My wife moved to Atria Seville this past December. It was a huge change for both of us. We have both been treated with respect and kindness. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they all deeply care about her. I truly am so satisfied and confident that she is getting the best care. There are many programs to participate in. There are regular live music performances. I would highly recommend Atria Seville and all the fantastic staff that makes it a fabulous place to be.

Fantastic place for a loved one who wants to feel like they still matter. Our father moved into Atria several months ago, after being cared for by family in his home. We can't sing the praises of Atria enough. Having a care facility monitor safety, assist with bathing and provide meals lifts a giant physical and mental burden for caregivers. Atria takes it a step further by providing a network of people who truly care for your loved one, enabling family caregivers to go back to the more important roles of friend, daughter/son, etc. and enjoy family time together rather than meeting minimum care needs. Our dad went from being wholeheartedly opposed to leaving his home to saying "if I can't be in my home, I'm glad I can be here"

Markie, the director, has been amazing to work with. She walked me through the entire process and helped secure a place for my mom during a very emotional time. She also helped coordinate a mobile doctor to assist with my mom’s care. Sheena, the on-site nurse, has been wonderful in arranging home health and general medical care. The woman who cleans and launders my mom’s room is also incredibly attentive and always willing to share updates on how my mom is doing. These are the main people I’ve interacted with since placing my mom at Atria Seville, and each of them has shown genuine kindness and compassion. Knowing my mom was cared for by people who truly paid attention to her well-being meant a great deal to me and my family.

My parents, both in their late 80's, recently moved to Atria Seville. They appreciate everything Atria offers them. My mom said this: "Atria is a beautiful place for us where we feel safe and well-cared for. We are grateful for the amenities and the social interaction." The staff at Atria is professional and gets to know all the residents personally. It's a place where seniors can live surrounded by kindness and dignity. We heartily recommend Atria.

This facility has been a saving grace for my father. I could tell very shortly after him being at Atria that he was moving around more, enjoying his independence to walk around and do things for himself, such as enjoying an exercise class or walking out to the courtyard and enjoying sunlight on his face. I feel so good in the decision-making of having him at atria. He has all he needs to thrive and continue to live a vibrant carefree happy life.

We moved my mother-in-law into Atria Seville last November after my father-in-law passed away. We wanted to find a comfortable place for her to call home. We toured Atria, along with other assisted living facilities but Atria was by far the best. It’s beautiful, cozy and there are tons of daily activities for her to enjoy. Some days she’ll leave her apartment in the morning and doesn’t return until bedtime. She has made many new friends and the staff has been wonderful and kind. She’s been at a very low weight the past few years but recently she has gained weight! Which is very exciting for us to hear. It’s great to see her thriving. And we have peace of mind.

My husband and I were concerned about the health and safety of a family friend living alone. She recently moved to Atria Seville, which has been a positive experience. The facility is well-run and has a friendly, professional, and attentive staff. The Atria staff recommended resources (a mover and a professional organizer to assist with downsizing in preparation for the move) before the move to Atria. They were very welcoming and responsive to our questions post-move as we helped our friend settle. Our friend is enjoying the dining facility and making new friends. The size of the facility is compatible with her needs as it has a smaller familial feel. She would have been overwhelmed by a larger senior living community.

I can’t say enough great things about this fine assisted living facility ! My father was living alone in the mountains of Southern California . We wanted him to be closer at a place that would feel like a friendly, homelike environment. Wow! The Atria was it! The staff is amazing and they really take pride in caring for the residents! The entertainment and activities they provide really keep everyone engaged! I am so glad a friend of mine told me about Atria. I could not be more grateful that my 94 year old dad is living here! I just want to say thank you to everyone that assists my dad! If you are looking for a place for your elderly family member to live, be sure and take a tour here!

In the world of elder care, there are many things to worry about. Mom living at Atria Seville has given me so much peace of mind knowing that she is truly cared for and safe when I am not with her. Every employee knows her name and while she does not always remember their names, she knows tidbits about their livesmeaning they actually having meaningful conversation with my mom. To be HEARD is huge to an elderly person, as I can see, often times, an aging person can feel insignificant. Not at Atria! Mother always gets her medication on time and accurately, which of course is a priority to me, and she really likes the food. She is even beginning to eat foods out of her comfort zone because dishes are prepared so well. Lastly, cleanliness was top of the list for me when finding a place for her to live. Atria always smells fresh and clean, and has passed mom’s white glove test! My mother has lived there for four years and when my husband and I attend functions, it just feels like extended family. If you’re looking for a place to house a loved-one, I highly recommend you put Atria Seville on your list of places to consider.

