Being the main caregiver for my mother, it was hard to make the decision to put her in memory care but the care she needed became more than what I can do for my mother as her condition progressed. My sister & I went to several memory assisted living years before deciding on Grand Montecito. My first consult was with Ty but what impressed us more is our second meeting with Dr. Lori Hackett. She answered all of our questions, she showed us around and mainly emphasized on the care they provide. The ladies that took care of my mother was absolutely wonderful, they are thoughtful and caring, most of all they listened and told them of how my mother liked things which helped them as my mother adjusted to the facility. My mother had the 24/7 care. I have one shout out to one male caregiver that communicated with her native language, "Tagalog." The ladies tried to understand what my mother needed and downloaded the "Translation" app sometimes they understood and sometimes not. My mother can speak great English but for some reason she kept talking in "Tagalog." They put my mother in a routine, gave her medication, brought her to the lounge to eat in a timely manner. She was in Hospice care and they did a wonderful job as well! Nurse Norbi came every week and the CNA, Diana gave her showers twice a week. She was very well taken cared of. My sister and I were very thankful to find Grand Montecito and grateful that they took care of her so sincerely. They are very professional on everything that they do, they follow the internal rules with their standard operating procedure and the Elder Laws of Nevada in which I personally liked. The other memory care we visited did not mention this part of our visit. So if you are searching for your loved to get care in and are professionals this is the facility you must visit and judge for yourself. My mom has been at Grand Montecito(GM) for about six months now and I have to say that GM has been amazing! I looked at several other memory care facilities in the Las Vegas valley before choosing GM and I'm glad I picked them. I'm there often to visit with my mom and their care staff does a great job of taking care of my mom and the other residents. The care staff is always on the move. The lifestyles lady, Shannon, does an amazing job of keeping my mom and the other residents engaged in their GM community. It doesn’t look easy to me, but she does an excellent and sometimes overlooked job! The woman at the front, I believe her name is Jessica, always greets me with a wonderful smile and warm greeting. It’s very much appreciated and starts my visits off on a great note. Overall, I would have to say that GM is a wonderful place and came through on all their promises of being the best new home for my mom.

My dad's been at Grand Montecito for a year and a half. This was our/his first memory care facility. At first we were so worried about how he would respond, but with the help and the attention that he recieved from the staff, his transition was very quick. Within three months, he actually started missing Grand Montecito, and after a 2 or 3 hour outing to the park or to our home he would always start asking to be taken back home. He truly missed his companions and freinds at the facility. He acclimated so well that he considered montecito his home. During that time we have never experienced any ill or offensive treatment of any kind. Mention needs to be made about his care giver Dierdra, who went out of her way to cater to him. She really was on top of his status and needs at any one point. Jayde up front was always helpful in getting him ready for a pick up as well as the rest of the staff. Dawn the director was also a gem in taking care of any of our request, or my dad's needs. Due to finances we had to move my dad to a different facility but we still went with Frontier at a different location. Since they did a great job at Grand Montecito, I feel and hope that his stay here, at the new facility, will be just as rewarding. We are grateful and thankful to Grand Montecito for the care and compassion.

After numerous in person visits to Memory Care centers in and around Las Vegas, we chose Grand Montecito for our mom. Since being here for over a year now, I have to say we made the right choice. The administration and staff are top notch. The activities are always fun and they are always doing things to keep the residents involved. Our moms quality of life has improved and so has her heath. My mom has been a resident at Grand Montecito for just over a year now and I have to say I am very happy with my decision to move her there. They are always doing something fun for the residents. Whether it is entertainment or games or exercise they try to involve everyone. I have experienced interactions with all different levels of staff and they have always been helpful and caring. It was a hard decision to have to have my mom at a memory care facility but after much research and tours of other places I am glad I found Grand Montecito.

Well I recently came to one of there marketing events. I was blown away, that property was very clean and the staff up front were very knowledgeable and polite. The concierge Jayde greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. First impressions to me are very important, that lady is truly an asset to your company. The Admin and marketer were absolutely wonderful. If my father was ready for a place like this I would definitely recommend Grand Montecito.

My Father-in-law lives here and we visit him almost daily. The prices here compare well to other places as we have looked. There is no one who works here that is anything but pleasant. Food and rooms and facilities are very nice for a fairly small place (about 100 residents), but it is the staff that makes this one special. They are so patient and caring that we never worry about Dad being taken care of. Choosing a place for your loved one is tricky, they never expected to end up needing this care. Dawn and her staff make this the right place.

Love this place! Grand Montecito checks all of the boxes. It’s clean, cozy, and well staffed with compassionate caregivers and administrators. Your loved ones will receive an individualized care plan. It’s small enough to get that kind of attention, but large enough to provide all of the amenities and support your family needs. One of the things that really sets Grand Montecito apart is how forward thinking their leaders are. I firmly believe this facility will be a huge beacon of hope for families all over the Las Vegas valley dealing with dementia.

Welbrook Grand Montecito is an amazing place! I had to move my dad in during the COVID lock down without any advance notice from his assisted living facility. Heather worked on her day off to assist me in getting the paper work in so my dad could move in the following day. Dawn assisted me with the final interview process on the day he moved in. Luckily, I had toured this beautiful, state of the art facility, at the beginning of the year and knew then that this is the place where I wanted my dad to be when the time came. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make my dad's transition to a new place welcoming. The are friendly and truly care about the residents. They set up his room with his belongings including hanging pictures on the walls. The staff members keep me informed of my dad's progress and needs. Since I have not been able to physically go inside the building due to the COVID-19 lockdown, they have made arrangements for my dad to "see" me through window visits. They also offer Skype visits. This alone, let's him know that he is loved and his family is still alive and well. The residents at Welbrook Grand Montecito are a priority. There has been a family parade of cars so residents and family members could "see" each other. The residents are actively engaged daily with a variety of activities. The staff members assisted in helping us celebrate my dad's birthday and they even did a 4th of July celebration for the residents. I am able to sleep at night knowing that my dad is in a safe and caring environment. If you need a place for your loved one, I strongly encourage you to check out Welbrook Grand Montecito. You will not be disappointed.

We had to find a place for my step dad very quickly. I live out of state and moving him here was not possible. Due to many reasons most of which was his immediate health needs. Every person there has be over the top kind and his care is wonderful. I am there almost every week. They truly care so much. The care he gets allows me to sleep at night knowing he is being cared for by the best. Beautiful place, so accommodating and most of all so compassionate.
