Legacy House is absolutely beautiful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Ryan gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. She was a sweetheart. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities. That was one of our top priorities. If you have the money we would recommend Legacy. It is very pricy with a lot of extra cost.

I am overly involved with my father's well being. After living with me for 6 years, I knew that he needed more support than I can provide on my own. After going to MANY assisted living locations, Legacy stood out. Why? The people that work there--every single one---are full of life and love their job. I noticed that the employees knew all of the resident's names, residents stopped me on my tour to tell me how awesome it is there, and the place was full of life. Since moving him in, I am up there almost every other day, and I still feel the same way. It feels so nice knowing that my dad is in safe hands.

Came from out of town to tour facilities for my grandfather. We were recommended by another facility to check out Legacy House. We had no appointment set up, yet they were able to give us a tour with very little notice and answer all of our questions. Ryan was the one who gave us the tour. We LOVE Legacy House of CH!! My mother moved in in Jan. 2024 and is truly enjoying her new home! I go visit and hang out with her, the residents and staff at least 3 days a week! They have so many fun activities that keep her happy and busy, busy! Everyone we have encountered there is caring and friendly, especially, but not limited to, Trudy, Laura, Cindy, Hector, Morgan and the activities team, and John. The facility is very clean and the 3 meals a day are yummy. Housekeeping takes care of her cleaning and her bedding laundry every week and does a GREAT job! We have made so many new friends who we really enjoy spending time with. THANKS Legacy House for ALL you guys do to make my Mother's life (and mine!) happily fulfilled!!

Legacy House has far exceeded my family's expectations of an assisted living with memory care facility. From the very beginning, we received a warm welcome with open arms from Laura, Vanessa, Cindy, Ruth, Caroline and Trudy! The fact that we had been introduced during our first tour and have been interacting on a first name basis ever since has really been special because they are truly vested in mom's health and wellness. The entire staff is well informed, on the same page and very attentive to mom's needs which provides us with the "peace of mind" that we need, to know that mom is in great hands. Thank you Legacy House! 

My mom and I met Laura at legacy to tour. My mom was just not ready. Laura was so kind, patient and understanding and not at all pushy. It took my mom over a year to finally make the decision to move there as she was no longer unable to live alone. Laura made the transition super smooth. My mom has been there almost a month and wishes she would have moved there sooner. She went from staying home alone often to being so busy with wonderful new friends, activities and is enjoying the dining. I feel so relieved knowing my mom is not only safe but so happy. I would recommend Legacy Centenniel to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved ones when they can no longer live alone.

My mother-in-law was in need of an assisted living facility so we started our search. After touring many of the facilities in the Las Vegas area and doing our research, there was nothing close in comparison to what Legacy House offered. She has been living there now for eight months. The personalized care and attention by the staff that is paid to each of the residents is heart-warming. My mother-in-law has made so many friends. After living alone for so many years, she is really enjoying the social activities and relationships with the other residents she has built. She looks forward every day to joining her friends for dinner in the dining hall and selecting her meal from a restaurant-style menu, not a pre-selected entree that you may not like. I highly recommend taking a tour personally.

Chef Hector and his amazing crew prepared a buffet worthy of all the Legacy kings and queens! Who needs to go to a restaurant and wait in line when you don't have to leave your home to have something equally as delicious. I attended Pasta Night at Legacy House of Centennial Hills this past week and walked away thrilled I had the opportunity. I expected good food because the dining director, Hector Rubio, is known for tasty fare at his events. The dinner menu truly exceeded my expectations for a family Pasta night. I was able to taste of all the dishes offered and nothing disappointed. The place was busy with residents and families lined up to eat together. The staff handled the busy night with friendly faces making sure I had a table to sit at. I love that Legacy House of Centennial Hills puts so much passion in these events for their residents. #ZucchiniLover #CarbonaraRocked

I'm trying to remember what night we had this amazing dinner. Chef Hector is always coming up with some excuse to let his art present itself. With meals like this, we create a holiday everyday! Tender roasted Prime Rib & Shrimp followed by a decadent cheesecake with chocolate covered strawberries. And look at the serving size!

I have never met a chef as talented and caring as Chef Hector. He truly cares about the residents and their families and makes sure their dining experience is a great one. I wish I could give this place 100 stars. They were absolutely amazing with my mom and I hate that we moved away from them. Every single staff member treated my mom with dignity and respect even as her memory was going and she started having bad days. They made my mom feel so special there and I never once worried that there were any issues going on. They would even send me random texts about how much they loved my mom and what a great fit she was to Legacy. Moving to Missouri and taking my Mom from Legacy has been so hard and I haven't found a place that even starts to compare to the amazing service provided! Thank you Laura, Trudy, Tracey, Connie and every single staff person for the amazing year and a half my mom Linda had there. The Saunders family will be forever grateful for this assisted living!

