My Mom has been a resident for just over a year, and I'm grateful that we made this choice. The staff is outstanding ... top notch ... led by a director who leads by example which makes Atria welcoming, friendly, observant, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and full of personalities who want the residents to live comfortably & with dignity. My mother resided at Atria Summit Ridge for nearly two years. She enjoyed the Engagement Program especially the music performances, crafts and small group opportunities for social interaction. The food was fresh, varied and nicely presented. Most of all the biggest plus was the quality of the care staff and the kindness of the residents. My mother enjoyed the courtyard outdoor space which was sheltered from wind and always well maintained.

I have visited Atria on multiple occasions throughout the years when I worked for a local hospice company, and recently as a small business owner providing massages for the residents. The staff has always been very helpful, and the residents always tell me how much they love it there. The staff knows the residents by name and seem to treat them like an extension of their family.

For 32 years I've been playing piano at retirement houses in California and now Nevada. In this facility there's a very warm atmosphere, staff takes care of people very well and I enjoy coming to Atria Summit Ridge to perform!

My mom is now 102 1/2 years old. We are so thankful and grateful for the wonderful care and help my mom gets. I can also see the tenderness given to others, even when the staff don't know I am looking. The management has worked with us on several items that we needed help with and were resolved quickly. I have been to the Atria Assisted Living Facility many times over the past few years to play music & sing with the residents. Each time I am reminded why this is such a great place!! I also watch their Facebook page and get a complete picture of what it is like for the residents there. First of all, they have great menus for meals, and they serve snacks, hors d’oerves and drinks at their happy hours. Everyone seems to enjoy those. The staff treat the residents with kindness that is evident in their sincerity. Specifically, Amanda, the Engage Life Director, is a joy to work with and everyone seems to love her enthusiasm and activities! We are always honored to be invited to play and sing with these fun people! ©

Each month I hold craft workshops at Atria Summit Ridge. Amanda, the Life Director spends a lot of time and energy in planning fun activities for the residents that live there. Every time I visit the residents are excited and happy to craft and spend time with each other.

Atria is warm and inviting, with clean and well maintained dining and living area, large outdoor terrace, and nice activity center with a diverse schedule of classes and group activities. Atria is a comfortable , friendly, safe, warm place for my Father to call home. The care staff is amazing, kind, considerate , and respectful. The community is active and caring. We looked at several communities. Atria is the right size for my dad because he is personally known by the caregivers and he can safely navigate the facility without getting lost. He feels safe. The residents are all friendly and considerate, as well. The building and grounds are excellently maintained. The management is easily accessible and very willing to assist with concerns. Atria is a great community for my Dad.

Researched Atria Summit Ridge as a possible location for brother-in-law to move into assisted living. Met with Cassie, the community sales director. What a positive experience! Cassie welcomed us with enthusiasm as she informed herself about his condition and circumstances. She took time to show us several rooms as well as the facility. Her pride in the facility was evident throughout our tour and well-deservedly so. The facility is clean, organized and well maintained. At no point during our visit did we feel rushed as Cassie interacted with us and with many of the residents. Whenever I see residents making eye contact with staff and smiling I know it is genuine. We also briefly met Natasha. Unfortunately, brother-in-law’s health is declining beyond being able to enter assisted living. The best compliment I can give Cassie and Atria Summit Ridge, if I one day need assisted living, this is where I want to stay. Respectfully, Gil P.

My aunt lives at Atria Summit Ridge and every time I visit I leave with a full heart! She gets everything from her meals, to her laundry, and her housekeeping taken care of. Sign me up 🙂 Our family does not worry about her and we know she’s in the best hands, especially with Natasha, Cassie and Joey.I would recommend Atria to anyone looking for senior living options for their family or friends.

I visited one of my friends who is now living at Atria. She loves it and took me all around. It's very homey... and I'm so glad to see it has an active library, too. The staff were very congenial and it was nice to see a place filled with activity.

My mom has been living at Atria Summit Ridge for just over 2 years now. Every time we ask her if she is ready to try out the place down the street, she emphatically says No Way! She actually loves how she is treated and we really appreciate that. It feels good to know that mom is in a place that she likes. We are so glad, that of the several locations we looked at, we chose Atria. So long as Natasha is running the place, we will never leave. All of the staff have been great - even Joey. ~ Doug

A nice assisted living facility in a great location, elegant interiors with multiple common areas and a nice rear patio to enjoy the outdoors. Large dining room with attentive staff that serve hot and fresh meals. The facility is well staffed, the employees are very attentive to their residents and go out of their way to make you feel at home.The rooms are very nice with a studio measuring 14x14 in size plus a large bathroom, entryway with a small kitchen and plenty of storage within two closets. The pricing is in line with the area.

I moved to Reno about 4 years ago, my mother came with me and moved into Atria Summit Ridge. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and caring. She made many meaningful friendships and was active in the community. I had peace of mind knowing she was being well taken care of and in a safe place. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one that needs assisted living.

Thank you Atria's staff for doing a stupendous job for keeping all the residents safe during covid pandemic. I am very pleased with the staff that helps my mother on daily basis with all her needs, specifically they are very cognizant of her medical needs. Andrew, Natasha, Amanda, Nanette, Elaine and Joey are few staff members that I personally can say goes over and beyond their job descriptions to accommodate my requests. I would recommend Atria very highly for your loved ones if in need of assisted living.

I brought my older brother to Atria Summit Ridge a little over 4 months ago. It has been a very different experience for him, but everyone at Atria has tried to make him comfortable and happy with his new home. In particular, Ernie initially was the biggest help with setting up his apartment since most of my brothers personal belongings were still in Washington State. There are so many other kind and caring staff from the dining room to the med tech's. Betty and Lisa have been so helpful and kind, I don't know what I would do without them! Everyone seems to love working here, which makes for a pleasant and fun place to live.

Placing a parent in Atria at Summit Ridge has been one of the best decisions that our family has made and I believe that it has added years to my father's life. So much of it has to do with the fantastic staff. Three people have been instrumental at enhancing the quality of my father's life in three very distinct ways. No one person is more important or more favored than another. We love them all. First off, Katelyn: she was the first person I met when I walked into Atria 2 and 1/2 years ago. I've watched her be promoted from receptionist, to bookkeeper and finally director. Her warmth, concern, diligence and integrity have warranted these advances. She truly cares about each resident. I can come to her at anytime for anything and I am always greeted with not just a smile, but also a call to action. She does what she says and knowing that she is running the helm gives me confidence. Second, Carrie is the personality behind Atria, from her fantastic themed parties and bingo extravaganzas to her exercise and art classes, She brings life and excitement to an environment that hungers for it. When I grow up, I want to be Carrie. And lastly, Ernie. He goes the extra mile for my dad in keeping his surroundings safe, clean and over-the-top comfortable. He makes my dad feel like he's the only resident that lives there. I love these three. They are near and dear to my heart and I am so thankful that they make Atria what it is. You guys rock!!!!!
