Paul, the physical therapist was absolutely wonderful and helpful with my mom. He helped my mom walk from her bed outside her bedroom door and back to her bed. That's the first time I've seen my mom walk in a month. And she just got to Hampton Ridge from Deborah hospital maybe an hour and a half before Paul came to visit her.

I had a great experience at Hampton ridge I was very well tooken care of starting with Michael the administrator Morty the asst.administrator nora guest service Lisa a unit manager Tanisha Desk worker Carol nurse Crystal nurse Daniella nurse Nelson nurse and serval cna they were all great but I only know 2 of there names Debbie,megelle,and on and on and there physical therapy awesome Becky I believe is the manager Nancy,Jen, Kourtney,Jen, Cindy, Patricia the whole facility is clean and the staff is great down to maintenance and their housekeeping awesome I've been to a couple of facilities Hampton ridge is the best facility I've ever had to endure so if you or your family has to go to a healthcare or rehabilitation this is definitely the place I give this facility 10 Stars

I stayed at Hampton Ridge for three months. The care was excellent. The food quality was very good. 90% of the time . They do have activities if you are interested the nursing assistant care is five star I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for someone to answer the light, but overall that was unusual. Their physical therapy department is exquisite they work you but they work with you. Great recommendations and staff are extremely polite, professional, friendly, and yet deliver a great experience. I would highly recommend Hampton Ridge. I have have been through two rehab centers prior to Hampton Ridge. I was at care One, which I call Care none in wall. I was also at the one near Cherry Hill do not waste your time money or think you’re gonna get any care at anyone of the care One facilities. Again, I highly recommend Hampton Ridge you will not be disappointed in the care it was superior. Both directors made daily rounds if you had a problem or question, they addressed it within a day. Highly recommend. Follow up is also great!!! 10 stars!!!!

Having spent close to three months in the SMART unit at Hampton Ridge, I can say without a doubt it was the best recovery experience I could have imagined. It takes a village to care for everyone, however through my very patient and caring personal staff I owe a sincere thank you to; Nurses - Daniella, Tawanda, Beth, Amanda, James, Joe and all the SMART station ladies Aides - Gennie, Debbie, Phil, Maria, Bobbie, Vicky and so many others Food services - Robert, Kerri and all the folks bringing the carts to and from the kitchen Maintenance - the sweetest guys Housekeeping - the hardest working and super friendly folks keeping everything clean and stocked Admin - Michael, truly my stay was made wonderful by your extraordinary professionalism and personality. I can never thank you enough for the hope, support and smiles you showed me every day. The OT and PT staff is without a doubt first-rate and engaged in seeing patients improve to the best of their abilities. My personal therapists Courtney, Cindy and Steve gave me so much hope and encouragement along the way that I can now walk again after a surgery gone awry. The coolest bonus? You can have your dog visit! My dog Snowflake loved the courtyard by the gym. So if you or a loved one is researching Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Care, I highly recommend Hampton Ridge for a welcoming and supportive stay.

I am writing this for my dad, Frank. He was at Hampton Ridge after many hospital stays. He certainly did not want to be there, but he needed to be. He was treated kindlyhe did the work of the physical therapy. He ate all his meals. It wasn’t bad food. It just wasn’t his food. He was used to having home-cooked meals by my mom who recently passed away. I would like to say a special mention to Nurse Carol and Nurse Crystal. I believe they really went out of their way to make my dad feel that he was in a safe environment and he was being cared for properly. Thank you, Jean.

In 2024, I was admitted to Hampton Ridge Healthcare to recover from a severe & disabling illness. I spent several months in their SMART Unit. I had a very positive experience there recovering. The staff, nurses & aids were all very professional, courteous and friendly. The facility was clean. The Occupational & Physical Therapists were also very professional and friendly. I was bed-ridden when I was admitted to the facility, and I was upright & walking with a walker when I left the facility. I am very grateful & thankful to everyone at Hampton Ridge. Michael the director spoke with me every week & genuinely cares about his patients.