Love Atria Seville; wonderful, caring staff and such a great community. I moved my parents to Atria Seville in 2021 from Oregon as my dad needed assisted living at the time. They loved it, but he got better and more active and on the go so they moved away for a year. Sadly, my dad passed away and my mom immediately asked to move back to Atria Seville. She is SO HAPPY. The staff is so sweet and welcoming and treat us like family. The new GM, Markie, is awesome and goes above and beyond to ensure your loved ones are taken care of. Mom just went through her first set of holidays without dad, and the staff at Atria went all out for all the residents providing a really beautiful holiday season for all. My mom has a routine she loves where she goes to breakfast, lunch and dinner at the elegant dining hall and meets with different people every day, and she does the daily exercise classes and social activities. The entertainment they bring on site is top notch, so much so that even my teenagers want to go see the performances with grandma. The property is lovely; I tell people it’s like living at an all inclusive JW Marriott with a cruise ship’s schedule of activities. I also tell people that I want to be grandfathered in on my mom’s lease and move in myself one day because it is truly that awesome. (I’m in my 40’s and have a little ways to go but am keeping my eye on the prize 😉 ) I highly recommend Atria Seville!

As the son of a resident who has been living at Atria Seville for the past 8 months, I can confidently say that this community has exceeded our expectations in every way. The exceptional care and attention my father receives have made his transition to assisted living smooth and enjoyable. The staff at Atria Seville truly sets this community apart. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism shine through in every interaction. From the caregivers to the dining staff, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure my father’s comfort and well-being. They’re not just employees; they’ve become like an extended family, always greeting residents with warm smiles and genuine concern. The range of community activities at Atria Seville is impressive and keeps my father engaged and socially active. There’s always something happening, from music programs and exercise classes to card games. It’s heartwarming to see how these activities have helped my father form new friendships and maintain a renewed sense of purpose in his life vs just living at home alone. One aspect that really stands out is the on-site exercise facilities and spa services. The well-equipped fitness center allows my father to maintain his physical health under professional guidance. The spa services add a touch of luxury and relaxation to his daily routine. These amenities contribute significantly to his overall well-being and quality of life. The dining experience at Atria Seville deserves special mention. The chef-prepared meals are not only delicious but also cater to various dietary needs. The restaurant-style dining room provides a pleasant social atmosphere, and the staff is always attentive to residents’ preferences.

In May 2024 my father-in-law and stepmom asked to relocate from their home in Southern CA to an assisted living facility near us and other family in Las Vegas, NV. It was our first time being involved in this big life changing event and we were a bit overwhelmed as to where and how to start. Extended family referred us to Atria Seville based on previous positive experience. Executive Director Markie Hamlin has made the entire process as pleasant and smooth as possible for all of us. She coordinated all of the regulatory and medical application paperwork for them, including following up numerous times with their doctor’s office to ensure it got completed on time. She recommended the best available room based on their needs which has worked out great. Markie’s positivity, helpfulness, kindness, knowledge and get-it-done attitude have been so wonderful throughout the entire process. Whenever we visit Atria Seville we are lifted up by all the smiles, acts of kindness and genuine concern we witness towards the residents by Markie and all the staff (especially including Sheena). The peace of mind we now have is invaluable. We highly recommend Atria Seville if you are looking for an assisted living community for your loved ones.

Excellent for independent senior living, but in our opinion, they failed miserably in their responsibility to..." operate in a manner which minimizes the need for its residents to move out of the facility as their physical and mental conditions change over time". (Nevada Revised Statutes). We asked to move her room to make it easier for her to be a part of the community and receive the Level 3 assistance we were paying for, but instead, they directly handed my 98 year old mother an eviction notice!! Before we could move her after 9 years for being "senile", she fell trying to go to the bathroom herself at 1am. They only called me on my cell without leaving a message...they did not call our home or any other family members. Her hours alone at UMC (and without medical records) created a nightmare that remains for her and all of us as she spends final days in Hospice care. She still thinks they put her out in the night.....

