We have been clients of Home Care Assistance in Albuquerque some four and half years- first for my husband after rehab for his stroke and then a year later for both of us when I became very ill. Your care givers were also here for me after successively breaking both my hips. We would recommend Home Care Assistance in Albuquerque to others with similar needs. The care givers have been reliable and competent. they are pleasant and patient. There have been very few problems. Of our current set of care givers, four have been with us for at least two years and we are very fond of them.

I was very pleased with the services, and so I had HCA help me through a tough post-operative period of time. The personnel are all kind, knowledgeable and highly competent. Cannot say enough about how this company came through for us after my surgery. Would give them a 5 or 6 star rating; however, work with the management to be sure the helper they send knows how to properly hand-wash dishes, load a dishwasher properly, and knows how to clean the lint catcher in the dryer. Also, our helpers had delightful, engaging personalities though at least one spent too much time on their phone under the guise of communicating with the office. Bottom line: Just read your contract carefully, and appreciate the care they give. Couldn't have made through my recovery without them.

My 92-year-old father was ill this past year and I came out to Albuquerque (I live in NY) to take care of him, but he wasn't bouncing back very quickly. I had to leave to go back to work and we decided we needed an aide. Other agencies we contacted either didn't call us back or were too overwhelmed to help. Home Care Assistance of Albuquerque sent someone to interview us within 2 days of our first call and had an aide suited to my Dad's needs available to start the following Monday. After my step-dad was recently diagnosed with cancer, I've had to temporarily relocate to Albuquerque to take care of him and my mom as he went through his cancer treatments. It did not take long to know that I was going to need some help, and when I asked his cancer doctors what services were available, they highly recommended Home Care Assistance. After making the initial call to Home Care Assistance, they were extremely helpful and very quick to come to my parent's home to do an assessment. In less than a week, I had the help I needed, and my parents have come to think of their care provider as one of the family. She has been a lifesaver to me as I've balanced caring for my parents while continuing to work a full-time job remotely. Our caregiver not only does light cleaning, laundry, meal-prep, grocery pickup, doctor appointments, and more, but she's a wonderful companion to both of my parents, and they really look forward to the days that she's at their home. We still have a long journey ahead, and I'm so grateful for the continued help and care my parents have received from Home Care Assistance.

My office staff is very responsive to me and to my clients whenever we have questions or concerns.
