The nurse and attendant that I had were very nice . There was a disconnect between services. They also gave us false information about transportation that they told us to take and they would reimburse us. Contacted them and gave them the receipt. Over 20 calls and a promise to take care of it and nothing happened . They tell you what you want to hear and that is the end of it . They still owe me the money!

CareOne provided us rehab care needed resulting from complications of Parkinson's Disease.We found the care provided was good.The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to the challenging needs of PD.I would definitely recommend CareOne at Walls .

My Mother was very happy with the staff, meals and care while at this facility. She had been in several rehab centers over the years and this facility was her favorite. It was much homier than the others and she received very good care.

My twin sister Elizabeth has been at CAREONE At WALL on and off for about two years with nothing but good care and friendly staff who go above and beyond being just staff. They have become her second family until she comes home again. Her nurses are always happy to accommodate her needs and her aids are always helpful. We have recently had the pleasure of meeting Emily, her social worker at CAREONE who has been amazing to work with from locating lost personal items of Lizzie's to helping her learn how to use her new iphone. Lizzie is bedridden with MS and enjoys doing any activities that stimulate her mind. Emily and Amanda have both helped us in getting Lizzie home with us as well! Lizzie enjoys ACTIVITIES and the staff involved in ACTIVITIES are wonderful and encouraging. Above all else, it is relieving to know that there are people like Emily, CiCi, Nikki, Amanda, Christina (all CAREONE staff) who demonstrates true caring for others and a tireless attitude in helping others from family to the residents at CAREONE. Thank you all for making Lizzie's stay at CAREONE like a secnd family, home away from home. Lara and Brian Gray

Excellent facility, staff and medical professionals. Kind and knowledgeable personnel who communicate effectively and efficiently. Plan of Care and outside doctors appointments are communicated with all. Family members are informed of all care and expectations of the patients under their care. I totally recommend this Rehabilitation Facility for anyone one in need. We experienced 2 other Rehabilitation facilities in the area that were completely unacceptable. Smelled, dirty, nasty staff and administration. Never meeting medical practitioners who prescribed treatment, medication or Plan Of Care for the family member.

I've been a healthcare professional for just about 30 years and I can say that working with Care One @ Wall's professional team always has been a great experience. It is very important to me that whoever I work with stands for the highest level of customer service and integrity. Emily and Amanda have been amazing to work with. They are very caring, knowledgeable and they advocate for the patients.They really care about their patients and it shows. Beth also always goes above and beyond and has such great knowledge of the healthcare industry that many can learn from her. They have a great clinical and therapy team as well. My grandma has been in CareOne for almost two years now. What we hoped would be rehab after a hospital stay turned into a residency based on her condition. I try to visit her at least once or twice a week. I see the same familiar faces of staff members who are always very kind and friendly. The nurses who I have gotten to know are always very helpful and I am in awe of their profession. I don't think I could ever do what they do. One thing I wanted to mention, although my grandma does not often participate based on how she feels, is the activities staff. They are wonderful and SO encouraging of everyone coming out of their rooms to socialize through all different outlets and a full schedule of activities. They go above and beyond based on the holidays, seasons etc. You could tell they are all meant to be in this line of work. Sometimes I get teary eyed listening to them talk to the residents. Although I wish my gram could still live independently, I know the best option is for her to be under 24 care.

Care-one Wall review I have nothing but praise for Care-one at Wall. In April 2020, when I was diagnosed with Covid, I really didn't realize just how sick I actually was. After trying to fight it at home, I checked into Care-one for their care. I thought I'd go in for a few days but I was there for 17 days. The first few days are a memory blur for me, I was just so exhausted and feverish. But for the last 2 weeks I have to say the staff were very caring, professional and cheerful. The rehab girls were fantastic, encouraging me while at the same time being aware of my limits. Nurses came in to check up on me in between the times they needed to come in to give meds, etc. They, along with the doctor assigned to me, tried a couple different antibiotics to help me and finally settled on a mix of two, one being the Hydroxychloroquine type of pill. I really attribute those meds and Care-one for saving my life. I can only imagine what the end result may have been if I had stayed home and tried to deal with the virus myself. So, 5 plus stars from me. The Office Manager, Stacy, went so much out of her way and delivered my front door key as well as gloves and a mask ro my neighbor so she could go in and feed my cats while I was away. And the administrator, Christine, even sent an ambulance at Care One's expense to bring me here and take me home as I had no other way of getting here. I have nothing but praise for the caring people at Care-One at Wall!

I had a resident there under hospice care and visited regularly. The facility was always clean, staff were friendly especially the unit manager Makenzie, and my resident always looked happy and presentable.

Our 96 year old Uncle has been to CareOne in Wall twice within the last two years due to falls that had landed him in the hospital. Both times he has come out of CareOne stronger. The care, treatment and staff were great. It is comforting to know such a wonderful facility is available when needed.