I chose Atria for my 93 year old dad and it was a mistake (for him). He lasted there for only 3 weeks. It's a very nice place and I think for a younger parent it is one of the best in town. He simply couldn't adjust to being in a separate apartment after living with family.. even with the "pop in and out" assistance they offered. The Covid restrictions had relaxed to allowing us one visit per week but I assumed that people there were used to helping new residents acclimate. If I had been able to visit, I could have helped him but with Covid, it wasn't possible. He received zero orientation from staff besides the initial sales tour a week before the move in. He didn't know his way around at all. We, as family, were also not given any instructions about how to arrange for pickups or visits, or even told about their very cool APP which would have helped us help him remotely. There was no "ambassador" buddy assigned to him to introduce him around. His first night there, he was not given dinner OR ANY of his meds and no one checked on him. Luckily I had put a camera in his room so I could report that and things did improve. One staff person DID make the effort to get him to exercise class the first week, but he couldn't remember the next week on his own. So it fell on me to call him to remind him of events and classes and hope he would get to them. When I asked to pay for a higher care plan to escort him to events, they said they couldn't do that and told me to hire outside caregivers for him, which I did. He started skipping meals (it's not fun eating alone in your room), became seriously dehydrated , anemic and weak and fell 3 times in a week that caused a serious brain injury. This was the same guy who walked 1/4 mile a day (accompanied) prior to moving in there... and never fell at home...always dressed and undressed himself and always ate a full plate of food at our table....so it was completely unanticipated. When I spoke to the management they said he was fine, that they often saw him at events or walking the halls and that it just took old people awhile to acclimate to change. I am not blaming them although it would have been nice to have a heads up that he hadn't been eating and was suddenly too weak to dress himself. He has been hospitalized for 2 weeks and has lost 20 pounds since the move. I thought he was doing "too good for a memory care facility" and he had no skilled nursing care needs. At his advanced age, all of this could also have happened here at my house or anywhere else. Maybe it was just his time to get sick. Another problem was also that it happened so soon after he had moved in and they didn't have a "base line" for him so they didn't realize how fast he was going downhill. Anyway, it's a nice place for someone in their 70-80's to move into and live into their 90's, but don't expect the really elderly to adjust to closed door apartment living. He'll do much better in a more open door room environment (like memory care or a board and care home) where people are gathered from their rooms to a common area to be observed.

The Atria Seville is an absolutely beautiful and loving five-star resort community. I'm always impressed not just by the fabulous staff but also by the incredible residents! The Engage Life Director, Jill Ann Biondo, is the BEST! She always has diverse activities going on and the residents are always participating. Jill Ann's decor for every holiday is stunning and I love how she features the residents and their accomplishments with photos on the hallway walls - just as if they were over their own fireplace mantle. She has photos of the men who fought in WWII and Korea with their active duty pictures alongside their current headshots and I love the new large-screen TV with revolving photos right as you come in - it sets the tone that the residents are the stars and they are living life to the fullest! I perform there nearly every month - sometimes singing with a pianist doing a cabaret show, sometimes with my 7-piece swing band (The Speakeasy Swingers - who's oldest member is 92-years-young and who toured with Louis Armstrong's Big Band back in the Forties - he's usually the oldest man in the room but when we play the Atria, there will be four or five people older than him!) and sometimes just leading a sing-along to Mitch Miller CDs. Jill Ann even had me be part of a Murder Mystery with some of the residents - and I ended up being the murderer - who would have thought? It was such fun rehearsing with the residents and getting to know their life stories - like Rosalie, who's a club president, and ambassador for the Atria Seville and who knows every word to every song I sing from the Great American Songbook. There's so many wonderful residents who never miss a performance - Izzy who loves to sing "Besame Mucho," Brad -- who once nearly competed in the Olympics - and would have if WWII hadn't gotten in the way; he loves "I'll Take You Home Again Kathleen" and Nancy who's a real Broadway fan and always sings along on "Hello Dolly." I can always count on everyone in the room (and upstairs watching from the balcony) singing or humming along to "Always," "It Had To Be You," or "We'll Meet Again" (my band's closing theme song). My band has played for an "Academy" Awards ceremony where the residents received "Oscars," New Year's Eve dance, and coming up for Mardi Gras and their Homecoming Prom dance in May. I've had residents tell me that they never want to miss a performance because they enjoy the music so much and it's such a treat to have such wonderful LIVE music right in their living room. They never know who I'll bring to play piano - I've had pianists who have played for every major star on the Strip back in the Fifties/Sixties and Seventies join me because they enjoy playing for the seniors who love the music so much. In short, Atria Seville is truly a five-star resort community with loads of activities and amazing residents who make sure they are enjoying life to the max!

  • Schedule a tour and visit the physical location to make sure community description is accurate.
  • Confirm with community manager that living and services required for you or your loved one's unique needs and budget are met.
  • Check with state government websites for additional provider licensing and information.

If there is any information that is inaccurate or needs to be updated, please contact Assisted Living Center.

Assisted Living Center uses the term "assisted living" or "personal care" to inform users that a community provides assistance with some Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). It may not meet your state's legal definition required for that level of care.