My father arrived at Hampton Ridge Christmas Eve which is not the best time to represent a facility’s capabilities however I would still say the staff was caring and attentive. The facility is clean and the PT team was thorough. They had a Dr review dad’s telemetry weekly which I found comforting. Michael the director was a pleasure to work with. As well. I would recommend them for subacute rehab in the Toms River area

I must send out big kuddos to all the team members in this facility..I came here the end of August 2024, not being able to walk...I had almost given up thinking I would never walk again...AND THEN - THE ANGELS WALKED IN (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, even the Director of the above came in with a game plan, and never, and I mean never let me give up on myself. They have been my cheering squad, my support system, my confidant, my joke tellers...They help me choose my music (since music is a universal language) and add music motivation on top of this AWESOME set of therapist. You can do nothing but WIN...My struggle at times can be hard, but my team of Therapist are right beside me and Never let me give up......In there language of therapy there are no words as GIVE UP, or I CANT or WONT..The Director of Therapy - Becky, this is my girl...she is a constant source of positivity...no words such as failure, or give up exist..and I am so grateful for her knowledge, her friendship and her kindness that she has shown me...Then we have Jenn( I call her my Lead Therapist) Jenn, is a constant source of inspiration .if I struggle with an exercise she finds another way for me to accomplish the task and be successful in what I need to accomplish..she is a smart cookie...Jenn, listens to me...I asked if I could listen to my music and try to walk better to the beat of music...Jenn, was all in my request...Now I'm walking even better to the beat of my music...what I listen to is not your typical elevator music...I'm am an 80's, 90's and 2000's rap and dance music and I'm 73 years old or young depending how you look at age...Next we have yet another Jenn who is in training but you would never know it...Her level of confidence and knowledge far surpasses someone who is considered a trainee...This kid is exceptional on all levels..Then we have Ezriah she is my Occupational Therapist, this young woman is outstanding in her field, she is patient, understanding, empathetic...When I have felt that I couldn't complete a task, she would find another way for me to be successful..Ezriah shared a quote with today.... Something her mentor instilled in her and she passed it on to me...Feare is not the true test of feelings...Of course I'm paraphrasing but I think you can get the gist.....Thank you Ezriah for your wisdom...You do learn something new everyday....They are not just a team of Therapist they are an unmatched team...They work cohesively as well independent from each other....Each Therapist brings something different to the table and with that YOU CANT HELP BUT BE SUCCESSFUL... I am winning, with there support...I will forever be grateful for all their knowledge, love and support.. My nurse and aides are exceptional....My nurse Daniella, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field...Any questions, I have she is right there with an explanation and tells you all the Y's and pitfalls..My Aides they are patient, caring, always have a positive attitude....Maria, Vanessa, Bobby, Jenny, Danielle and Debbie....They all do their jobs at top level and they take it very seriously... My girls take the time to chat and joke with me...At times I would forget i was a patient....The level of comfortability around these women is unmatched by any other facility....This I know because Hampton Ridge has THE BEST AIDES IN THE FIELD..Bobby, Vanessa, Maria, Jenny Danielle, Debbie are always in tune with my rehabilitation progress and knows what I can and can not do....Being an aide is not a glamorous job but each of my aides do there job like they just won an Oscar award....They are stellar in what they do Day.in and Day out...I am forever grateful to Hampton Ridge Rehab for having the foresight to employ everyone from THERAPY to NURSES, AND NURSE AIDES..To my entire team who work so hard to help me achieve success and ultimately get me home....I am and will alway be grateful..Each of you are burned into my heart with a love of friendship and respect...To each Therapist, Nurse, Nurse's Aide with a full heart, I say THANK YOU....’•’•’•

Hampton ridge healthcare and rehabilitation has always treated my mom with dignity and respect. The staff, nurses and aides always takes such good care of her. She's been to Hampton ridge a few times for rehabilitation and Hampton ridge is always her first choice for her needed care. The psychical therapy there is excellent, her physical therapist Coffey has helped her so much. She has done better this time then ever before. The also got her on the right medication and it's done wonders. She's doing better than ever. My mom enjoys everyone there and the activities such as bingo. She's won many prizes lol. The director Michael is so kind and pleasant. He made sure my mom was well taken care of. I can't say enough about how great Hampton ridge is. Mom is going home today, thank you so much for always giving such good care and service

