Michelle has been very communicative with us regarding our questions and concerns while living her at Sky Peaks. She makes sure to carry through with concerns we have. We have met some lovely people here and taken advantage of programs, especially exercise classes. We like our apartment and have lots of sunshine and fresh air. Our experience has been positive and would suggest you take a look at Sky Peaks when considering Senior Living.

This place is amazing they helped me get my father in right away, the price is very reasonable and the staff is very helpful. My father says the staff is very kind to him and he loves it there, the food is delicious, not to mention the place is clean newly renovated and well maintained. Michelle Dorion who manages the place is always very helpful and attentive to the residents. She is wonderful, always there to answer any questions. I am very grateful for this place and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a perfect retirement community for there loved ones. 5 stars all day.

Rating specifically for the food. My parents moved in here a few months ago and I’ve eaten with them several times. Food is a sub par disappointment. Cheap ingredients poorly prepared and often served cold. How you can scorch and dry out fried eggs is beyond me. Chocolate cake is so dry and hard you can’t cut it with a fork. I would have vetoed this place had I known it was this bad. It’s mostly edible but rarely enjoyed. Clean safe facility. Perhaps this review will encourage them to do something about it!

Carla gave us a tour for a potential independent living apartment for my mom and she made is feel so cared for and listened to. The entire area feels warm and inviting and friendly and each staff member we passed said hello and smiled. It is so nice to see there are communities like this available to the residents that need them and I’m forever grateful for the kindness that was shown to our family.

Food is excellent, staff is helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is thorough and and do a great job. I have a 2 bedroom with a wraparound deck which I love. Kitchen staff is excellent and quick to serve. . The activities are plenty and fun.

The staff is superlative! The food is poorly planned, cooked and presented. Unfortunately, The corporate entity atria seems to have a hand and everything, leaving the management, very little ability to make choices for the benefit of the residents.

Except for on-going needs in the food services area, Sky Peaks has opened up new opportunities for me in Reno. I am hopeful changes to our meals will soon be made to make this a really special place that I can honestly call home.

I’ve been here about 10 months now. So I’m relatively new. I came because of finances. So it’s been an adjustment. I give it a passing grade. However, the food menu is lacking. The place is clean and the housekeeping staff are excellent.

I've personally visited this facility over the past year and a half. The changes and upgrades have served the community well. Michelle is approachable and always willing to help. Residences are often sitting out front chatting it up on the rocking chairs. Love all details added to thos community.

I've been at Sky Peaks for about a month now and I am so happy I moved here. The facility is newly renovated from paint to furnishings. But most important are the friendly and helpful staff. I felt welcome and at home the first day. There are so many different activities to keep you busy. I can't say enough positive comments about this place.

Sky Peaks gets 5 stars on all counts. It is clean, modern and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and healthy and most of all it is dog friendly. There is a park across the street and walking trails to discover. What a difference from the last facility I resided. Come and visit you will not be disappointed.

Could not be happier with our choice of Sky Peaks. My mom is happy with her apt and private outdoor space. The staff was so HELPFUL and FRIENDLY with her and us to make sure everything was taken care of for her move. Including recommending a great guy to move her furniture.

My experience has been much as I expected since I spent time on the Navy in WWII. M<y big gripe is, especially at breakfast, is the eggs come hot on top and cold on the bottom since they do not heat the plates. I have never been in the kitchen but someone told me they have the facility to heat the plated.
