My brother and I met with Sales Director, Cendrene Neil, over the summer. Ms. Neil gave us a lengthy tour and introduced us to the entire team at The Bridge at Paradise Valley. She was generous with her time and shared a wealth of resources with us. We had just begun to look for an assisted living residence for our mom. Staff were friendly, the facility was clean and had uplifting decor and the rooms were well-sized with all the essential amenities. We were very impressed with The Bridge. Ultimately, we made a choice to place our mom close to our older sister at a different location. However, we would not have hesitated to place her at The Bridge had circumstances been different. We would encourage you to take a look for yourself and your loved one.

The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and there are many activities residents can take part in if they wish! My mother absolutely loves it here. Thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Bridge! My 89-year old aunt moved there in 2022 after her husband passed away. Being legally blind with several health issues, on many medications, and suffering grief, she needed a safe, comfortable place where her needs could be met at a price she could afford. As her only close living relative, I took responsibility for her care even though I live in California. The option of moving my aunt anywhere close to me was way too costly, so I needed a place where I would feel she would be well taken care of, and where I would be kept informed of any needs or issues. I am of the opinion that no assisted living facility is going to be everything to everyone, nor is it going to be the same as being home. Moving an elderly person into a new living space is traumatic for them. With that being said, know that the staff here is absolutely wonderful and caring! Whether scheduling transportation to my aunt's many doctor visits, to being informed of new health issues, medical and prescription needs, to informing me of trips to the hospital – this team has held my hand through every need and issue. One example of their responsiveness is, due to her blindness, my aunt would unintentionally but frequently turn off the ringer on her phone, making it impossible for me to reach her. However, one quick call to the front desk would get me immediately reconnected and the ringer volume back up to maximum. The apartments are of good size and maintained well. My aunt rented a studio, and it was quite spacious. I know how important meals and dining become as we age – the food here is, and has consistently been, very good! There are a variety of social events and outings. I have witnessed, on many occasions, live entertainment brought in presenting songs and music relevant to the audience. There are games, puzzles, movie nights, exercise classes, shopping days and other activities for engagement and socialization. My aunt passed away a couple of weeks ago. Everyone there cried with me, comforted me, and assisted me in every way as I arrived to clear out my aunt's apartment and say my good-byes. The Bridge is not a large facility (which I prefer), but it is big in heart and dedication. Thank you – all of you at The Bridge – for treating me and my aunt like family. She was very comfortable and happy there, and because of that, I feel that I made the right choice in entrusting her into your care.

These people are amazing! Mom had a steak and Lobster dinner with wine a Jazz Saxaphone player last week. The attend to their residents as if they were family. 91 unit facility. Not so large that they forget about the clients need. Well staffed with happy people and tremendous management. Kudos to Eunice. Mom is 90 something and has found a safe spot. Great place.

Helping someone transition to an Assisted Living environment is always difficult for the person moving, and for family and friends to see their loved one lose some of their independence. Everyone at The Bridge has been so kind, respectful, and understanding of our challenges. As a new visitor (me) and my dear friend as a new resident, all the staff came up at different times to introduce themselves, and since their first introduction to us, they have all called both of us by name each and every time they see us, and always with a smile. I was, and continue to be so touched by their kindness in every way. And I think most important, most all of the residents smile and greet us as well. To me, that says it all. The staff have achieved the hard to reach goal of making everyone feel safe, cared for and valued, not as a room number, but as a person who may need a little (or a lot) of help in different ways, but don’t feel as though they are a burden. The residents needs are the main priority of each and every staff member. I’m so glad my friend chose The Bridge. Nancy in Marketing was wonderful explaining to us the benefits of choosing The Bridge, the maintenance man was very patient helping us set up her TV and the DVD player, Katean and Katrina and all of the caregivers, the Activity Director, the Chef and kitchen/dining staff so patient when my friend ordered off the menu,(which is okay!), Sharon in housekeeping making sure my friend was ok, and always asked if we needed anything when we saw her, the laundress, Jackie in reception, everyone, including the Administrator introduced himself and wants to be notified of the good and if their are any concerns. Obviously, I can’t say enough good things, there are so many great people working here, I wish I could name them all. So pleased my friend is safe, cared for, happy and feels loved at The Bridge.

Do not look any further when it comes to Assisted Living for your loved ones - I did the research for you! I have visited many facilities and this was above and beyond the rest! You will not find more beautiful and caring place and employees! I do not know where to start and where to end! From the management through the dining room personnel to caregivers - I bow to all of them for their care, devotion, dedication, effort! This is a very demanding and challenging business - dealing with elderly, disabled and generally with people with all kinds of health issues; always, but especially now in "covid time" - my mom is immobile and has been there for six months; both my husband and myself spend lots of time with her every day, at least six hours; so I happen to be "an eye witness" of how things are being handled; not only towards my mom but other residence as well. I can as well confidently say that I see on daily basis how the company is constantly putting effort to improve, from hiring personnel that truly cares to their daily operation so the things run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible! I get very emotional when speaking about this company and could have not been happier for The Bridge to be the last home for my mom!

during these turbulent healthcare-times (almost 6 months into NVs official State of Emergency due to the pandemic), it is difficult to find a healthcare facility where its practice of [mitigating SARS-CoV-2 transmission, spread and] keeping their staff and Residents safe is impeccable: maintaining a 0% (ZERO-percent) COVID-19 infection Rate (as of this date &) this far into the pandemic is why The Bridge at Paradise Valley is not only Safe but shows their Residents and Families that They Care. #bravo #kudos

I was in a store yesterday at the check out waiting to pay for my items. A gentleman was assisting the tiniest, little itty bitty, frail lady behind me. I silently listened to how he treated her. I have a mother in another town and I have caught staff not being exceptionally pleasant to her when nobody was looking.Gerald was on this mans name tag. He was holding the softest, kindest conversation with this sweet lady. She was so happy to have him with her. Whoever does the hiring for The Bridge truly hired a one of a kind!THANK YOU GERALD for restoring my faith in human kindness.

My mother was a resident at the Bridge at Paradise Valley for almost 3 years. We had a couple of rough spots during that time but management did their best to satisfy the concerns. My mother was always raving on how good the food was at the Bridge and after having several meals with her I would agree that the menu is varied and well prepared. I felt that the service was a little lacking at the end of her stay but management went out of their way to make that right. I would not hesitate to put a relative or friend in the assisted living at the Bridge.

I have lived at The Bridge for 5 years and i am 88 years old. I fully intend to spend the rest of my life here! I had hesitated to spend it in an assisted living facility but soon found out that it suits me very well. All of my living requirements are provided in a pleasant atmosphere with others who share the same needs as i do. I could not ask for a more fulfilled life with emphasis on health and happiness.
