Great job, replacing the bench by the tennis court. Kudoes for anchoring it properly to the cement pad, to prevent anyone from stealing it. Also, your HVAC filter should be regularly checked/changed, so that air flow is not impeded. Household dust and particulates from use of your stove/cooking, your shower also, are drawn into your HVAC system. The filter is there to prevent those particulates from getting into the coils that actually cool/properly circulate the air. A clogged-up filter will increase your power bill!. It's the last place I will call home… The staff is like family with a lot of love and hate moments… It's a Senior living community so we our constantly having Residents, coming and going… LIVING AT TOMB-STONE!!! I've been living here now for 6 years and it was wonderful. Until the last year some of the residence are not following recent management regulations like to not feed the stray cats dogs not being held by their leashes

From the initial greeting by Miss Nona I felt welcome.I was offered a tour and made to feel I was a priority.Ive been on my apartment search and most places quick to hand me a brochure if that and rushed or I leave seemingly like I was a bother to them…The property and amenities were fabulous.The rent is about $200 more than I want to allocate cause I help my elderly mom financially,but the first impression of Miss Nona and brief encounter with the property manager Miss Kim (I believe thats her name)got me rethinking to pay the extra $200 a month just to be apart of the community…Money comes and goes,but peace of mind and feeling Worthy are priceless…That's what Gramercy Park gives you

Gramercy Park has been my home for 5 years. Kim, the manager, and her assistant Nona, ensure that a sense of community is fostered here by providing a variety of activities in our clubhouse. Octavio and Julio provide excellent maintenance and respond in a timely manner. They are part of our community. The grounds are well kept and park like.

I've got no issues with Management nor most residents some yes, but it's the fact there are so many seniors amongst myself who lived here for well over a decade. So with that being said we're living on a fixed income,we not only can't afford it but like myself I had to sell my car just to be able to stay here. It truly is a pleasure that all maintenance requests, even helping a senior like me reach and change a ceiling light bulb, receive almost immediate response and attention, even though they are marked 'Routine'! There's nothing "routine" about our Maintenance crew, which has long been headed by jack-of-all-trades, Octavio; they are and always have been extraordinary and outstanding. (Just as an example of the OPPOSITE of Gramercy Parc's OUTSTANDING service to its residents: My daughter lived in a complex where the telephone was hardly ever even answered in the office when trying to make maintenance requests, at another--non-senior complex and when she'd try to leave a message, the message box was always FULL and when maintenance WOULD come, the problem was never resolved sufficiently.) If you've lived in such a complex, come here to Gramercy Parc. You will be pleasantly surprised and grateful for the excellent friendly professional and COMPETENT service rendered every time there may be a need!! And our office staff is above reproach, friendly and capable of handling any need or issue that arises, from move-in paperwork on, throughout your tenancy.

I can't tell you how many places I have lived and never felt at home. I completely felt at home the moment I walked into the leasing office. Ms. Kim, the manager is so on top of it all with her high spirits and sense of humor. Once you live here it's like she's known you all her life. She takes the time to listen to any of your needs. I cannot even begin to tell you how exceptional the maintenance is! The moment I arrived I immediately felt the urge to live here forever without even seeing the unit! There's FREE activities and including donuts and coffee every Saturday! There's a community garden for you to plant your own stuff. I've created my own little family here. Some might call some neighbors nosy but I call it caring for each other. We look out for each other in a caring way. I cannot express in words how HAPPY I am here! Come see for yourself. I don't like the smell of cigarette smoking and very unhappy with the rent going up $100 every year when everything on this planet is already paid for with my gold certificates in the federal reserve. There is no value in federal reserve bank notes that we are being issued.

Updated 12/22/23 I finally have hot running water again and it only took a month. Better late than never and I upped my rating back to 4 stars.Thanks again to Kim, Nona, Julio and Octavio for all you do to keep us happy. UPDATED 12/9/23: I'm still having issues with the hot water and after 3 weeks it's still not working properly.The plumber came 2 days ago and they told me to let the water run. After between 5 and 10 minutes it gets marginally hot which is a ridiculously long time to wait to wash your hands or a dish or take a shower. UPDATED 11/26/23: I've been living here about a year now and couldn't be happier until mid November when they turned the water off for maintenance. When they turned it back on my hot water was no longer hot and has been a problem ever since.This is the 3rd time I'm requesting a repair. And though they do a nice job running everything including holiday events, bingo, lunches etc… I still need hot, running water on demand. They made us a nice 4th of July BBQ with hot dogs & burgers, and the residents brought their favorite pot luck dishes and deserts. I also apreciate the 24/7 heated pool and jacuzzi. But the tub wasn't working properly in the last few months. It's been good lately though thanks to Octavio's ingenuity. Here's a picture from the Easter breakfast spread they made in April which was very nice. But I took off 3 stars because they can't seem to get my hot water back to normal. I'll update my review and rating if it ever gets fixed correctly.

I have always had good response times with good results when I have had a problem. My neighbors have always assisted me when I've needed help, walking my dog, taking out trash, offering transportation, etc. My Dog Skipper and myself.
