet welcoming; I almost wish I could live here! I was greeted by amazing staff, and all my needs and concerns were heard. The new associate executive director Nida was ESPECIALLY nice, attentive and helpful, and gave a great tour. I'm excited for what's in store here at this new home for my grandmother, I couldn't have gotten anything better!

Our family recently came together on a decision to transition our father to assisted living. Clearwater's strong ratings and the strong word of mouth about the community prompted a tour and conversation. The warm welcome we received from the sales manager, who took a great deal of time answering our questions over a couple of different meetings and phone calls, further informed our strong impression of Clearwater and made the difference for our family to become part of this wonderful community. Since our father's arrival, he has enjoyed the residents and staff, who have made him feel right at home as part of the Clearwater Family. Everyone from the front desk, to the wait staff, to the maintenance department, to the caregivers, to the medical team, to the administration has been friendly, responsive, and client-centered in every way. We are very grateful to have located this wonderful community, and encourage anyone in the greater Reno area / northern Nevada needing care for their loved one to contact them.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Clearwater at Rancharrah! Their community is absolutely beautiful and designed with impeccable taste. Their staff is professional, kind and caring. If you are looking for assisted living or memory care for your loved one, do not pass up looking here, it is a must see in our beautiful Reno/Sparks community and there truly isn't another community like it!

My parents recently moved into the brand new and recently opened Clearwater at Rancherra Assisted Living. Their apartment is spacious, well designed and has a surprising amount of storage. The facilities (movie room, gym, craft room, dining room etc.) are beautiful and laid out around a landscaped interior courtyard. The move-in process was well managed and the employees were helpful throughout the course of setting up the apartment. I've found the staff to be attentive (and excited to be there) and the activities directors are keeping my parents entertained with chair exercise, crafts, and individualized activities. They are really enjoying meals in the dining room and the personal attention of the chef. The staff is easy to contact via phone or email and responds promptly to my questions and requests. The nursing and medical staff are easy to talk to and have addressed all my concerns in a professional manner. Strict Covid protocols have been followed and my parents were vaccinated within 3 days of their arrival. My parents are looking forward making new friends and to the time when family visits are allowed. In the meantime, I know they are happy and well taken care of
