My father Benny has been at Silverado for a year now and I recommend Silverado Red Rock Memory Care Community, to anyone that has a family member that is elder and needs assistance with any memory diseases. The facility is well managed, and they take great care of their patients. Silverado makes it a priority that all patients are well fed and have proper medication they need on a daily basis. On certain occasions, the care providers take them on outings around the Las Vegas area, to have some fun away from Silverado. When I come to visit my father at Silverado, the employees always greet me like I'm family, and this gives me the assurance that my father is in good hands. They make my father feel at home and me as well. I appreciate every single employee at this memory facility and thank you for making my father's stay a pleasant one. I had experiences with a family member at a memory care facility and Silverado is by far the best. The last facility basically dressed and let patients sit all day in the chair or wheelchair, Silverado engages with them.

Best of the Best -Silverado Red Rock I recently toured Silverado, dedicating nearly two hours to exploring its layout, staff composition, residents' accommodations, cooking and recreation areas, and more. Having visited multiple facilities, including several dedicated memory units, I can confidently say that they all fall short in comparison to Silverado. I was genuinely amazed and thrilled by every detail and the meticulous attention given to each aspect of care. At Silverado, the focus is on creating a true home for residents. Unlike other facilities that may rely on a TV as a form of entertainment, Silverado offers a wealth of engaging activities designed to strengthen both the body and mind. Residents are encouraged to get up and join the community, ensuring they aren't confined to their rooms. Dining is a delightful experience—instead of hospital trays, guests enjoy meals with friends at beautifully set tables adorned with china and silverware. Their rooms are personal sanctuaries where residents can rejuvenate from their engaging days and prepare for restful nights. It's difficult to understand why other care facilities don't adopt these exemplary practices. While some features may entail higher costs, the overall philosophy at Silverado is centered on fostering a vibrant support community where individuals can reclaim the enriching aspects of life, rather than merely existing. If you visit Silverado Red Rock, you will find it hard to consider any other organization. It truly sets the standard for exceptional care and community living.

I've only been to the facility once, but what I saw impressed me. Each room is set up and decorated for its inhabitant, the building was clean, and it actually had good enough staff (in quantity and quality) to care for its people. Recommendation that anybody with a family member in need of this kind of care look into it.

This is a gorgeous facility, no doubt. What I was impressed with most was the staff. Not just how attentive and caring they were but also the great ratio between the caregivers to patients. This is the key for me, the staff. Easily accessible and friendly administrative staff as well, to answer any questions I might have, was very nice as well This is the kind of care I would want for my parent or grandparent.

Silverado is filled with the kindest staff and wonderful atmosphere. On the weekends, I witness numerous activities taking place along with the smell of something freshly baked! One of the best communities!

As the sole caretaker of my memory impaired sister, I had an emergency hospitalization the summer of June 2024. Penny Munn, Cathy Anderson, Essi and the entire staff at Silverado Red Rock Memory Care, went above and beyond their duties taking care of my sister! The facility was clean, cheerful, friendly and sincere. They took excellent care of my sister. They kept her engaged daily and busy. She was happy, clean and well fed. They kept track of her medication and even had 2 precious puppies as mascots that my sister also loved. They didn't "Stage" appointment visits and told me I could visit my sister whenever I felt well enough, and I did. They even helped me to get Vouchers to assist with payment. I can't thank them enough. I only wish I could keep her there long term because of my need for more surgery. They took better care of her than I physically can. Silverado Red Rock Memory Care is a Blessing.

I recently toured the facility and was quite impressed! It has a very warm and friendly atmosphere and the staff is very welcoming. I especially enjoyed all the beautiful art on the walls. Although I did not eat there, I heard the food is deliciously prepared by professional chefs. I also caught a glimpse of some group activities that the residents seemed to especially enjoy. I would not hesitate to place a loved one in this immaculate and lovely facility.

I have extensive background in elder care, and have found Silverado to be the BEST memory care facility in Las Vegas. I have researched many places that would be appropriate for my family and friends who need this type of living facility. Silverado outshines ALL of them. The high level of care and social activities makes this a wonderful place for your loved one if they need this high level of care. I am given many updates and photos of the daily activity, and have periodic evaluation meetings with the staff. I highly recommend this place if you know of someone who wants a good quality of life for someone entering into any stage of dementia.

Silverado Memory care is an absolute dream memory care facility, the energy when you walk in feels like home. The staff is absolutely incredible and always willing to go above and beyond and truly care for their residents and ensuring the quality of life, Penny Munn is the glue that holds this place together and a genuine kind soul, in the event you would need to place a loved one in a facility, I would recommend Silverado above all else!

Finding a place for a loved one is difficult , particularly when your loved one suffers from such a horrible decease as Alzheimer's. Open spaces and friendly staff, I could live here!
