Gramercy Park has been my home for almost four years. Kim, the manager, and her assistant Nona, ensure that a sense of community is fostered here by providing a variety of activities in our clubhouse. Octavio and Julio provide excellent maintenance and respond in a timely manner. They are part of our community. The grounds are well kept and truly park-like. I'm happy that I chose Gramercy as my place to live

It's everything you expect in a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Senior Living Community... The Staff Is CURTISEY, & very helpful & Nona is a real charmer... Kimberly Fox the property manager, is like mother hen She takes excellent care of all our wants & needs... OCTIVA the maintenance MGR. is great at fixing all your maintenance issues... Our neighbors our all CURTISEY & Respectful and such wonderful people... I Been here 9 year's just sighed my 10th Rental lease, & plan on living the rest of my life here... Thank you so much for making this a place I can call home... I don't want to live anywhere else... Thank you Sincerely C J

Just gotta love the effort and energy that these ladies (in the office) put into making the residents here feel welcome and appreciated! And, with a maintainance staff that is responsive and friendly. Great job!

I moved here on August 15th, the grounds are very clean, very quiet, peaceful feeling. I was highly impressed with Kimberly the Manager here. Im excited to be a part of this property and looking forward to calling this my Home. Maggie the Assistant Manager is so nice and friendly as well

Gated community. Wonderful! Grounds very well kept. Maintenance is excellent. 24-7 availability. Kimberly is OUTSTANDING property manager. 24 hr outdoor heated pool exercise room. (24 hr hot tub closed temporarily.) SAFE community.

I love this place. Its very clean and quiet. Nice neighbors and neighborhood, close to everything youll need. The staff is always friendly and available if needed. I would highly recommend this place to any senior who wants the best place to live.

I was a resident here from 2013 - 2014. I have had nothing but a wonderful tenancy here, all thanks to Kimberly and Linda, who did an excellent job in managing this property. They made you feel like you were appreciated as a tenant of their property, and were always diligent in making sure you were happy! The maintenance staff here is phenomenal with getting repairs done quickly and accommodating in making sure every tenant was taking care of with their needs. They went up and beyond in keeping the property very well maintained. Ive very much enjoyed all the community activities that included bingo, potlucks, bbqs, holiday dinners and so much more. The environment here was always a welcoming, peaceful, and compassionate community of people that truly cared about one another! The clubhouse was an inviting place to spend quality time visiting with your neighbors over coffee and doughnuts or playing your favorite board game. A pool table also was available for your enjoyment. An abundance of amenities that included a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and even a shuffleboard court! This place is simply a gem of a place that I was proud to call my home. I truly miss this place and the wonderful people that I shared this community with. I left here to relocate back to the Pacific Northwest, and I wouldnt hesitate in coming back to Gramercy Parc if I was to return to Las Vegas!
