Ive been working at Landmark for about 2 months now. I absolutely love working here, its probably my top favorite work place. The staff there is so caring and the residents are beyond amazing. It is the most wholesome bittersweet job and I cant be more thankful that I get the opportunity to spend my week days there! A special thanks to Laurie for introducing this wonderful community into my life!

I have a dear friend who lives in the memory care unit at Landmark Desert Gardens. I have been very impressed with the level of care that he is receiving there. The entire staff had been extremely helpful and helping him settle in. I have visited the facility numerous times. The residents in both neighborhoods there appear to be comfortable, safe and happy. I would recommend Desert Gardens to anyone who has a need for this style of living.

Ive been working here for about 2 years now and I love the environment and people here. The residents are so kind its like having 50 grandmas and grandpas here. I would recommend this to anyone who may need a home for their parent or grandparent with assisted living and/ or peace of mind knowing your loved one is being cared for at all times.

My grandmother Alta Chennault is a resident here. She really enjoys the music nights on Thursdays and the occasional casino outing. The staff is nice and respectable with her which gives us peace of mind.

I have been working for landmark Desert Gardens going on 2 years and I think its a great place. There is care 24/7. Each and every member of our staff work together to make sure our residents enjoy living here. Hollie Stallings our Administrator cares for these residents like family, she makes sure they are well taken care of and anytime one of them are unhappy for any reason she is right there to solve any problem.

I have visited this community for events. This is a great environment and was not what I thought Assisted Living was like in my mind. This place is like an apartment with built in help. It doesn't have a smell and they have residents out playing games, visiting and they appear to be happy and living well. Staff is nice and helpful.

Ive been in deferent healthcare sectors. This by far has my heart. The unity in the staff here, the care towards the residents and the activities all together make this a place worth retiring into. Its a one stop shop so to speak. You can be independent and continue your daily routines with the security of knowing there is 24-hr help if ever needed, a a-la-cart process for Assisted Living that changes with their needs. I love working here and the idea of senior living communities.

BOTH OF MY PARENTS WERE RESIDENTS OF LANDMARK AND MY SISTER IS CURRENTLY A RESIDENT. THE DIRECTOR WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND WORKED VERY WELL WITH ME TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. i CAN RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR ASSISTED LIVING IN HOBBS NM. I KNOW HOW DIFFICULT STAFFING CAN BE HAVING RETIRED FROM HEALTH CARE. HOWEVER, IN A PERFECT WORLD I WOULD WISH FOR MORE STAFF ON THE WEEKENDS.THANK YOU DESERT GARDENS STAFF FOR ALL YOUR KINDNESS.

My relative gets very good care and staff is qualified with caring dispositions. The food is nutritious and appetizing. There are many activities to entertain and participate in here.

My mother Doris Edwardson, has been a resident for 10 months in the memory care unit and Lynn and the staff try very hard to make everyone feel at home, plan activities, always have pretty decorations up for the holidays and address any problems that come to our attention. Bill Bothman has been a resident for several years now and he says the food is delicious, he use to thoroughly enjoy cooking, so I feel that is a wonderful compliment. This is a very caring and compassionate facility. Both the administration and caregivers are committed to the residents. It is a small facility which is much better than the large mega facilities in larger cities.

!!Thank you Landmark!! My sister and I could not be more thrilled with the top notch care our parents have received here. These people are remarkable and we do not have one complaint. Not only has the care our parents receive been the very best, the staff helped my sister and I through the mental angst of the heartbreaking decision to move them here. Once here, we realized that the 24/7 care is nothing we could accomplish other wise. Our Dad was in the Memory Care Unit and we lost him on Christmas Eve -- the ladies working upstairs sat with my sister through it all and she is so grateful for their compassion and caring.

I am very impressed with Desert Gardens and all the caretakers who work for the facility. My Dad is in Memory Care and feels right at home because of the people who are so loving and attentative to him. I always feel right at home when I visit. The apartments are a great size which leaves plenty of room for their furniture, pictures, and momentos. The activities that are planned for the residents keep my Dad busy and enjoying life.