My mother-in-law was just released this evening from the S.M.A.R.T. area after a hip replacement. I can’t begin to describe how incredible this facility was for her! Everyone made her feel relaxed and eased her initial anxiety on her first morning with their warmth, kindness & compassion. The physical therapists and occupational therapist who worked with her were amazing! I loved seeing my MIL’s progress on a daily basis and she was proud to show it! Her nurses and aides were exceptional as well!! They were all patient, caring, always had a positive attitude and a smile! They all did their jobs very seriously but always made time to check on her and see if she needed anything. They would take the time to chat and joke with her. The aides were always in tune with her rehabilitation progress and knew what she could and couldn’t do. Aside from not getting the chance to say goodbye to the morning staff, I think her only regret was that she couldn’t bring this wonderful staff home with her! I hope we never need another rehab facility, but if we do, I know where she will be going! Thank you all again for everything!

On March 19, 2024 my mother was transferred to Hampton Ridge to recover from Covid Pneumonia and receive physical therapy to regain her strength. While there she received excellent care! Her nurse Brenda and primary therapist Angela were kind, knowledgeable and when they had to be, a little tough! Her aide Robert was gentle and mindful of her needs. During her stay my mother complimented the food and care constantly. Michael, the administrator, made frequent visits to patient rooms to check that everything was ok and see if anyone needed anything. He made it clear that his door was open for comments, complaints or needs. Unfortunately, on March 28th my mother’s heart gave out and she died peacefully in her sleep. The staff notified us immediately and supported us through those first hours of heartbreak, allowing us to say goodbye and grieving with us as well as guiding us through the difficult process of making arrangements. I truly appreciate the care and support that the staff at Hampton Ridge showed my mother and our family during her time there.

My grandfather was treated in this facility for rehab and then hospice, and we couldn’t be more happy with how he was taken care of. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My grandpa felt like he was at home and among friends. Each morning the senior administrator walked through asking all the patients if they were okay. If I could give 10 more stars I would! I can not say enough good things about this rehab. My mom has been there for 2 weeks and they have done nothing but amazing things for her and myself! There was a issue with the outsourced transport company today and they assured me everything will be ok, and it is. The nurses and therapists are doing a phenomenal job and I can breathe knowing she is safe. A huge thank you to Michael and the entire SMART wing... My mom is so happy and excited to move forward with her therapy, and has the greatest outlook thanks to you all. I know she will be home after she rehabs, but until then... I know she is safe 🙂

They keep it short and say...If something happens, you'll be the first to know! I've called, because my Mom's phone was off the hook; I couldn't get thru to her. Countless times I was hung up on. Hello my name is Julio cepeda the husband of Theresa cepeda room 7 window. My wife has tested positive for covid 19 , My problem is this the test was taken Friday April 22.which is supposed to be day 1 from cdc,her results came back Sunday the 24th, now they are saying that day 1 is when she got her results back. Which is wrong 100% she is suppose to be out of isolation this Sunday which is the first of May. She should not be in isolation for 12 days when cdc recommends 5 days when you have no symptoms which she never had any symptoms at all . She has all 3 shots so Sunday will be the 10th day in isolation when she should be out. Someone needs to explain the problem here .ok they explained the situation to me now I understand I quess I was just a little confused of the whole situation. But let me add that the staff here is great they stay on top of things and they treat my wife with respect. And Michael he is a great guy always helping if you need anything he is right there for you.

My 91 year old mother was there for 30 days and what a wonderful experience she had while recovering from a fall. Everyone at Hampton Ridge was attentive, caring and always made time to talk with my mom. The therapy team was top notch, with a very impressive facility for PT / OT. What stood out for me was the Administrator Michael. Everyday he made it a priority to always checked-in with the patients, assuring that their daily needs were met.
