This used to be a solid 5 star facility. Quality of care and services have gone down. Staffing turnovers and shortages are evident. Handicap accessible upgrades are needed. Our costs have gone up 27.89% in the first 9 months of 2022. This includes an 18.73% monthly accessment for September through December of 2022. And now we were informed that our fees are increasing 16.27% effective January 2023. Previously, typical annual increases were in the 4% range. How do seniors do this on a fixed income?

Thank you to the wonderful Sunrise of Wall team. My mother has been in memory care at Sunrise of Wall for a few years now. We were deeply sad and confused when our mom lost her Mental Heath. Its heart wrenching at times. Knowing my mother is surrounded by kind, loving people is a blessing. The Sunrise of Wall team are professional, welcoming, and have the biggest hearts. Over the pandemic, they did amazing keeping people safe. Brian and his team are great communicators and I know my mom is safe, near and dear. I am so grateful.

Missy is one of the staff members of the Care Team at Wall. But she is so much more. She is all heart. Shes aware of all their residents around her and if-when there is someone in need shes the first one there to offer help. There are great care givers and then there is Missy. We moved my 92 year old Dad into this facility in March 2019 .. it was the best decision we ever made. I do not have any complaints. My Dad is thriving. The staff goes above and beyond. They are loving, caring, always smiling, and treat Dad with the respect and dignity he deserves And then of course, there is Honey. She is the community resident dog. Such a sweet girl.

Sunrise at Wall is welcoming and run very efficently; most importantly with excellent care giving. Each staff member that we have encountered is qualified and carries out there job with a smile and is always ready to assist. You could not find a better place for your loved one my mother is very happy there which gives our family great peace of mind.
