Affinity is a fantastic active retirement community! The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff goes up and beyond to ensure we have practically everything we need. There is something for everyone to do. That includes two different bible studies;

We just had the sweetest Christmas with my Dad (lives at Affinity). The common rooms were so festive and decorated so elegantly. My Dads neighbors in the complex were so kind and friendly. The icing on top was the staff ... that showed up to carol to the residents from the courtyard below on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We sang carols together from his balcony. Thank you Affinity for going above and beyond. We are grateful!

Ive lived here for over 2 1-2 years. It is a wonderful option for active people over 55 that love taking care of themselves and running their own lives. I have the best friends I have ever had in my life, it reminds me of the community spirit that small town Albuquerque had. The staff is also amazing and fun, fun, fun!

I have now lived at Affinity for almost 2 years. It just keeps getting better and better. I couldnt be happier. The entire staff is committed to providing excellent service. They are professional, efficient, and always ready to help. The amenities are far above average and the residents are all friendly; put it all together and you have one terrific 55+ community.

Great place. Staff friendly and helpful. Billiards room, movie theater, internet lounge, full service bar, sparkling indoor salt water pool and many other amenities present in this assisted living complex for seniors, 50 and over.

Im selling my house and cant wait to move here. I have visited 3 times so far and met several of the staff - they are all wonderful. They have given me options available and are very understanding that this move is a huge life step.I have met some of the people and asked them if what they found out after they moved in that they wish they had known. They are all very pleased with their decisions. Im happy the staff understand that we may need several visits to feel comfortable with selling a house and downsizing.