Legacy House is a wonderful community and as a retired Vice President with a 25 year career in the senior living industry I know a great community when I see one. My father moved into Legacy Place four months ago and my siblings and I are delighted at how Dad has blossomed in this beautiful community. Going from living alone and pretty isolated to having daily social connections with residents and staff has made all of the difference. It makes us smile that Dad doesn't have much time to talk to us when we call because he's too busy running off to exercise class, Trivia Time, or meeting his neighbor for lunch. We could not be more impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff from the leadership team to the servers and everyone in between. The team members are compassionate and have come to know Dad, his preferences, and how to support him to live his best most engaged life at 88. The community is beautifully decorated and maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the food is terrific. All three of the meals we had were delicious, including a very special dinner Chef Hector and his team helped my Dad plan for our family visit. It was truly fine dining. The activities are abundant with frequent live entertainment and ample opportunities for residents to get involved leading or assisting activities, or being on a committee. The residents have been as friendly and welcoming as the staff. Our family has peace of mind knowing that if Dad's needs should change he will be able to access the services he needs to support him.

My mom moved into Legacy a few months ago and she is doing so well. The residents are great and the management team and staff make sure she is well taken care of! I also want to mention Chef Hector - he is an incredible chef and wants to make sure he offers a variety of food items to please everyone. Not only is Chef Hector a fantastic chef, he too cares about the residents. Legacy is amazing and should get more than a 5 star rating!

My wife, who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and I joined the Legacy Family in January 2023. As my wife declined I realized I needed help. We couldn't have asked for more of the medtechs, caregivers, dining room servers, kitchen staff, housekeepers, management and supporting staff. They were uniformly caring, but efficient. They were there whenever we needed them. I would certainly recommend Legacy.

The people who work there are very nice. The problem is the people in charge don't do their job! They don't follow through with what they are supposed to do. How are the workers under them supposed to do their jobs when the boss doesn't bother? The people living there pay A LOT of money! A LOT! They are there because they need help. So frustrating.

Our friend needed to get into assisted-living as soon as possible. Isis and the people at Legacy House were so kind and accommodating they helped us complete the process such an efficient and quick manner. They have looked after our friend making sure that he gets his meals and is comfortable in his new apartment. Can’t say enough about facilities and the staff well worth it. Update while the facilities are still one of the best the FOOD is not. We see are friend often and visit with other residents. Everyone loves the facilities but the food is not what it used to be.

I like rules and regulation and Legacy House of Centennial Hills has all of these in place for the benefit of the residents and the facility. From the management and welcoming desk to the nurse and Med Tech in the memory care portion of the Legacy House, they are kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The caregivers pay attention to every detail and need of the residents. The entertainment and physical activities are designed to enhance the environment and to benefit the welfare of everyone. This is truly a wonderful place for our loved ones and a benefit to our community.

The facility is beautiful, with an array of activities available to residents. The dining room is restaurant quality with a great selection of scheduled, and menu choice items. After interacting with several current residents it was clear this was the best fit for our family member. I found the staff to be VERY friendly, professional and accommodating. I received a call back from Trudy, the asst. Director. She was extremely apologetic for not only failing to return my call yesterday and for the misinformation I had received. She answered all my questions and explained that they were in the process of training employees. She gave me her cell number as well in case I had questions in the future. She was extremely helpful! Ive not had a chance to tour the place nor have I spent much time there as my dad just moved in a few days ago. But from what I see thus far, I can tell you that it really is a beautiful facility!

My mom has been at Legacy Centennial Hills for a year and a half now. It really has been great for her. Lots of activities and friends. She particularly enjoys taking the shuttle to go shopping. The staff are really good at what they do. My mom has had a health issue recently and the attention they have given her is above par and has given me peace of mind. They are responsive in communication as well as caring and compassionate. I would like to recognize Jackie, the Med Tech that cares for my mom during the week. Her kind and efficient care for my mom has really been impressive. I know she is in good hands! The whole staff is great. Im so glad we chose Legacy.

I just moved my dad into Legacy House of Centennial Hills the beginning of July. The ENTIRE staff was so welcoming and eager to make him feel ‘at home. He is on a special diet and within just a day the dining room staff knew who he was, by name, and how his food needed to be prepared. Moving my dad into an assisted living facility was one of the hardest decisions my siblings and I had to make, but Legacy House made it easier. The facility is new and very nice. His apartment is just the perfect size for him. He was never a fan of Bingo, but now he is! Cindy is awesome at getting the residents involved in activities and there is great entertainment. Leaving my dad to go back to Texas was hard, but I know he is in good hands.

My Mom moved into Legacy House in June. She has met many friends that give her companionship. She has a great time with all the acitivities and entertainment they have in the house. In addition she likes the food they serve. Also she has had a ton of fun decorating her apartment and her red hat. I never thought she would be happy again after my Father passed away in December but thanks to Legacy House and their loving and very caring staff she is happy and well cared for by everyone. Thank you to all the staff and residents at Legacy House for giving my Mom a life again.
