As a healthcare provider that recently visited for a pt, I just want to say that this place is a great home and I can tell they take very good care of their residents. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The owner showed how much she cared for her business and the wellness of her residents.

Kayla and her staff gave outstanding care to my dad at a time he needed it the most. She willingly took on his difficult case when other large-scale institutions refused to work with him. I highly recommend A Caring Heart.

I placed my mother, who had end staged dementia and also could no longer walk in A Caring Heart. Kayla and her staff were so kind and caring and my mother was really fond of them. They provided excellent care for her and very helpful to me also. She had previously been in a large assisted facility where care level and consistency was lacking and concerns were not addressed. At a Caring Heart I did not have those issues and could speak directly to Kayla if I would have. The care there is more personable and I'm glad I made the move, only wish I had done it much sooner.

My mom is currently a resident here. She absolutely loves it and the caregiving is exceptional. It is run by two nurses: a mom and a daughter. They both are very knowledgeable, approachable, and so kind. I am a nurse and was really struggling to find a place for mom after two years of bedbound care in my home, plus the ten years of just caring for her as an elderly mom. I was exhausted and feeling guilty that I needed a break and that I should be able to handle it, after all, I am a nurse. The minute I met Kayla, I felt a kindred spirit and she helped me realize that it is okay to be tired and burnt out and it is okay to want to just be the daughter and not the caregiver. I would say my standards are super high when it comes to caring for mom, and I do not have any complaints in that department. Mom is always clean, happy and she never has complaints. If there are any issues with her health, it is address immediately. The house is clean and inviting. I stop by every day and am always welcome. All of my family that has gone to visit mom has always expressed how happy mom is and how nice the caregiving is. If you are searching for a place for your loved one, save yourself some time and visit here first. As a home health nurse and a daughter, I highly recommend it.
